    I had Purchased Euro Clean Vaccum Cleaner for my home in March but till date i m not receive Bill Copy from Company. Mr. Ajay Tiwari sales person of Aquaguard, surat gives demo to my home & I finalised it & gave him payment – he delivered the machine but bill copy not give. So, many times i called n whatsapp but no responce from his side. Like Aquaguard company i didnt expect this type of service.

    I have been handling Eureka Forbes Ltd. water purifier products as a channel since 2014 and doing good but all of a sudden I have found so many miscommunication had been taken place since 2015 mid part, once I have started to protest they (GL and TL) had stop to come in our office after dumping a good nos of stock and now I have been holding stock of 12lac plus and not only stock their GL has kept our money and goods too. But no one is bothering to resolve the issue. For these issues I have send several mails and tell them over phone too.
    If as a channel I am facing this kind of problem then how about general person

    SL 22407120S6007049 after that i have done AMC and now i want to change filter for this matter i registered three time complain on dated 9 ,14 and 17 through my registered nob 8512018999 but i am sorry to say no body turned up and no body call me till date ,i was no expecting such poor service from your end.

    Am from kovaipudur, coimbatore, tamilnadu, i brought aquaguard on 2 years before this year i have renewed AMC before one month they changed filters and all after 2 days its not working so i have complaint to service center to coimbatore after that they came and took our filter before 10 days but now 1 week we are trying that number that number is switched off so i have getting confused that person was coming from aqua guard or someone else. so now i have getting afraid for that. that office numbers and all staff members are getting switch off now. they are all cheating us from ur service centers if ur not take action about this issue so i am going to give complaint of them. that person name is Durai. i called other staff he told i have resigned my job like this.how we can find our filter please help us. Very worst service centers in this branch only. just u have check how many times i hvae rised complaints for my filter. u have to think this good manner to torched ur customers. really am not happy about purchased your product.

    Very bad service. Before purchasing all the staffs run after the customer like dogs but if once the customer purchase and install it in home no body listens to any complain related to the aquaguard. From last seven days we have complained in the office ( CDA,cuttack, Odisha). Each day we have been running to the office like hell . My family is dying everyday for clean water.
    If the company can’t provide proper service they should close their useless business. Finally it will be good for us to file complain against the company before consumer’s court ,what I think.

    Sub: Replacement of defective water purifier
    Dear Sir
    This is to inform you that I have purchased one Dr. Aquagaurd Eterniti water purifier(receipt no. 253 033480) from Mr. Jayanta Roy(“CSS code no. 9089159) On 09.05.2017 at Rainbow Residency, Flat no-2D, 22A Kedar Nath Das Lane, Kolkata-700030 in the name of Sayantan Biswas. After installation I found two major problems 1) purified water is coming out of the nozzle in inclined manner 2) there is an internal leakage in the purifier therefore when I need to take purified water the machine leaks water from its internal part.
    I made complaint calls many times to replace the item as it is a defective one from the very first time of installation but your company sent technicians to fix the problem twice (service request no. 2002966177 dated 09.05.2017). First time they were completely unable to resolve the problem. Second time your technician tried in his best way but the problem is still there. Water is still coming out in inclined manner may be a little less and leakage has been controlled temporarily by using teflon tape. Anyways I am not at all satisfied with your service. As it is a brand new machine it is better to replace over fixing it up. Even l am not a permanent resident of that place it is very difficult to attend your technicians any time any day.
    Therefore I would like to request you to either replace the machine with a proper one or refund me the payment amount as soon as possible. Now I will be available there for the last time to resolve the problem in full and final manner. As I am an old customer of your company using your Inova model over 12 years I wish far more better service from your side.

    But now the delay is more & if our employee is affected from desease like Jaundice OR some kind of health disease the responsibilty is yours only.
    Please take action immediat on this.

    Aquaguard filter not working, I heard they put all fake filter, which became true in my case. if company don’t have control over its employees and it’s product then better to change the slogan to “your enemy for life” instead of “your friend for life”

    Now a day people are ready to spoil other people life for few thousands and no control over it in india

    I purchased a vaccum cleaner x force in Sept 2016. I was assured a demo & a free bag at the time of booking. But very disappointed neither demo given nor the gift. Also the product was delivered at my office without any information. I use to receive 10 calls per day before booking the order & now there are no phone calls. It’s like a cheating business. God knows what will be the after sales service . Hope some one will look into this.

    Aquaguard UV magna was installed a year ago. Installation was not done properly. Water knob was defective. I was promised that the company will replace it. Repeated calls made but no one showed up. Also several calls made for free service within the warranty period. Calls came from all over promising to come. But to no avail. Water purifier doesn’t work. The knob is defective. Called on 30/1/17 for paid service. None came. Calls are coming from all over but says not within their jurisdiction. Called HQ and complained. Still no use. The worst experience I have ever experienced.
