Dear Airtel,
I was book Airtel High Definition DTH on 24 November 2019. At my suggestion by Airtel The connection has been booked and I have 3032377615 costmer ID Provided After this, I am constantly fooling your Area Manager (Rishikesh, mob :- 7895700376) that we will not be able to work in Uttarkashi online and now it is too much after so many days when they are When ready to apply D.T.H..they started demanding Rs 400 from me. I requested to put in Rs. 300 but they have not applied till date. I have also requested them that if you cannot get me provided, then provide me all the items of the set top box, I will get myself attached to any other local technician, then in that too your area manager demanded Rs 100 and told me that you should get D.T.H. from any local shop Will have to take the goods. I agreed to give Rs. 100 and the store I was told the address in that I had been mistreated by the store owner (Paridhi Electronics Chinyali Solar) and it was said that Airtel making fools you. we only accpet those order who is direct purchase D.T.H. frome our shops not online so i cant give you any doods. I was very disappointed with this.
Is it my fault that I chose Airtel ???
In my eyes, the image of Airtel was very good, which is now being tarnished by you, I have call in Costmer Care many times but those people also kept making false promises to me. . This is my last warning. Later, I will email Direct TRAI and after that I will try to go to the court for relief under the false promise you are making to me.
