I have a corporate account with Andhra Bank.
Must say your site is “PATHETIC” and even more PATHETIC is your customer care. I guess your Cust Care is not even working. They have fixed a voice message “The subscriber you are trying to call is busy now”. So very irritating. To say, customer care is 24×7, but on ‘busy now’ voice message!!

I am writing this Email to bring an issue to your attention…of an amount not getting credit back into account of an transaction which is void by the merchant
On 17th June I have swiped the my Andhra Bank Debit at Lot Mobiles – Hyderabad for an amount of INR 17,800/- and at Fancy Garments Hyderabad INR 170/-..Please find attached the screen snapshot of my account details for reference and same transaction’s were Declined at merchant’s swipe machine and slip not generated and they communicate to us amount will credit back within 24hrs … however same is not credited back yet even after 5 days
When we check back with merchant (Lot Mobiles and Fancy Garments ) they say that they the transaction is declined on same day and this amount is not captured in their sale of 17th June….

I would request respective concern to kindly look into this issue and solve it at the earliest

I have been maintaining a savings account in Andhra Bank, Nagari branch Chittoor Dist in Andhra Pradesh for nearly 3 years.
On 02.03.17 I tried to withdraw cash of Rs.3500.00 but in Andhra Bank ATM (outside the branch) there is no amount and I had tried in another bank ATM i.e, in AXIS bank NAGARI BRANCH but I didn’t got the money from it. I told to axis bank officer regarding this.Another day i.e on 03.03.2017 I received a message from bank about debit of my amount from my account A.C no:104110100120301. The transaction processed but the amount did not come.Displayed on screen that unable to process and transaction declined statement.
Immediately I contacted bank staff and informed about this. He assured that if the amount will be credit automatically.
So please give me the confirmation when will amount will credit in my account.

Sir,I have a saving and housing loan account with Andhra Bank.Bandra ,west, branch(Mumbai). I had deposited 2 cheques of Rs 1,60,000 and Rs 50,000 on 20.10.2016 in Andhra Bank Palghar branch(Maharashtra).After 3 days I was told on phone by Palghar branch that Bandra branch does not have my KYC so they cannot deposit both cheque to my account and asked me to collect the same and asked me to contact Bandra branch.When I contacted Bandra branch many times different person (staff) talk and every time they say there is no KYC or any other issue. In fact Bandra bank did not receive any mail or communication from Palghar branch regarding my cheques.I requested them for information on my cheque and till today e.i 05.11.2016 why my cheques are not credited to my account.I have also given my A/C no.Mobile no.etc again.
