Amidst these CORONA situation, I have some questions, with no offense to anyone.

Kindly provide your attention to this. I would like if you pass this on to others and possibly CM of Gujarat ahead,via your medium .

1. If anyone travelling from abroad back to india, since they are Indians, we welcome them back. But, as per news on news channels,for eg. In Kashmir, an old aged uncle traveled back, I guess from saudi, and then he did not reveal his sickeness of COVID to anyone.

Further he also travelled to others cities like Delhi and other cities, and then travelled to Kashmir. As per news, people who came into his contact,also got infected. The uncle died, but passed his viruse to others. MANY such examples can be shared.

Then main Question arise here;

A. Why these people, if allowed to come back to India ,do not get frisked properly,clinically by medical staff @ international airports?

B. If they are getting frisked, then why later on, they are found positive?
Further they also travel in bus, cabs, etc leaving all those drivers, passengers etc, infectious. these are actually, LIVE roaming virus containers.

C. Are airport authorities (AAI) actually taking any good and strict steps, towards those passengers travelling back, In terms of analyzing their medical history, details etc?

If not, then why? In this time,dont you think, this is very necessary?

D. Why these people, who are traveling back, if they are left from airport without checking, do not isolate themselves for 14 days at least, do not use public transport, and atlast atleast go to their family doctors proactively, and do their checkups, or proactively tell to doctors or airport authorities that they are positive, or have got some symptoms?

Reason being, if these things,which are very basic and minimal expectations from any traveler,if not done, like MAHARASHTRA, who has maximum Corona cases now,and most of them coming from outside travellers, cases across India are definitely going to increase ahead!!!

As precaution is always better than cure, requesting you to kindly not only pass this message on AIR, but also request and message CM to take these steps for Gujarat, and pass on this ahead to PM, so that all respective states can be educated. Especially MAHARASHTRA, where atleast 2,00,000 people have travelled from abroad, and 4 are newly infected in chawl, in which 1 person came from Italy. Total cases in maharashtra right now are more than and equal to 149.

It is shocking to see that Hon. Justice Mr Prem Narain, Member, NCDRC pronounced the judgment on 05.9.2017 without bothering to go through the Revision Petition No.2943/15 filed against ‘Gardenia Shelters Pvt. Ltd., Noida’ by the Petitioner. It is a strange irony that he had pre-judged the issue without critical examination.
The Hon. Justice did not give a chance to the Petitioner to put-forth the arguments in the case. As such, “written arguments” sent to the Registrar, NCDRC with an ardent hope that the same shall be helpful to the Hon. Justice before taking a final view in the matter with a dispassionate outlook.
The Hon. Justice reserved the judgment on 26th May, 2017 and after a time lag of 102 days, the judgment was dismissed on 05th September, 2017.
2. Although, GOI’s avowed policy is to encourage filing of complaints by the Consumers themselves for the redressal of their grievances in District Consumer Fora/ State Consumer Commissions/NCDRC and plead their own cases as Parties-in-Person without dependant on lawyers, it is the bitter experience of the Petitioner that judiciary does not attach the importance to them as they deserve. There is an urgent need to appreciate the essence of Consumer Protection Act on the part of the judiciary for which it has been evolved and are expected to play a pivotal role to instill confidence and encouragement to the Parties-in-Person.
3. From the judgment referred to above, it is established beyond reasonable doubt that Hon. Judge not given even cursory look at the R.P. and committed serious blunders resulting in the miscarriage of justice.
(i). Refund of Sub-Lease Charges—Rs.1,72,500/-:-All along the Petitioner had been pleading that the Realtor did not to show the Sub-Lease in the ‘Payment Plan’ given to the Petitioner at the time of allotment of the Flat as it was included in the Basic Price itself in her case. Wherever, it was not included in the basic price, it was shown separately in respect of many others for which proof was also furnished by the Petitioner. Just before giving possession, the Realtor all of a sudden demanded the payment of Sub-Lease Charge Rs.1,72,500/- which is not a small amount and it was the last straw to break the camel’s back.
As this amount was not shown in the Payment Plan in the beginning since it was included in the basic price itself, the Petitioner claimed this refund. Further, no Agreement was got executed by the Builder at the time of allotment of flat and only after a month of actual delivery of the flat, Agreement was got executed by the Realtor. As this amount was not shown either in the Payment Plan at the very outset or in the agreement executed at the end as it was included in the basic price itself, the Petitioner rightly claimed this refund.
The Hon. Justice wrongly attributed a statement contrary to the Petitioner that “it was not included in the basic price”(para 2 line 5 of his Order) while the truth of the matter is that the Petitioner each and every place asserted that it was included in the Basic Price itself. It is unthinkable that an experienced Judge would goof-up in this manner!

ii) Refund of higher Circle Rate Amount Paid to the Noida Development Authority due to delay in Registration of Flat by the Realtor:-
In spite of several telephonic reminders followed by an email dt.29.9.2012, the Builder did not take up Registration of Flat although possession was given on 28.6.2012. Finally, Registration was done on 28.12.2012. In between, the Circle Rates were enhanced by the Noida Development Authority resulting in excess payment of Stamp Duty of Rs.85,850/- which was claimed by the Petitioner from the Realtor.
However, it is baffling as to how the Hon. Justice mentioned the difference claimed by the Petitioner as Rs.1,68,320/ against Rs.85,850/-mentioned in the R.P. At the very same time, it is very strange that he remained silent and preferred not to mention about the relief, if any, to be given to the Petitioner or otherwise on this in his Order.

(iii)Extortion of Rs.25,000/- in cash without issuing a Receipt:- An amount of Rs.25,000/- was collected by the Realtor in Cash without a Receipt as illegal gratification to be given to the Sub-Registrar towards Registration. The Petitioner in his R.P. posed the following questions:-
a) How can a large sum of Rs.25,000/- can be collected in cash and not in the form of a cheque that too without issuing a Receipt in violation of R.B.I. Rules?
b) How can the same amount be collected uniformly from all categories of Flats Viz; HIG, MIG, LIG without different norms?
c) How from influential people, this slush money was not collected?
The Hon. Justice dwelt at length to deny the refund of Rs.25,000/- given as bribe for Registration of Flat when this was not claimed at all by the Petitioner in the R.P. under reference. The Petitioner is at a loss to understand as to how the Hon. Justice disallowed this when the Petitioner had not preferred this claim at all.

(iv) Illegal Recovery of Rs.5,833/- for delayed payment of Installments:- Remittance of installments is linked to the progress of construction. Possession of Flat was to be given by 31-12-2010 with a grace period of 3 months for delay. However, inordinate delay of one and half years occurred in giving possession on 28.6.2012.
Buyer is entitled to withhold payment if the construction does not proceed with payment. In the V S Renu Mahender case (Rev.Pet.No.1218/06) NCDRC held “if the Co. has not apprised the Resp. about the status of Project which was associated with payments, the Resp. withholding the payment not at fault. The sum of Rs.5,833/- recovered for alleged delay in the payment is to be refunded by the Realtor.
The Hon. Justice wrongly assumed that this amount of Rs.5,833/- as the ‘remaining amount of delay charges’ whereas this amount had been recovered by the Realtor from the Petitioner towards so called Penalty for delay in the payment of installments despite the fact that the payments are linked to the progress of construction as per his commitment.

The Builder has misled the Petitioner even in August, 2010 that the delivery of the flat is as per the original schedule i.e.31-12-2010 through his email. From the foregoing, it is crystal clear that NCDRC totally failed to go through the Revision Petition for taking an independent decision on various issues and simply relied upon/carried away by the lower Fora and dittoed the same. NCDRC has concluded erroneously without going through the R.P. and without applying its own mind resulting in grave injustice to the Petitioner.
It is humbly prayed to restore the shattered confidence and eroded faith in the judiciary so that wrong done is set right.

Few people from private management association who does not have proper infrastructure approched govt of Karnataka and brought an order INC is not requied for nursing educational institutions. Soon ofter this INC has removed all affiliated colleges list from its website. This was a shoking news for Karnataka nsg institutions and they approched with regard to this almost all minister’s of state as well as opposite pary but no use. Then they have written to priminister president governor of the state but no use. Then they approched high court this judgement also says no need INC. I congratulate you firstly for your Patriotism and Currage. That doesn’t mean that all that you do is faultless. Please bear with me to point out few of the mistakes that unknowingly you do. This is not at all to bring down your credibility but only to bring up your credibility in case you were to correct yourself the following issues :
1. Please do not blow your own trumpet in public. It is for other people to judge your channel’s performance and appreciate you. Even if the TRP of your channel is superior to others, by boasting of it in your telecast will only bring down your credibility. Secondly, fellow journalists will not take it on their stride and unncessarity you are inviting the antagonism with your fellow journalists which is not a healthy attitude. Please try and respect the feelings of your colleagues and try not to intimidate them.
2. You want to dominate the proceedings of the debate without giving due chance for others to speak. As I have seen, you take 80% of participation in the debate allowing only 20% to rest of the panellists. Unnecessary interruptions and your voice dominating simultaneously with other panellists, repeating phrases, names several times as in a loop is very irritating to the ears. Please conduct your debate in a congenially audible way so that it is not bombarding on our brains. It doesn’t mean that you need to come down in your aggression where situation demands, but take away the elements of irritating simultaneous speaking of two or three panellists along with you.
YOU ARE DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB AS A JOURNALIST AND EDITOR IN CHIEF. But if your presentation is more elite and less bombarding on the brain, you will scale the zenith of glory and achievement which nobody else can boast off. Please take my suggestion and change your presentation giving more prominence to the panellists also and restricting your role as a conductor of a healthy debate. GOOD LUCK Arnab and GOD BLESS YOU.

I am a fan of news hour, but I would like you to highlight the issue of banking problems we are facing since Modi announced the closure of 500&1000 notes. we belong to a lower middle class family and do not keep enough cash at home.The decision was taken at night when the banks were closed,ATM also stopped working, till date condition in the bank is very pathetic.YOU have to wait for hours together and at the end you get peanuts. I had deposited a cheque last saturday and NOW bank says it will go for clearing after tuesday, poor people like us, what do we do!!!!!!?????

There was huge fire accident took place at a hotel in our area( vandipalayam,cuddalore, Tamilnadu)last night and the whole area burnt completely also the neighboring area were about to burnt. The reason behind it was the whole hotel was fully constructed with upticks(wood- non concrete) so I request the government should take necessary action to bring an act that should make the order that the hotels should be running only in the concrete buildings and it must be made the basic need to run a hotel. I brought this to your point because I believe that you our channel has the power to bring this before the law.

At the very outset I would like to congratulate you for the talk shows on the different burning issues of the country in your esteemed channel. At the same time we the Assamese people feel extremely proud of you for being in such a position.Now,in this context I would like to bring to your notice about a very sensitive issue that has been burning the entire Assam for the last couple of months. The issue is on the new citizenship bill that the BJP government is going to introduce.This bill is going to violate the Assam Accord signed on 15th of August 1985 and is seeking to differentiate the citizens on the basis of religion in a secular country. As per Assam Accord all the migrants who have come after 25th of March 1971 will have to be deported irrespective of any religion. Now this BJP government is going to give the citizenship to all the Hindu Bangladeshis who have come upto 2014 which is contrary to the Assam Accord and is sought to polarize the entire nation. This bill if it is passed will seriously effect the Assamese people and will bring threat to the Assamese language also. I strongly believe that you are well aware of this bill. But I am surprised about your silence about it why it is not brought under debate in your talk shows. Being an Assamese, do’nt you feel it as necessary to bring this burning issue to your table of debate. ? Why is the government not able to see it. No government will allow anti-national speeches, activities, or seperatist activities etc under the disguise of freedom of speech, human rights, freedom movements.

Thanks for taking up the issue. It is heartening to see that you are leading the charge against the so called politicians who are not only shameless but have reached NADIR by questioning the integrity of the armed forces. As Mahroof rightly said, there have been strikes, but not to these scales. These Congis now want to say that they had also done the surgical strikes but didnot have the courage to own it up. Moreover, the world opinion in those days was not favourable to INDIA. So it isn’t surprising that they did not have the guts to claim such strikes. However, Hon Prime Minister Narendra Modiji has played is cards extremely well and has created an atmosphere of trust over INDIA and its action! This has enabled the armed forced to carry out such a large operation with practically ZERO casualties.

But our policians will be polticians. They want to question BJP. ON one hand they say they have respect for Armed forces, but they don’t even have the decency of talking to them in a right tone on the debating platform. Such politicians and political parties should be named and shamed in public and a concerted effort must be done to deafeat such parties and give them a platform of evening saying such rubbish!

It pains us even though we are overseas to see such bafoons participating in your debates!

Army revealed this operation of surgical strike to boost the morality of Indian people and specially to the family of great martyred soldier in attacks. How much we are proud of our soldier and their families can not be express in words. But the way some people are talking and doubting the happening of operations make me understand that why, earlier no such conduction of operations has been revealed by our great Officers. Because our Army Officers knew very well the consequences. The people who are doubting on our Army Officers are just like historical traitor who helped the outsider to loot and plunder Bharatvarsh. And no wonder why our nation was slave for more than thousands years. Only India has such large amount of traitors of different faces who must be eliminated from India.

Surgical Strikes
Some congress and AAP politicians are asking for proof from Govt for surgical strikes in Kashmir. I am not a politician and I do not owe allegiance to any Political party. At this critical juncture the political parties are make a grave blunder by doubting the statements by Govt and / or Military Commanders. The apprehension of Political parties may be because of the following :
1. Govt is misleading people
2. Govt wants to take advantage of these surgical strikes in the forthcoming elections in Punjab, UP etc.
Since independence, there have been a number of conflicts with Pakistan / China and notable among those are:
1. Attacking Jammu & Kashmir with their army posing as “liberators” when Congress Party was in power.
2. Attack by China in 1962 when Congress Party was in power.
3. Conflict with Pakistan in 1965 when Congress Party was in power.
4. Conflict in 1971 when Congress Party was in power.
5. Conflict in Kargil in 1999 when NDA was in power.
6. The present situation of “surgical strike.
Let us consider the (Political)scenario in all the above conflicts:
1. Immediately after independence Pakistan Army took over Baloochistan without giving an opportunity for deciding about accession to India or Pakistan.
Similarly they attacked J & K. They denied that any of their troop was involved. It was only when U N Observers came and saw the actual army the fact was known to the entire world. Finally both the countries agreed for cease fire on 31 Dec 1949. If the cease fire had been delayed by a few more months Kashmir would have been completely freed from the clutches of Pakistan.
I was a teen ager at that time of partition (1947) and I did not understand the intricacies of conflict so well. There were no computers / no internet / no google etc. The only source of information was through a newspaper (just 8 – 10 pages) costing 12 paisa per issue. We also had (an imported) radio and listening to 9 P M English news was a daily ritual. Occasionally I used to listen to the news from BBC. The impression (based on statements of elders in home) was that it was slightly biased and in favour of Pakistan. But from what little I could understand Indian army was claiming that India had repulsed the Pakistani attackand gained some territory etc; on the other hand Pakistan radio (Lahore) used to claim that the “Azad Kashmir” forces are inflicting heavy causality on Indian forces.
Indian army landed in Srinagar only after the Maharaja signed the instrument of accession to India. The Pakistani Army were almost at the outskirts of Srinagar when the Indian troops started their operations. If my recollection is correct Indian army was air lifted in “Dakota” planes (seating about 30 40 soldiers per sortie!). After they landed in Kashmir Indian forces were recovering the territories from Pakistan. No opposition party asked the Central Govt to “prove” that their claim was correct and Pakistani (or BBC) version was incorrect.
2. In 1962, Chinese Army attacked India in North Eastern region and Gilgit region. The statement from the then Congress Govt was “Strategic withdrawal” to regroup and repulse the aggression by China. It was only later we (General Public) came to know that we had actually lost the war and the Chinese decided to cease fire “at their convenience”. I do not remember any Opposition member asking for Proof from the Central Govt for the details of “Strategic withdrawal” .
3. In 1965, both India and Pakistan used to claim successes in shooting down the planes of their respective adversaries. In fact these claims from the two Govts was such large that in one of the news items I heard a commentator saying that if the total number of planes downed (according to Indian version and Pakistani version) are added the number will add up to more than the total number of aircrafts in the two countries. There were some comments that this conflict ended in “Stalemate” – India gained some territories in some Sectors and Pakistan gained some territories in other Sectors. No one questioned the Govt version and no opposition party ever asked the Govt to provide proof.
4. In 1971, initially the Pakistan Govt claimed huge successes. Liberation of Bangladesh is a solid proof that Pakistan lost the war. Nearly 93 thousand Pakistani prisoners were kept in India and subsequently released and sent to Pakistan. So initially although Pakistan claimed huge success it was obvious that India had won the war decisively. So there was no need for the Govt to take any steps to “prove” their claims. Immediately after the war, the Congress party “preponed” the general Election by about 3 – 4 months to gain political mileage due to the victory in the war. Congress Party won that election with a huge majority. They took full advantage of the victory against Pakistan. No Opposition leader said that Congress Party was “trying” to get “political mileage” from the conflict.
5. In Kargil conflict (1999) Indian Forces repulsed the Pakistani aggressors despite being very vulnerable to attack from a high level. This shows the efficiency of Indian armed Forces. They do not require any certificate from any political party regarding their capabilities.
6. Now, the present Indian Govt anounced to make “surgical strikes” to neutralise the terrorists’ launch pads in POK. On 29 Sep the army did carry out some attacks and this was announced in TV and print media.
Some members of congress party and the Chief Minister of Delhi are now asking for “proof” of success of surgical strikes.
In all the previous conflicts Pakistan claimed success initially but those proved to be wrong. The Opposition parties at that time were solidly behind the Govt. Then why is the Congress party asking for “proof” now? Even in the decisive deafeat in 1971 Pakistan radio was claiming a lot of success. Still the Opposition parties were supporting the Govt and Indian Security forces and did not ask for proof from the Congress Govt. I have no hesitation in saying that those who are asking for “proof” from the Govt are traitors. I have a strong suspicion that they have taken bribes (Congress party is quite notorious for that) from Pakistan Govt to make them ask for proof, so that they(Pakistan Govt) may get to know the “Modus Operandy” .
Whether surgical strikes took place / whether they were successful / whether they are useful or not are besides the point. At this hour of peril it is the duty of every patriotic Indian to support the Govt in their effort to marginalize Pakistan.
I am not an expert on defense matters or strategy. In any conflict there may be some success and some partial success and may be some failures. If surgical strike has taken place in (say) half a dozen places and success has been achieved even in one place our forces should be congratulated and supported. When the entire nation speaks in one voice then the morale of the forces increases and they will give their best for the country.
Now comes the point of taking political mileage out this conflict. If the Opposition extends unconditional support to the Armed Forces they can also get mileage out of this during elections.
If the present Govt has taken some “bold” steps and if it helps them in elections there is nothing wrong in it. If the present Govt solves the Kashmir Problem so that they may win the next elections I am fully with them.

Mr Arnab, please ask the 3 gentlemen officers viz, kapil dev, sachin tendulkar and ms dhoni that what has their contribution so far to protect the image of the army and why dont they speak anything about the irresponsible comments given by digvijay singh, arvind kejriwal, sanjay nirupam, om puri and salman khan. Are these persons only meant to bear the rank and honour given by the defence to them or do they also have some social responsibility against the defence forces. Else they must resign and give their attendances in IPL/ISL shows and advertisements only. Nobody would question them. Also must return the Bharat Ratna award.

My view on 3 Khans of Bollywood
I think we indian give too much importance to bollywood stars who are neither intellectuals nor philosophers. Most of them neither know history or politics. Salman Khan never said anything when Pakistani caught our fishermen and put them in jail for no offence. He never utter a word to ask them to be freed as they never go there for terrorism but mistakenly enterred there waters. Why was Salman quiet then – because fishermen were Indians. I think Indian artist are liked by the Indians for their skills in arts and drama. If Indian artist lack this skill Indian audience might need someone who can do it to entertain Indians like till now no Indian singer have been able to sing a song for grand narrative of India and its people. Its a critical skill. If any artist claim while applying for a visa that he possess such critical skill as no other Indian artist have it must be first proven and then given critical skill visa. Once the artist land on Indian soil his passport must be kept by the Indian authorities like they do in saudi, Oman, Dubai, Kuwait etc and allowed to show their skill to all the Indians. I am deeply pained to watch the way speakers have been hovering around to defend their own statements on the news hour today on the Uri attack.

It is really sad to see the so called representatives of people fighting in a national level debate at a time when they are expected to stand united against an outsider. I feel there is one important point that was not brought into the discussion – Timing.

While there may be issues to be addressed within a family, at a time when an outsider touches the respect of mother(land), it is expected that all the members of the family stand united and talk just one thing – “eliminate the outsider first, we are with you, we can deal with the internal problems later”. This is the way the family is expected to give strength to the head of the family.

I would like to attribute this analogy to the current situation. At a time when the country is facing a crisis situation, my sincere appeal to all the political leaders is – Bhailog! there might be issues and problems within our country, we will deal with them later. But now is not the time to highlight those issues because they indicate differences on a larger stage. Now is the time to just say – Mr. Prime Minister, We are with you in this crisis time – Please take action and we are in support of whatever the decision is. We are working at RAK Medical and Health Sciences University (RAKMHSU), Ras Al Khaimah, UAE since 2006. For past 10 years commission for academic accreditation (CAA) had visited the university and had critically reviewed all the necessary documents (including Faulty profile) and had accredited our medical program as well recognized our degrees. Based on this other new faculty with same qualifications MD/MS from India were appointed. During our last accreditation for MBBS renewal process in 2015 October- November, the same CAA visited us and stated that the MD/MS from Indian institutions were not terminal degrees for teaching basic medical sciences, based on this our university has given us termination orders. It is so disgraceful and disrespectful to the entire Indian medical professionals in basic sciences. We and our families are totally shattered and traumatized with their decision. We approached the Indian Embassy in UAE with regard to our academic qualification from medical council of India (MCI). They were very prompt and kind to get the information with regard to our qualifications MD/MS, which clearly mentioned MD/MS, is the highest terminal degree for medical faculties to teach basic medical sciences (MBBS) Detailed letter with sequence of events will be sent to you later through fax. Kindly consider this as a priority on humanitarian grounds and facilitate in resolving the issue. Looking forward for your kind help in this regard.

Yet with a little goodwill and rational equity things can improve dramatically. It will not be a very easy task but there is no other way out.

First task will be the changing of mind-set. As a regular reader of the electronic version of leading Indian [and Pakistani] dailies, I find it so unpalatable the language, the thought-pattern expressed in there by bloggers and writers specially on any topic relating to Pakistan, Islam or prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Simply they pour tons of venom. They stoop so low exposing their inherent mean-ness. Irony is most of these are well educated, well placed people – journalists, professional, doctors, economists, educationists and so forth. This filthy, rotten, mean mind-set has to change by all means and at any cost. There is no other alternative to it.
The world has gone far ahead and hence this mind-set is contrary to modern, progressive, largest democratic society in the world. The communal, racist, caste oriented mind-set has no place in today’s India which has taken off to occupy its rightful place in world community.
The second most important criteria is to let go the stolen land called Kashmir. It’s immoral to keep people under occupation against their will. India has tried so many means to assimilate the land but utterly failed. And the people fighting for their rights there called freedom-fighters by Pakistan [which USA endorsed till a decade ago] and Indians call them terrorists which terminology now US endorse under the changed global scenario. A just solution of this lingering problem has to be sorted out reflecting the aspirations of the people concerned.
These are tough deep-rooted problems and cannot be resolved overnight but a start has to be made in right earnest. We have to keep it in mind that without a solution for these ailments, future of the whole region is so bleak and dangerous.
Now at 80, I have seen the world in many perspectives. Born in Calcutta in 1936 as British Indian, became Pakistani in 1947, a Bangladeshi in 1971 and now an American in 2004.
In this 80-yrs I have spent 40+yrs in UAE being exposed to resourceful Indians and Pakistanis besides others adding colors of various shades to my experience. My love for the people of the sub-continent is unconditional. Their wellbeing, their prosperous future is all that I look forward to. My above write-up is not any advice to anybody but my heart-felt wish and prayer.
If I have been a little tough or rude in presenting my views above, it is unintentional.
I have high respect for Indians as well as Pakistanis in their broader frame of mind.

After sometime they told us that we have to pay Rs.2500/-. From some they even took Rs.3000/- Mind you this is not the water supplied by Bengaluru
Corporation. Even after paying
Rs.2500/- we did not get water even for a month. The pipes went dry. Are
we not entitled to get some clean

they once again promised the citizens

Once again they laid new pipelines and told us that this time the water would be given free. However when the time came they did not gave the water. When we asked the man in charge of our section he told us to pay again Rs.2000/-. Tomorrow they will give us corporation water, do you mean we have to again pay for water.

We have now come to know that instructions were given for free water supply. The name of the MLA is Mr. Basvaraj.

I came up with a strong opinion about Mr. Modi even then – based on conversation I had with “tea servers in hotels, bar boys in a bar, chatting with ladies of several families that I met and professors at a local university etc.” So when I heard that Mr. Modi is a candidate from his party, we were so encouraged that finally India will get a strong and HONEST – hard working gentleman who carries no baggage unlike Nehru/Gandhi family – known here as a corrupt family who never dd much for a free Bharat/India for last 66 years.

I am constantly watching your debate but when it comes to Hindu and Muslim Religious sentiments are concerned you have not conducted the Debate Programme properly because the people participated in the debate programme were not having the real knowledge in the line for which the debate is conducted. For this debate you have invited Scholars from Hindu Religion and Muslim Religion.

I am of the opinion, you have also, though you studied in Oxford University, didn’t gain proper knowledge in this line. I request you to go thru the books of Shilpa Sastra and Agama Sastra to acquaint yourself. As per me, there is no restriction for women to prey but why they are not permitted (not to use allow word) is women’s body is not pure enough when compared to men physique on day to day. Women private orgons always emits some bad odour even though they take bath and keep them clean. Moreover, the cosmic rays erupted from the Garb Griham are of most powerful and this Cosmic Rays may harm the womb of women. Mainly because of this reason. I request you to invite Scholars who are having expertise knowledge in this line and conduct the programme again to attract people watching your TV Programme.

You have confirmed in your concluding part of debate for the past four days that none of the participants given exact reason for which the debate you conducted.

We should not simply through out the practices adopted and followed by our ancestors.

How temples were constructed please read “DEVALAYA VASTU” which will give you elaborate information and how much pain taken by people for constructing temples in our country. Though the deisgn of the temple may differ in North and South India but the Temple Architecture is the same.

The job of a moderator is to present the facts, as they are, of both sides in a debate ie for and against, and at the same time be neutral, but more often than not, I find you to be biased. If you disagree with a participant, you straight away shout over him/her and don’t allow their point of view to come across. This is grossly unethical on your part. Why cant u debate on financial inclusion.Our primeminister wants fdi and rbi says it is giving banking licenses but i find only private players are benefitted and no govt organisations.lic,ifci india post why they are not getting banking license.ifci is indias oldest govt financial institution and government holds major stake.now it has assets runing over several thousand crores.ifci towers worth several crores and it has various assets and stakes in many institutionas and several branches.why cannot it be converted to big bank.

I saw many debates on times now which are nothing but a mess. We have forgotten very simple logic “one at a time” which is taught during our school time. It is really disheartening to see that even our highly educated personals do not follow the logic of one at a time during debate. Everybody starts talking during a debate and then it ends in nothing but a chaos. I think all our persons invited for such debates should be trained for sensible debates in which everyone should express his/her opinion calmly and quietly without raising their voices following once at a time logic. The whole world is listening to you on TV and hence we must give them the best of our debate. Yesterday, all were talking rubbish and without any base that too with such a loud voice as if they were about to clash physically with each other. At least I did not like the way such debates are conducted on times now since the debate fails to convey the take home message to the people who watch such debates.

It is seen in your TV Debates, you ask a question to the panelist, and even as he presents his case, you interrupt and do not allow him to speak. How can a debate take place without allowing the panelist to say his opinion/views?. You may fix the time for him to air his views. In your debates all of you including the panelists speak at the same time and the viewers cannot understand what you discuss. a case in point is todays 1st Dec 15, 9 pm debate, about the disrespect to the national anthem. you opened the debate by asking a question to Sanjay Hegde and even before he completed what he wanted to say, you interrupted him and then other panelists started speaking together and the whole ole debate dengenerated in a shouting match. Please keep in mind the So called nationalistic party like Shiv sena who respect the national flag and the Anthem have no hesitation in beating up people coming from other parts of india to mumbai, which is directly questioning and weakening the very integrity of this nation. Are they really patriotic or nationalistic just because they stand in attention when the national anthem is sung?. Respect to national anthem is not the only sign of one’s patriotism. people who beat up indians in india, who hoard essential commodities, who adulterate food..(but they all stand in attention when the national anthem is sung) they are not the real nationalists or patriots.

To sum up kindly allow each panelists to air his opinion in a particular time set by you and see that no one else speak when one panelist is speaking. This will increase the popularity of your debates. I may also add that your TV debates are the best and your tirade against the VIP culture etc are very much liked by we the viewers. Victory of Development in Bihar.
I convey my heartiest congratulations to Mr Nitish Kumar on his victory in Bihar Assembly Elections. It is the development agenda which won. In last ten years whether any one agree or not Mr. Nitish Kumar carried forward the development agenda in Bihar. He succeeded in it. It is the return gift to him by the common man of Bihar. It is not surprising that the women folk in Bihar elections came out in maximum for casting their valuable vote. It is also no doubt the victory of humble, gentle and genuine politics of Mr Nitish Kumar over arrogant politics of all those who believe that after getting power, they can fool and misuse the same as per their own wish forgetting the fact that it is the people who voted them to rule for the betterment of the nation. In a democratic country like INDIA, no ruler can continue the rule forgetting the SECULAR FABRIC of this great nation. I wish the present rulers and the ruling classes understand this fact once for all.
Congress committed this mistake in the past and is paying the price for the same till today.
Hope the present ruling dispensation takes a serious note of it. We are the land of Great Human Beings like Maha Manav Gautam Budh, Mahaveer, Raje Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Swami Vivekanand, Mahatma Phule, Rajshree Chattrapati Shahu Maharaj, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdeo, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Dr Sir APJ Abdul Kalam.

Bihar Results Sends Shivers Across The Political and Social spectrum.
Today while following the news in the day all of a sudden I realised that the Bihar Assembly Elections have sent shivers across the political & social spectrum. While some are too happy and some are so agitated that they continue to act alike.
Half of them are so happy and over zealous and half continue with their arrogance and they all continue to attack the very social fabric and the aspirations of common man.
Just half an hour back I heard Arnab Goswami debate. All of a sudden it seems to me that some thing has gone wrong with Arnab. No doubt he is the student of politics and a very good journalist. But as a common man it seems to me at times some where he is also talking the language of the Congress and the BJP alike.
I also listened very carefully to the speech today on the same channel of the honorable parliamentary affairs minister, Mr Venkaiyya Naidu expressing the fear that the opposition is all set to stall the parliament in the coming session. What a candid realisation? But how can they forget what they did for last so many years while being in opposition and all of a sudden they realize the importance of allowing the parliament to function smoothly.
I also listened and observed very carefully the Vice President of Indian National Congress, Shri Rahul Gandhi speaking to media. It is fine that he got an opportunity to give back to his opponents in their very language that they understand, and also the language that the common man understands. But then how wrong he is, the common man in this country is much much wiser then you all.
He understands more politics then you all put together and he also understands the economy more than any greatest of the economist sitting in the government or the opposition.
But I must appreciate the duo i.e. Nitish Kumar and Laluji. To me it seems that both have understood what the common man wants. And Laluji candidly admitted yesterday in the press conference that if he does not respect the verdict of the common man, he and his party will perish and the people will punish them. I strongly believe they both have become much matured politicians than any other in our country.
I have been following the most learned spokesperson of BJP, INC and what i see is a role reversal in them. When the INC was ruling their spokesperson use to speak the same language as what today the BJP spokesperson are doing. May it be Dr Sambit Patra, Sudhanshu Truvedi or Nalin Kohli.
Now a days I do not see the great women spokespersons of the BJP (Now all three of them are Ministers and hence adapted the silence of like the name given to then Honorable Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh i.e. Mauni Mohan Singh by them).
Any way they are talking of reforms and all of them are so concerned about the Industry including Arnab Gosvami as if Indian Economy is going to collapse if the reforms that both the BJP and the INC wants are not allowed to be carried forward. Great concern. But what about the common man. I really feel sorry and I also pity on people like Arnab Goswami, also a student of politics and a great journalist, that they do not feel like pursuing the issue of Education, Literacy, Health, Food, Water, Agrarian Crisis, Inflation etc and they do not feel like debating it in a manner, that through their debates a real solution for this crisis is found and through this they do not feel like India is going to prosper. They are debating on FDI, Industry, Growth etc. I do not know I am not an economist, nor I am a seasoned politician, but except a common man.
But listen to me, i understand what you all are doing. You are ruining this country and telling the common man to shut our mouth once votes are done for Lok Sabha, Vidhan Sabha etc elections. You all the political and ruling classes continue to feel that we the common people are fools.
Even in this 21st century after 68 years of Independence we the common people are haunted by only one single question and that is Roti, Kapda & Makan.
The gap between the rich, neorich, poor and the poorest of the poor is widening day by day. The mafias i.e. Land, Sand, Developers, Builders, Black Marketeers etc are ruling the nation. The Human traffickers, are gaining. Child Labor is increasing, illiteracy is on rise, despite we being the youngest nation in the world, our childrens are suffering and forced to work to meet the two ends.
Every day a minimum one farmer is committing suicide in some or the other part of the country and this is continued since 1985 and the Globalization, Liberalization process was accepted by us as a nation. 41% of our children are still out of the school from the age group of 6 to 14. The per capita, per year budget of the GDP for Agriculture, Education, Health etc continues to decline since last twenty years. We still continue to have manual scavenging. The three percent differently abled still find it difficult to meet their two ends and are not given their legitimate rights, we still believe in killing our Girld Childs, so on and so forth.
We as a nation are a signatory to the Millennium Development Goals of the United Nations. Yet we shamelessly continue to deprive the common man of his/her legitimate rights.
Shamelessly we continue to say that intolerance has been there in our country since ages and hence all the ruling and political parties have the right to continue with the same pattern.
No body talks of making it a history and those who raise voice against it are being, killed, silenced, shot at or targeted as followers of some or the other political dispensation. How can you all forget Maha Manav Gautam Budh, Mahaveer, Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar and Mahatma Gandhi?
Please note, it is very so essential for development, that we need to have peace, harmony etc internally, only then we can prosper as a nation. Just see whats happening in the surrounding Asian Countries. Why is the present ruling dispensation forgetting what is happening in Afghanisthan, Pakistan, Syria, Iraq, Algeria, Sudan, etc?
Under the name of development the natural resources are being gifted to the mafias. None of these political dispensation is ready to listen the voice of the common man and ready to save the planet and the people. Under the name of development, all of them put together are all out to destroy the very nature and the planet, as if by doing so they are the only ones who are going to survive.
They are forgetting they are also human beings and they also eat the same food which a common man eats, the form might be different.
I am yet to come across any human being surviving by eating GOLD, DIAMONDS, PLATINUM, SILVER, CURRENCY NOTES etc.
Please Arnab Goswami, listen to what the common man is saying, do not run your channel for TRP and take up the issues which matters the most for the real development of the nation. Or else you will also become an extinct specie.

Can Goswami ignore the warnings of the intelligentsia of our country including Mr Rajan and Mr. Narayana murthy ? Dear Prime Minister,
It’s really an unfortunate thing that the closer of our Banks on 2 nd and 4 th saturdays in a Month.
For employees, especially in the private sector, farmers and students especially all woaks of wounderful hard working people of our vibrant fast mooving Indian Economy is concerned – it’s a most unfortunate decision. For a great extent it will affect our economy for a great extent.
That’s too hard for all sections of people, if those days connected with other Bank Holidays, like it happen 4 consecutive bank holidays on 22,23,24&25th 0ct 2015.
Eventough ATM’s are available, most of our Banks are working without of ATM’S. Most of the ATM’S are usually dry down within first two days. No guarantee for it’s availability after first two days.
Another CDM facilities available only in very few palaces in our country.
Another very serious problem is no one in our country can able to withdraw various ”Fixed Deposits” during that period. Especially in case of emergency and accident cases. And aslo cannot take emergency loans.
As an average Indian’s is concerned, they can’t or couldn’t handle emergency funds in advance – even a single day. It’s really a toughest situation for each one us for the closer of Banks on 2 nd& 4 th sat along with clubbing of other Holidays.
In Kerala, some Society’s ( almost similar to Banks) especially in the agriculture area. They are open their society even in Sunday’s upto 12.30 pm. With the help of one or two staffs. And open their normal daily service upto 7.30 pm. For helping their customer’s. They are ready to give first priority to their customers. Like private sectors like hotels and shops are giving service to their cutomers.
If one staff ready to work on those times and days in every main brach can able to change everything in the most healthiest way around our country.
Give additional compensatory off or additional wages to those who are ready work on extra hours / day.
It will be really really helpful for hard working people in every pro’s and corners of our country.
If the customer’s ready to use different Bank ”Mobile Applications” for deposit, withdrawal for normal and Fixed Deposits, collecting DD’s and also emergency loan, it will helpful for the cashier.
Certainly it will helpful for our fast emerging economy in all directions.

I just thought I could take up some social work so that we can give back to society what little is possible as against the immense gains we have received .It also gives me tremendous joy in doing it.
First I have taken up the ‘Traffic Congestion subject’ since anyone coming to Bengaluru talk about the traffic congestion here.I have heard everyone complaining about the traffic and comparing the situation prevailing in other states and countries.But on the contrary, I felt that we should not stop in complaining but should try and initiate some steps in resolving the issue.

In this connection ,I signed a petition to “Addl.Commissioner of Police(Traffic),Bengaluru on TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ,SAFETY & POLLUTION CONTROL” and posted in ‘Change.Org’.
