    On 2.3.17 i was taking information of offers by 121 then it came an offer saying unlimited 2g internet for 28 days in 128 rs. When i send the message for enquiring about offer the next minute message came that thanks for activating the offer and Rs 128 deducted from my balance. Even it doesn’t ask for conformation. Means that customers can’t take information about the offers. Please pay attention towards this.

    I make a phone call from my mobile no. 8083475458, to query about balance deduction in helpl line no. 198 at about 6.30 PM from Araria (Bihar).
    He asked me how much balance deducted, I said I don’t know, check it. The executive replied you don’t t know then why you call and started abusing by using very rough words (I not want to write these fucking words). I’m shocked that how a customer care employee abuse a customer. He abused me, used very rough words but I didn’t use any abusing word. I request him to transfer my call to senior executive but he didn’t transfer my call and finally cuts my call.

    I again call from the same no. and I said the executive about the incident and asked him to transfer my call to your senior, but he didn’t transfer my call.

    My question is that why he abused me?
    Will the official take any action against him?

    My no.is 9858803351.I got a new connection about two months back.I got recharge of about Rs100 but within 24 hours & without any usage my balance was zero.Next day I enquired &came to know many services were activated without my consent.Then I deactivated all the services & had new recharge of more than Rs100 but within 24 hours my balance was zero.I contacted custome care but to no use .thereafter I did not recharge for 2 months. Today after2 months I had to make some urgent calls so made recharge of Rs28 but message shows recharge of Rs 28 but balance nil.I feel your company is bloody decoit company due to this very reason I had to close one more no.9858102817 which my mother was using & every month Rs 30 was deducted for music despite deactivating the service every month.You better mend this company and redress my problem failing which i shall be approaching consumer court.because enough is enough

    Myself Sniti..My Aircel no. Is 9139890338..On 4 Jan2017, I recharged with Rs.56 and rate cutter Rs.18..On 7th jan2017, suddenly my balance became 0.00..And started receiving text messages of VAS services..I have not at all activated any kind services then too for safer side I deactivated replying those msgs.. But after some time again started receiving same msgs..I tried contacting ur toll free nos..but no use..again I recharged with rs.70 online same day bcoz wanted to talk to u people but suddenly all got deducted..I also vsited nearby gallery but all are shut down..I m fed up nw plzzz plzzz help refund my amount otherwise I have to stop ur service…

    Several times a day my balance is being deducted by 5 rs. I’ve lost 50rs balance till now. When I spoke on cc no. they said that my iPhone has a problem so my balance is being deducted. They are obviously lying. When asked to speak to a senior, the agent doesn’t transfer the call, gives a false alternate no., or hangs up.

    I have port my number from airtel to aircel.during the port your centre girl(from sunfinsolution15@gmail.com) told me plan of 249.in which she told me 2gb 3g internet and 750 local & std free call and 500 sms free in this plan.but now you sent me bill of rs. 477.00.althogh my uses during the month is just below my plant limit.how it possible?please clear me.my aircel number:-9871029448.
    I will pay bill as according to my 249 plan and nothing more.
    I am also unable to use 3g in my mobile I have to browge in 2g only.thats also a problem.

    i have recharged my acvount worth rupess 144 on 7 june 2016 in which i have an offer of 1.5 gb data but i have received only 500 mb of it and still i haven’t got my benefits my phone no. is 9169320203. i also tried to register complain about it on 198 but they are always busy here and there though i tried more than 20 times. In case they receive the call by luck then they always have a server problem i am really fed up. Do resolve my problem as early as possible .

    Please receive my call. Your customer self executive are not work properly. Daily I call 30-40 times but they they told we are busy. Is that hole day they are busy???.

    Daily my balance is deducted because of your mistake & I pay for your mistake.
    I just want to stop message pack which are activated in my mobile. Every time Aircel customer care/complaint helpline gives me a number & told me that now ur message pack will deactivate but it doesn’t work. & also told me that your request is stop in 24 hours but I think there 24 hours are not completed from 3 days. [1-23116781386] this is my new complaint id this is also not working.

    Some told me dial 155223 on dial this number they told me on your number non of any service is activate.

    Is I m fool??

    To call you daily. I m in very trouble. Please receive my call its my last request. Do some thing.

    Inspite of repeatedly calling Aircel no executive responded. This is very irresponsible on their part.
    My balance has got deducted citing dat I have subscribed to some monthly clip tube, which I hav never done.
    Sorry to say but not satisfied with their service.

    Hi team,

    I have recharged my #9043393448 of rs453 combo pack of 353 talktime, 353 SMS 3gb data with 60 days validity @ 12:09 of 26th Feb. Below is the message received.

    Txn No. TNR16022612121800146 to Recharge MRP 453 is successful . TT= 353 INR, New Balance 393.20 INR, P.F 44.37 INR, S.Tax 57.37 INR.

    I was already having a balance of 40.20 which was added to the main balance. And I already was having 20MB of data available which was also added to the main data account I checked it through ussd*111#. So total data pack available was approximately around 3.020 GB of data. After this continued using my internet.
    Feb 27 when I checked my balance I was shocked to see that my entire 393.20 rs has been lost and it shows as zero.

    Kindly note:
    I haven’t subscribed for any value added services.
    I haven’t made any calls.
    I haven’t subscribed for call me tunes.
    I haven’t received any SMS regarding the deduction of amount.
    I haven’t received any SMS regarding your data quota has been reached maximum limit.

    FYI:
    I have been using 453 plan for the past 6 months but I have never faced this kind of issue.
    I have raised a complaint regarding this. Below is the number, kindly refund my entire 393.20 immediately. 393 rs is not a small amount for me.

    Hello Aircel,

    Although its really impossible to decide which network provider you can trust, still I chose Aircel for myself and its the very third time I am disputing for my recharge money. However, it really makes me wonder if the company “Aircel” is just for snatching money out of its customers pocket for no reason.

    Coming to the point, I received a promotional message from Aircel via DM-600005 on 19-02-2016 Friday, stating “Aapke liye special offer !! Rs.67 ke data pack main payein 1GB 2G/3G Data, Val-30din !! Free data 8 ghante main !! Offer sirf aaj ke liye – Aircel”. I received the msg at 06:33PM and obviously I made a recharge for Rs.67/- against Txn No. BHR16021920312500642 at 08:42 PM (that day itself). In response to the recharge, I received a total data of 500MB valid till 25-02-2016. I called the CC to clarify the things and they assured me that the balance data and validity will be credited within next 8 hours. So, I waited for next 24×2=48 hours (company 8 hours + night 6 hrs + sunday holiday 24 hours + official delays 10 hours).

    Got no response except a message that the complaint has been resolved. Called the CC to find out what has been done in this regard. The guy said that the issue has been resolved and I’ll be soon receiving the benefit with extended validity.

    but Nothing………..till now. Additionally, I seem to have been banned from calling the CC numbers 121 and 198 also. Can’t even connect to the customer care.

    It’s a SHAME you disallow your customers to connect to the Call Centers.

    Please note that, this is the very third time, Aircel is deducting money for no value/purpose and this time I am not going to let it go. I’m really sick of your problems and solutions too. Here’s my Aircel number 8507102815, and the registered name is “Shashi Ranjan”. Check your logs, you’ll find the details if you manage it on your own, not by some consultancy or third party organisations.

    I have using your company network and my no is 8386017790. As on 17 feb you have deducted Rs 5 Rs and after this as on 22feb you have dedicated Rs.30/-. When i contacted to customer care 198 on 22feb time 6.30PM they asked to me that you have started news pack on your no and your company customer care person MR. Chenna Ram cut my phone in mid conversation. After this i checked my outbox i have not sent and msg to your company for starting this service. Then how can you deduct my account balance.
    This type of customer cheating doesn’t seems good.

    I would like to request that stop this service with immediate effect on my no and refund my amount as soon as possible.

    I am using your network (Aircel – prepaid) for more than 8 years. I have faced many issues but it’s more now. I have recharged 3G data pack Rs. 255 on October 01, 2015; 21:35:07 hrs. I used only 3 days after that when I am using internet they have taken amount without my knowledge. Many time I called to customer care to inform my issues, they told that it is network problems, so amount and data will be update very soon but no action till now. The 3G data validity date completed on 26.11.15. Kindly give suggestion, shall I continue or change to other network.

    It’s been 5 days writing mails and telling about my situation to you people that, i am suffering from Aircel services due to poor services offered in roaming in BHOPAL. I have an active 3G data pack as well as roaming pack which i am unable to make use of. I requested you to convert those recharges to my main account balances so that atleast I can make use of that money which i have wasted on your shitty company. But you are not responding in any of the way.
    I think I have to switch to other network because you people will continue to be in shit and make other people also suffer with that shit.

    Since I was not aware of this information, that i won’t be able to use my data plan and my roaming plans for which I have done recharges of Rs 25 for roaming pack and Rs 88 for data pack becomes useless to me. Thereby I would like to request you to please return this money to my account in form of balance in main account. So that at least I can make use of it for next 15 days.
    If that also not possible then please suggest me the solution to use my money which i have wasted on your company. As I will have to forcibly bear the brunt due to your company.

    As I am on roaming, I am experiencing worst services from Aircel in bhopal M.P.
    1.First of all your customer care is not connecting .
    2. I have activated roaming pack for a month, then also my balance is getting deducted while receiving calls.
    3. I have active 3G data pack that too is not working over here. If connected to Vodafone then my main account balance is getting deducted.
    What the hell is this. Do you want me to still use your network or should I switch it.?
    Please reply and sort this out or you will lose this customer for ever.

    I m really surprised to see this much poor service of aircel Rajasthan. I called at customer service centre but I got busy tone due to heavy traffic at call centre and can’t understand how it could be possible. I recharged some promo balance which worked for a day then it didn’t work and I try to call at 198 which I seem next to impossible.

    Please shut down your customer service and appellate board in chennai.. Frauds and worst language speakers.. No brain to understand issue from customers.. Appellate people epecially prakash the big ball who dont speak to customers said by his team mate. Customers pay his salary but he dont speak to customers said by his team mate srikanth. Bullshit service and its people. Fraudently took my 1258 rupees and made by balance nil and appellate says cant refund. People should quit aircel and opt other subacibers.. Once they go down they will realise what they have done to its customers.

      They are frauds, appellate board and customer service is dumb.. Switch to other subscriber who will be less fraud. Aircel will be shutdown soon due to its poor staff and policies. Not sure if they read and improve themselves.

    I have been using aircel for the last year. No complaints so far. This morning I got a message saying
    “Thank you for subscribing to Masti Mall . You have been charged Rs 35.0 for 7 days and your service will be auto renewed with the same charges.”
    I have not subscribed to any such service and am a little confused as to how to stop this service and get back my balance. Your helpline numbers are all automated. I need to speak to a person. Not a machine. Please respond immediately.

      I am jenin, I had used a postpaid aircel sim card.
      9710114428,
      I was deceived by aircel Telecom.
      I bought an aircel postpaid in August buy 2014, 1st month Rs241, I paid Rs 250, unfortunately 2nd month I was cheated by aircel telecom with Rs1480 bill amount.
      I had asked a reason ” how you generated this bill, this is not possible” but unfortunately my account was blocked with out permission. I did not get incoming and outgoing call.
      I was only using internet in 299 unlimited 2G internet plan.

      I paid amount Rs1200.
      I got a call from aircel office your bill amount balance Rs1080. they said your account had deactivated in December.

      I had used only 2 month service( not service ).

      I write friendly,
      Do not used Postpaid SIM. POSTPAID Sim in india for RANSOM purpose.

    Sir,
    Being in army transfer duty, I had put in MNP request for mobile no. 9577167677 from Aircel, Assam to Vodafone , Ambala Cantt, Haryana but the same has not been agreed to by your company stating subsisting contractual obligations. Am deeply disturbed and aggrieved by your action. There are no proper network within Ambala Army Cantonment services other than Vodafone & BSNL, however call drops are too much in case of BSNL hence I opted for Vodafone. Plz help me with the MNP.

    I own aircel mobile no. 9762000467. From last 10 days masti mall pack is automatically activated. I call many a times to customer care 198 n told them to cancel the pack and reimburse the amount back. they agree to do. But u people didn’t done anything till date. This is the third time my amount got deducted. Totally Rs.105 till now.

    i put mail on 14th Aug but till now no revert.

    Hope you will solve my grievances soon.

    Hii….today i have called your customer care service to make a complain regarding the national roaming service but CCE who have received my call name suraj was not at all trained the way he spoke was ridiculous & pathetic too. When i have asked him to transfer my call to the senior he start making excuses that the seniors are not available & they are bussy they cant come on line & then he dissconected my call and now i am trying the complaint no:198 no CCE is picking the call……. pathetic service by aircel.

    Hi..
    I’m a new user of Aircel and recently got your connection. My phone number is 8796809632.The only reason I got myself a Aircel connection was because it offered good sche mes for voice calls. So I had my girl pick this sim for me.

    Initially before the sim was activated we were informed that would be 10p/min calling. And it has actuall been 10p/min so far which includes the last call I made today.

    However yesterday dated 6th July 2015, I got my phone recharge for 30rs . Which credited 23rs in my account. However what I noticed today was a big drop in my phone balance though the number of mins spoken between yesterday and today comparatively lesser than normal.

    Hoping for some appropriate explanation I called the customer service both 198 and 9762012345 which I got from the internet weren’t really helpful. Because I was looking to speak to a live person rather than a IVR. And guess what it was a waste of time.

    Hence I request you’ll to have any of Ur live representatives call me. If don’t answer or I’m not reachable please drop me a message on my number 8796809632.

    Please provide me with a detailed summary as to how my balance has dropped so drastically. Looking forward for some rational explanations by EOD today so y would restrict us from takin this matter any further.

    Please respond to the same Asap with a appropriate resolution:-)

    what’s going on with aircel balance ? I recharged rs.110. in my aircel no.7031241455 and got talk value of rs.109.00 on 16-06-2015 with magic plan of rs.61.00 ; thereafter I phoned only twice—first for less than 1 minute and secondly for about 10 minutes. balance was deducted @0.32 per minute; surprisingly my balance was deducted three tmes more….by rs.5.00,rs.15.00 and today rs.5.00 by way of a message from DD-AIRCEL—-” thanks for using Aircel Service” at 07.24 hrs…..(.present balance rs.80.48). I sincerely have shocked with these activities—– if all these anomalies are not rectified immediately I would have no other option than to circulate this message to all my relatives so that they can withdraw themselves from this CHEATING services and get connected with other operators— awaiting quick reactions from AIRCEL management.

    Nd customer service also 3rd class..
    If u hv more balance in ur a/c so hv’t any reason deducte balance 4m ur a/c…
    Yesterday deducted sm bln 4m my a/c..
    Then calld customers care, told me ,,,’system not working call after dmtime’ after that I m trying call more time 198 for complaints. .
    But dn’t receive nd also try 121..
    So how to get solv my problem. .

    This is the most fraud network in India.
    I recharged my account (mobileno.-8804245932)with 250 on 28th of march 2015 around 1:30 am in night .After reiecing my blannce I subscribed for internet pack of 39 and received a message immediately that my net pack is active. So i started using internet on my phone.. After few hours when I checked my balance and to my surprise they had already detected INR 211. I called customer care immediately and the guy said he has sent my complaints so I will get my balance within 24hours , which never happened . what followed is endless series of emails and calls ..finally the guy said that I have been charged for using data services , which I don’t understand because if that was the case how would I still have data balance still left and could use internet on my phone despite having zero balance.

    I know , we. Customers don’t have any channel where we can get proper help to solve our problems specially after such inefficient customer service from Aircel. I know it is already too late so I don’t expect my balance back … But I post it just to let other customers know that sooner you change to other provider the better it is

      MSISDN 8014041526 is an existing which got activated on 18-SEP-2013.Post validation it was found that the you had tried to recharged with FRC 100 on 20/04/15 08:59:52 and 19/04/15 20:35:56.The recharged did not go through as FRC (first recharge coupon) is meant only for one time recharge at time of activation only and hence in the system the recharge also shows FAIL.Your’s SIM card was activated on 18-SEP-2013.

    dear sir/madam
    i am extremely sorry to tell that like other service provider your service is not less than them luring customers and getting fall them in trap similar incident happen to me when i received message on 28/2 to 03/03/15 from DT 655505 THAT “exclusive for you .recharge with Rs. 147.00 and get 90% cash back (132.3 TT) and get local A 2 A 10 Paise/min + local offnet 30 P/m + STD A 2 A 10 Paise/m- Validity 28 days”
    according the message i recharged for Rs 147.00 on 05/03/15 vide Txn no. TNR 15030519182200231 but till date i yet get the cash back i contacted customer care representative they lodged my complaint (1-18527438147) and assured me that the problem will be solved within 24 hrs .but i received a message on 08/03/15 that the problem has been resolved and if any query i should contact customer care either through mail or through customer care no. . it shows very clear that aircel customer should have mail ID and conversant with computer otherwise they can’t contact customer care as they will block their (customer) No. by programming at their end.
    beyond this i mailed to customer care as well as appellate to look into the matter on 10/3/15 but so far i did not get reply . so my conclusion is BSNL is best at least they don’t play forgery (420)
