Amit Kumar Vashisth a Haryana-born theatre and film actor is noted for his work in South Indian Film Industry and Bollywood cinema. Amit completing his studying in B.E, he did several jobs before eventually getting enrolling himself at the prestigious institute FTII, Pune to pursue a course of action.
Amit started his acting career as a theatre artist and has performed several major theatres in India including Prithvi Theater in Mumbai, Kala Niketan on Mumbai and a Kamani Auditorium in Delhi.
Amit has travelled across India with a musical show YAHOO- Tha Karishma of Shammi Kapoor, a musical show which was based on yesteryear life of legendary actor Shammi Kapoor, he not only enacted the later actor but also hosted that show. He made his debut on the silver screen with Ithu Thaanda Police in 2016 and later Amit was seen in Malayalam film “Driver On Duty” and after that his 2017 released “The Window” film which was a drama mystery was directed by Vk Choudhary. Amit is associated with the Hindi history-thriller “Raazi” which is directed by Meghna Gulzar.
