I am S.Sai Ram I am working in Central Reserve Police since 1996 to till now , Sir my father expired in 16/1/2017 due to Paralysis, my father taken agriculture gold loan at Kothacheruvu Andhra Bank branch. I request for concerned dealing (lady) they explained required documents and my family members, we are going for drawal of my ornaments. She speak with negligence and careless , she is not behave with customers, sir I am also employee, her speak with me I have not a time u can go , staff on the leave more work is there. Sir this type language used and application to side , “Sir I am not a theft, I have to submit required documents, death certificate, stamping papers family details, at branch so however her lay down me, if you to action on her otherwise I am going to legal proceeding . Sir I am going to with old age mother on 29/09/17 at 1045 they are given after evening around 1700 pm. Sir she is negligence, careless and irresponsible.
I have one savings account (133710100021310) in your Kharagpur College Branch vide Branch Code – 001337 (Dist – Paschim Medinipur under West Bengal) and for your kind information I had continue one RD account vide No 133720100124884 for one year and that was matured on 17.07.2017 as a result I had make the signature in passbook and send to the vide bank branch with my daughter in law (Who is also my joint account holder) but very unfortunate your Bank staff (Goutam Mukherjee) very miss-behave with her, around she was go to branch on 3.30 pm (17.07.2017) but that person was told her to lot of documents will be verify, when I have a savings account and three more Fixit deposit account over there, intensonaly he bound to stay her around 45 minutes and told I have to come physically and return back to her, when my mature money will be transfer to my savings account, all account details I had submit with branch, you can check your branch CC TV record, when I need some money for my treatment urgent basis. I am 70 years old and also a neuro patent, it is not possible to come at branch now. Also let you know previously mature my 4/5 RD account and transfer into my savings account without any problem after join this person we are facing this kind of problem or harassment, if you like to know I can provide you the name who are sufferer with this person.
I want to know it will be continue with us by your employee or you may take any step in this matter. This is very unfortunate and un-expected with one 70 year old women person as well as your customer, is it your customer service? If it will be continue than I will be closed my all account.
Hope you do needful otherwise I will go to women human resource department and let see what will be happened.

The worst ever banking experience I had with Andhra bank BARAMUNDA (Bhubaneswar) branch.They do not offer a seat but snatch you from a seat if you are sitting.Branch is not providing chairs in front of officers,with whom you will deal.CM will not be in his seat but move here and there so that you can not identify him and so you can not complain to him.Messengers ,Arm guard etc without ID-card will command you where to sit,where to wait as if you are some one unwanted in their premisesI suffered a lot of humiliation and harassment to close a minor SB account of my daughter.Complains are not acknowledged by their higher offices.I felt as if I have entered BERMUDA TRINGLE by mistake instead of Andhra Bank Barmunda branch.One must THINK TWICE to enter the baramunda Branch.

I am to bring to your notice and to initiate necessary action against the Manager of Andhra Bank, Ooty Branch,Mr.Vasu for his grave negligence and tells only lies, nothing but lies and whole lies..I am sending brief details making me suffer mentally at the age of 79 years.He has presumed I know nothing about Banks nor regarding uploading the TDS deducted to the I T Web site.He suo motto decided that my deposit in the bank was closed and TDS was deducted only for the first quarter.When I asked him why my TDS certificate from bank has not been sent even after my repeated calls to the bank /mobile ,he replies like a worn out record same thing again and again.Finally I did agree to his with drawing the TDS amount from my account with the bank and he paid with penalty, that from his pocket.I had specifically asked him to upload the same in the I T Website..He informed me it was done but was not reflected in the 26 A of the I T Website.He was saying that the auditor in Coimbatore informed it was done. Again I told him it is not reflected. He said it is the Zonal office which is taking care and he has reminded them..ALL LIES ONLY. I filed my IT return based on the information furnished and the letter he had given me , on 22nd July 17 ,but my Tax return was found to be defective and the I T Dept issued a notice along with a challan for payment on 17th Jan 17, 20th Jan 17, 13th Feb 17. I travelled to Ooty personally twice and the manager tells but action is opposite. I had sent him messages from my mobile ,does not respond, sends belated reply and I sent a message that I am going to the Andhra Bank at Kakinada on 17th Feb 17, at 11.19 hrs but he sent a message that today it will be uploaded and wanted me to wait till evening. s I dis not receive any message or call till 1816 hrs on 17th Feb ,I went to my Bank branch and paid the tax amount as indicated in the chalan sent by IT Dept.
I was subjected to unwarranted suffering due to the gross indifference of this your bank manager of OOTY and unnecessary expenditure due to sole fault of this one individual.The matter is serious and I am confident you will take necessary action and make him compensate me towards my travel which I am only asking as a nominal amount of Rs.10,000/=

The lady at your Gurgaon branch of sector 57 kept talking to her friends while I am trying to explain and then after her nonsense, she said forward me the email and I will look into it. Do you have any procedures of listening to the call recording then please do. All my details are updated yet we receive such emails which say you will seize my account. what the hell is this.

Then afer day we complaint Durgapur ANDHRA BANK branch and bank employees told me you will get amout within 24 hr. 3 days after again complaint and 8 days after again complaint but allways say you will get the amount within 24 hr.
