    Dear Sir
    I Punit Mangal from Dholpur Rajasthan went for shopping at your store located at D.D. Mall Gwalior, M.P. i visit d place most oftenly and i made a shopping of approx. 14700 which was assured me for 50 % amount (minimum ? 7000) . I paid them an amount of ? 7500 and asked to bill later to clear actual bill amount as that time he denied to genwrate invoice and i left the store but when i contacted them day after they wer assuring to bill earlier but disnt billed till than than i requested him to send me bill over whatsapp and he send d invoice amounting rs. 7350 and assured me to pay my ? 150 back to my paytm wallet.
    When i called them again to send my money he misbehaved with me and started abusing me.
    Please look at the issue as it is not expected from a well reputed and an international brand to misbehave in such a manner that customer think before entering such outlet.

    Dear Sir
    I visited Arrow’s authorized show room at ISKON Maill , Satellite Ahmedabd on July 30,2017. Presently an offer of 50% discount sale on the purchase of two garments is going on at the above showroom. I was surprised as I was asked by the sales person to pay additional amount of 12 % GST over and above the 50% of the MRP printed on the Tag ( This MRP included all the taxes as per the price tag). This means I was asked to pay Two types of taxes on the same item. This is against the latest guidelines from the Government. I suppose, it was PRE-GST stock. Thus as per the government guidelines, there should have been two price tags : new price tag with GST and the old one. I asked the person in-charge at the above showroom to explain me about this. But his explanation was neither satisfactory nor logical.
    I request you to kindly look in the above matter so that this kind of irrational overcharging to the customers is not done by the authorized outlets of highly reputed companies like Arrows.
    I am a regular user of your esteemed brand ” Arrow”.

    Sir,
    last weak i have purchased products apprx 80000/- from your shop at Sun city Malll,Barasat 24pgs( north)in west. bengal.
    The manager of the shop has forced me to buy a jeans trouser from that shop which was slim fit.
    But my husband is a fatty man as I told him that regular fit is ok for him. He assured me that if there is any problem he will be there.
    I have returned the product immediate after that day.After one week that person told me to wait for another more days.
    I do not know when this waitting will be an end.

    I bought the belt of arrow brand which has been cracked within 6 month and when I visit the exclusive store regaring the complaint there have not given any hospitality at all.
    Just refused that we can’t do anything.

    I wish to complain in the strongest possible way concerning the behaviour of the so-called manager in Arrow Store, Inorbit Mall, Malad (W), Mumbai two weeks ago. I chose two pairs of trousers frim the range offering discount if one buys two pairs. I checked a number of times with him that both were eligible for this offer. However, at the point of sale where I was about to pay, he suddenly said that he had made a mistake and one of them was full price. I suggested that since he had so many times stated that the offer DID apply to that pair of trousers, he should honour the discount. He flatly refused and by doing so he left a very poor impression of himself and your Company, as well as setting a very poor example to the two young staff members who would have learned his unprofessional style of management in failing to deal with the matter in a proper way and in the interests of good customer relations. Moreover, after I had already chosen the two pairs I wished to purchase he created confusion by bringing me other items to consider.

    The net result of this man’s appalling behaviour was that he lost the sale and damaged your Company’s reputation; I took my custom elsewhere and was treated courteously, efficiently and honestly. To that shop I will certainly return.

    Dear Sir,
    This is to remind you of the complain we had made of a defective shirt we had bought of your brand. It is absolutely shocking that a brand which charges such high amounts has such an obtuse team for addressing complains. It has been almost three weeks since I had written the mail but have received no reply. You are at least requested to send a reply stating “you have nothing to do with this” and leave it up to me to spoil the brand name of Arrow across India because this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope I get a better response this time and my complain is taken seriously or it won’t take me long to defame the so called “Arrow Sport”.

    I had bought black trousers(ladies) last year and fabric was useless . It had all the peeling on it . I went to arrow store in January and showed them . They said they will send it for quality check and they gave me the receipt that the same has been registered . In this period I didn’t get any call from them and my fault was that I lost the receipt of submission that I could follow up with them .
    There is Nil customer satisfaction and No courtesy call , No clue what is happening.I was a sheer waste of money .

    Hi Vaibhav / Anupam,

    I wanted to share my concern and shock here, with regard to the 3rd rated customer service I had received, after purchasing a trouser from a reputed brand called “ARROW” from the Lifestyle outlet in Chennai. I have been patronising “ARROw” for the past 4 years, especially their trousers.
    Visited the “ARROw” store and bought a 34 size slim fit trouser. since I was already wearing a slim fit, the “ARROw” salesman told me that I can purchase the trouser without trying it, as he assured me that the fit would be exactly the same. Got the “ARROw” trouser altered only for the length and took it home and tried only to find out that the fit did not meet the standard slim fit size. Called customer care of “ARROw” and spoke to the “ARROw” store manager Mr. Rajan(9176659090) at Express Avenue Mall, Chennai. As per his instruction lodged a complaint on the 4th oct ’15 vide complaint no. 28664 and returned the trouser at the “ARROw” Nungambakkam, Chennai store, with the assurance that it would be sorted out in 10 days which is 14th October ’15. Did not receive any call from “ARROw” at all and so called on 19th oct ’15 to find the status with the “ARROw” store. The “ARROw” store asked me to wait for 2 more weeks. At this, I was annoyed and asked them for H.O number of “ARROw” to escalate the complaint. I received the mobile number of one Mr. suhas (9886709152) at “ARROw”, Bangalore. He told me that service manager from “ARROw” would call within an hour but nothing happened.

    I again spoke to the “ARROw” store manger Mr.Rajan at Chennai on 19th oct ’15, to complain about his inability to take action and he asked me to wait for one more week and then the whole conversation got a little heated up when Mr.Rajan got very rude showing his true colours by saying “Don’t ask me anything, go and fight with the “ARROw”, Nungambakkam store where you lodged a complaint” and bluntly disconnected my call. He also told me that these kind of minor differences in the fit are natural for any brand. I was shocked and appalled at this statement. He also told me “I was only doing you a favour because I am not sitting at the Nungambakkam “ARROw” store”.

    I feel “ARROw” has lost its credibility as an international brand and should go to the dustbin. “ARROw” is incompetent as a brand to take immediate action on customer complaints.
    “ARROw” should boot out Mr.Rajan for his high handed behaviour, abusive language and utter disregard, and for being a complete misfit for the job.
    when I asked him to share his manager’s number if he was not fit to give a responsible reply, he said “I will not give the number” and protected this coward manager of his.

    I have posted this complaint on Facebook too for the highhanded attitude of Mr.Rajan.
    If I don’t see immediate action, I will let this message go viral on other sites.

    Dear Sir,
    I purchased 3 shirts at your Arrow Showroom Crown Plaza Vaishali Nagar on Buy2 Get 1 Scheme – on 27th Dec2014 . Of one of the shirt Priced Rs1599, I was not given Tag in the Shirt and when today i went to change the shirt i was asked that Tag is not there so we will not change and the owner started fighting. There is a camera installed just in front of that desk you are requested to retrieve the clipping of 27 Dec2014 around 7.30 pm or later for this camera as we have doubt that owner will delete the clipping. As he has given the product without Tag and now not replacing.

    Please take strict Actions against the cheating seller of Arrow who is spoiling the company name by malicious practise.

    I am a regular buyer of your brand but recently when I purchased clothes on 7th aug 2014, I felt cheated because total amount of purchase was approx. 4700/- and there was additional discount of 5% on Sbi debit cards but when I asked your store owner about the same he denied.     I have bought 2 shirts from your store at rohni city centre g.f. of size 44 but when I wore 1/2 it was fitted on me nicely but after 2 days when I wore the other one the size 44 was not fitted on me. I got surprised that how can arrow can do such types of things in India which seems to me that you at arrow are not serious about India / indians. This something that you feel that we are fools. Please do something about this otherwise I may have to look forward to court.

    I have 2300 points but whenever I visit to your outlet at Conaught Place (Rajiv Chowk) New Delhi, the sales girl named Ms.Kaur always replies I have no points.
    Please check your records and direct your this outlet to permit me to redeem my already over due points.
    I am being forced to visit and buy items from other brands due to such insulting and harassing attitude.
