Hira Devi Meghwal. His educational qualification is M.A. (Pol. Science), LL.B., M.B.A from Sri Dungar College, Bikaner, and the University of Philippines, Philippines. His religion belongs to Hinduism and Nationality, Indian. He married Smt. Pana Devi on 12 May 1968 and has four children two sons and two daughters. Arjun Ram Meghwal was first elected to the 15th Lok Sabha in 2009 representing the Bikaner constituency, Rajasthan, and maintained his position for the next 16th Lok Sabha (2nd term) and 17th Lok Sabha (3rd term).
