    it is very embarrassing sometimes for customers who are availing your network. I am dwelling in Raiganj Uttar Dinajpur West Bengal. I have parallel 3 more aircel numbers. I don’t know why and how I lost approximately 80 rupees. surprisingly I recharged Rs.44 and it took hardly 2 minutes to reach home, and my balance showed only 05 paise. I have stopped wasting my hard earned money. moreover ur senior executives are not willing to speak. I want justice.

    Hi,
    Since Last 3 days I have spoken with customer service several times. But Not Respond any one properly Gave me complain no and inform me that technical team will call me and resolve my issue. No one called me. Since then I have spoken today also but not respond this is not correct way and your employees so irritating me. If my issue is not resolved then i will change to some other service provider. My 3G Network not connected and Speed is really slow and i need to fix it asap. As my work is totally based on internet.

    Sir I am not able to understand that why is it taking such a long to resolve my issue and because of this lot of money is also being charged while calling customer service. Their is no one to listen so at last I have decided to draft you a mail

    My cell number is 8796552470. On 31/08/2016 I get SMS as follows “Thnaks for subscribing to aircel. Pl 128 pack will be activated on your mobile. Benefits will be provided shortly…” After reading this I called aircel 123 number and talked to a cus care person that some pack is activating on my mobile, And I don’t want this. Person checked my account and said nothing is active on your number. So I get relaxed. After 1-2 days my outgoing get stop then I check balnce n it was zero. So I called cus care they replied 128 pl pack is active. There after I done approximately 10 calls for refund. I have recording of all calls. No reply from cus care. They just say forwarding ur number to manager..then it rings for some time and call get disconnected. I just get frusted. I just request to resolve this issue.

    This is the third time I lost money. First time nearly 300Rs , second time 500 Rs and third time 275Rs I lost.
    1 time-I checked the internet facility
    2 time – I checked the internet facility
    3 time – I used internet since separately I recharged for internet for 100 MB
    Like a rapacious bird or animal my amount is being cut. I recharged for internet for 100 Mbs in the same day I recharged for 200 as main balance. Hence my main balance was 275rs. When i used i could not get any internet . in the next day when I opened I was cut rs 275 from my balance. I am a professor I handle class for MBA and mechanical engineering. I am telling about this problem to all students . I have a plan to change to some other service provider. 20 years I used aircel.

    Hi sir.. I Have an idea which I want to share with you. Gio has become very popular rapidly . I am an Aircel user and my many of my relatives use the same. So I want keep using it. Moreover Aircel and Airtel provide good network in rural areas so majority of the people of rural areas are user of these two network. Internet speed is also good in both the networks. But Gio has created two major problems here for both the telecom companies like Aircel and Airtel and users of their services. The problems are..
    1. Risk taking capacity in these companies are undoubtedly less than that of the Reliance Gio. So they can’t lower their rates of Internet packs, rate cutters and charges for other facilities. The policy of Reliance Gio will surely made them lose their customers, who will divert towards Reliance. So it is a dark period coming in the ITsector for such companies. Government will also support Reliance Gio because first it is an Indian company and 2nd it is making true the dream of digital India.
    2. It will increase financial load on the people of rural area who are users of such companies. So they will also try to get rid of such companies and go for an easy option which Reliance will surely provide.

    It is going to make a positive impression on the mind of public about Reliance and negative impression about all other telecom Companies in india.

    Solution….

    In my view no companies in india has capacity to compete with reliance. So I suggest the companies like Aircel, Airtel, idea etc. to do collaboration with one another because it is not the time of doing rivalry against one another but here they have only one rival which is Reliance. So I think they should make a treaty and provide cheap services of 3G if 4G is not possible on the same( single) network. Here single network implies that all the companies which will be on the collaboration will use same network and their facilities will be the same. Facilities will be same means all facilities will be of same rates which will come in market with the name of the collaborated unit not by the individual name of Airtel or Aircel. So that every user of those companies will have to pay same amount for same facilities and moreover they will be provided single network facility. It will I think increase the risk taking capacity of these companies and surely create hindrance to reliance after 3 month when people will have to recharge their Sim card. But if this formula is applied before that then it will diminish other companies to the ground. In my view this will help keeping both rural and urban consumers of these companies.
    Trai and government can not provide you any help on permanent basis. You can only save your place by becoming a strong rival of Reliance and that you can do only by becoming the choice of people and this can only be done implementing this kind of idea.

    Now, come to point. As I was requested for new Aircel postpaid connection. Accordingly, new connection was provided by your team with mobile no. 9716053537, I was taken this number to avail the benefit for free call on one local Aircel number.

    I used this offer one month and than stopped to use. As there is some network issue at other end for which I opted this connection. Therefore no usage for this number from long time. However, Aircel team is generating the bills every month.

    So, finally, I would request you to waive off non usage charges from my bill and confirm the actual bill, which payable.

    OK and they talking to me for late payment and I’ll not paid I love this no that is why I am using this no since 7-8 years but that’s not mean u can take whatever u want.

    I hold a post paid connection since quiet a long time. unfortunately i had to shift my connection to a different operator. Despite several complaints to the customer care, the issue has not been effectively addressed, the network is pathetic, I am never able to use 3G despite paying for it. i keep getting weired answers from your customer service. call drops every often, 3G cannot be used. I am shifting both my postpaid numbers. please look into the problem as many of your consumers are upset with your service and network and are willing to shift to other operators.

    Unauthorized subscription of Pocket Store Fortnightly = Rs. 49/- gone for unauthorised subscription without my consent – Mobile No. 8013185100, I want Aircel should credit Rs. 49.00 to my account. Really Disgusting! Horrible! Just 2 days back, you reverted Rs. 20 to my account for the same reason (different subscription forcefully activated); again you activated Pocket Store Fortnightly amounting to Rs. 49.00 again without any consent.

    Fade up with Aircel, cheating and looting public’s money by activating some of their products without taking consent from the customer. My earlier balance was Rs. 59.00 but now came down to Rs. 10.00 due to this type of cheating money from their customers account.

    This time they have charged Rs. 49.00 in one go by unauthorized subscription of Pocket Store Fortnightly = Rs. 49/- and my balance came down to Rs. 59/- to Rs. 10/-, without any confirmation from my end, whether I have agreed to subscribe or not. I can challenge Aircel that you cannot show any sms or confirmation from my end that I have confirmed my subscription to that Pocket Store Fortnightly.

    What a fun! They don’t even take the trouble of interacting with the customer. One have to keep on calling 198, 6 # 3 then 9 to speak with the Customer Care for 20-25 times, hours after hours and always its busy. Most worst customer care in this mobile world. Plz help me so thay Aircel would credit Rs. 49.00 with immediate effect to my account. I did sms STOP 155223, to stop the subscription; there they sent me sms “You are not subscribed to any VAS services”. I asked for last two Service request, the return message is so cryptic, it’s too difficult for a customer to read it out, what is written. I have got all the sms from aircel which could not be enclosed as there is no option to attach. It’s ridiculous, because Aircel can start the subscription without consent and deducting my balance without intimating whether I would like to subscribe or not. This time, I think I should go to Consumer Forum if my complaint does not solve by Aircel Team.

    So I am requesting to refund my balance. Otherwise I will go to consumer forum and will port my number to any other mobile service provider.

I.e whenever I try to call someone I heard that this route is busy and whenever I am trying to touch with aircel support they always said that please call after 4 hours there is 5 days completed at my hand but the still 4 hours not consume by you it’s a very bad experience I’ll suggest to my friend and family members that never to be a aircel subscribers

    compay before recharge but I have received only Rs95/ on charhing of Rs110/
    I have told this problem to the customer care but no suitable action has been taken as on day
    Please look in to the matter and credit Rs20/- in my balance amount

    There is a problem for rechargeing before recharge I asked for talk value and I
    advised by your customer that talk value is Rs110/to Rs110/- then
    I got recharge for Rs110/-on 01-03-2016 after recharging I got only Rs95/-
    instead of Rs110/ please let me advise for balance of Rs15/ will be credited
    in my balance amount.

    I am a customer of your service from previous last 5 years..i am
    really happy with the services that you are providing but recently i
    came across through a very bad experience.

    In a day from the customer care they are calling multiple times.on
    19th of February due to some issue some caller tune has been activated
    in my mobile,i was out of town so i could not get but on 24th when i
    came back i got to know that it has been activated.

    I called up your customer care and spoke to some manager called Mr.
    Madhukiran. He was unable to resolve my issue.I asked for higher
    escalation email id and they told that he does not have any idea about
    anything and provided a number:-9738199010 stating this is the CEO
    personal phone number.

    Is this the way that you are providing service the customer’s??and
    more over if by mistakenly also i picked up the call then why without
    my intimation balance has been deducted.

After five minitues i got a messege from aircel, that ” i have activated some rubbish and to confirm you click below link”. But i have not given any confirmation. from aircel they have deducted 75rs for that. i called customer care and take complaint after 3 days simply they advised i have downloaded ndtv link. My question though i have data card and if link payable then aircel should have told customer about the charges or aircel need to get confirmation from customer and both are not happend whereas how aircel can deduct customer money. and your customer care excutive simply telling NDTV belogs to aircel so we deduct money! !… check the conversation recorded in airce with me the time @ 10:35am on 23/02/2016 from the mobile number 9715392602(for customer care – Madukkur -614903, Pattukkottai taluk, thanjavur district,tamilnadu,India). i am fed up with aircel and i am using this number last 10 years and going to change this number to other network because of this issue. To aircel my number network change will not be a big issue or a mater. but this is shame to aircel which one customer changed your network because of your customer care and policy from who is using 10 years your network.. Thanks a lot and i wish all the best to aircel and your network will get grow up….

    i have made a recharge(Rs.50) to my mobile no.8883577358 on 17/02/16 near at 0930 PM. but later i have received a message reg.video telkies 50 at rs.35.0 and although the same amount was deducted my main balance and actually i didn’t applied/requested for this stupid message, then later i was calling 155223 for deactivation of this specialty, but cost of Rs.35.0 not yet refunded my account.this is not only, and earlier a sum of Rs. 6 was deducted without any reason.so avoid to this type of foolish act and againly the same mistaken was made by your dept.and i will initiate to apply legal activities through High court.

                  Today there is two VAS is automatically activated from your company and deducted Rs 35 for game club and secondly Rs 30 for attractive model when i called to customer support,your representative helped me and give docket number for re-credit of deducted balance Rs35.But when again talk to your customer support at around 0926 hrs on 17/92/2016 ,CS said your attractive model was actived 10/2/2016 and Rs 30 is deducted against renewal this service and your C S behaviour was very rude and he give up to help me and disconnected my Coversation howerver i have recieved massage from 155223 at 0825 hrs on 15/02/2016 that “you are not subscribe to any VAS service”.then why the renewal balance deducted from my account and why not deductecd amount can be recredited in my account?however i have never activated such kind of VAS.your customer care’s bahaviour was not good with me.
                                   It is therefore you are requested for refund my unwanted amt. Deduction as on the earliest basis.
    If require i have both record audio conversation with customer care and massage for send you.
    3) Now your company sent a massage1426 hrs that your complain has been resolved but debitted amount is not still refunded.
    4) your customer care is not picking my call on 198 & 121 from 0900 hrs
    5) I have all prove againt my apeal ,if you are not take any action agaist solve my problen ,i will go to produce all prove to Media,your managing director,TRAI,and consumer court as well as impose defamation charge over your company too.

    I am very disgusted writing this but your assam region customer care executives are really disgusting.. they don’t even bother to hear the exact grievances of the customer, as if you people take your customer for granted.
    Many times my balance has been deducted n i called customer care they assured me that unwante VAS which had been activated on its own are deactivated n my balance will be returned within 24 hours but m still waiting for balance recovery.. i asked about it many times but no one bothers to reply correctly.
    Moreover in your plans all you data packs are shown as 2G/3G but when a customer recharge that plan balance is deducted from the main balance n wen one Complaint it is told that the plan was only 2G n thus balance has been deducted from the main account.
    And your executives in Assam region show a great haste in transferring calls to other branch of Complaint without listening wat customer wants to say.
    Furthur if you want to Complain about this they won’t take ur call telling u to call after sometime.
    What a good service.. I must say.

    From past 6 months I have been facing the same issue of my balance getting deducted without any reason and there are continuous messages and calls from the company even after activating the DND service. Although after repeated complaints and so many mail exchanges I have been facing the same issue over and over again. On Dec 5, 2015 a recharge was made for INR 60 in the phone (8013077747). Details of recharge are as follows:
    Txn No. KOR15120512112200049 to Recharge MRP 60 is successful. TT = 59 INR, New Balance 60.45 INR, P.F 0 INR, Service.Tax 7.60 INR. (Time of the message is 12.11)
    Another recharge for internet of INR 148 was made on the same number.
    And soon after recharge 2 messages were sent from Aircel stating:
    1) Thank You for your request to subscribe to Social Book 99. To complete subscription please click on (and a link was attached) from number 59061. (Time : 12.12)
    2) Thank you for choosing Glamour Zone 75 ar INR 35.0. You have been charged INR 35 for 7 days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223 from number DD-AIRCEL. (Time 12.12)
    Soon after receiving such messages INR 35 was deducted and again I had to call the customer care and the same thing was said that all my VAS services are activated and I have activated the services.
    I don’t understand 1 simple thing, why every time I recharge the same this is been repeated. This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic.
    Even after continuous discussions for more than 6 months I have been receiving service messages and calls from Aircel. This is a real headache and irritating.
    From December 2, 2015 onwards again Aircel is sending me messages and calling to avail services from them instead of repeatedly asking them not to do so. Moreover the company should teach their customer executives to talk to customers properly before hiring them.

    Sir,
    I am using your Prepaid Number as stated above for my communication
    and browsing needs.
    I use the SIM along with the mobile phone for connecting to the INett.
    Most of the time I use it along with the USB Dongle. It is a multiple
    SIM version that accommodate all cellular service providers.

    Already, before some 5 months, I have lodged a complaint with your
    office after I experienced very low data speeds. Even though the
    distance between my home office and the nearest Aircel Tower is lesser
    than half a Km, I never received more than 30Kbps.And THAT too was not
    steady. It swayed between 1Kbps and 20Kbps.
    When I tried the connection at my office at Pongalur, where the
    distance is a few meters (right under the tower) the speed never went
    anywhere to your advertised levels of 1Mbps or even the home office
    speed of 30Kbps.

    I have communicated many times with your techys on this and got
    unrealistic suggestions like shifting over to a 3G Dongle, switching
    over to a Postpaid option etc.
    I visited your Palladam Office and Dharapuram Office and Kangeyam
    Office for more assistances.
    Nothing happened to relieve my dilemma.

    Two of your tech assistants responded to my complaints three months
    ago and assured to adjust the speed to a higher level. They collected
    many details from me and assured to send in a team to look into the
    affair.
    Till this hour no such remedy was provided.

    So I switched over to your much hyped Dongle and it too was so slow as
    to use another MSP’s SIM for INett access. I believed your slogan in
    the following ad image and promptly wasted some more money.

    The mere effort to purchase it posed many delays. None of the above
    ourlets or offices of your concern were able to supply the requested
    dongle. Many retailers also were unable to provide one.
    After a week, unable to get an Aircell Dongle, I purchased one
    MultiSIM Huawei dongle.
    The speed not touched an all time peak of 20 Kbps.

    Just a few minutes before this letter, I tried my limits of patience
    by using your dongle with the SIM and frustrated, logged off.
    Please note one thing here. With the same Dongle I used BSNL SIM,
    Airtel SIM, Vodaphone SIM and a few others. Every other thing worked
    farly well except yours.

    I stress the point that in good faith, we, the poor Prepaid Customers
    of you, pay in advance and wait for the service to be at least fairly
    good. Even when the service was continuously very poor, we promptly
    recharge and topup.
    You have the moral duty to care for the Prepaid Customers who pay much
    more than to you than Post paid Customers.

    Last eve, I once again, topped up the number for Data and still regretting.
    Please look into this for the sake of us the hapless Prepaid Customers.
    Or instruct your outlet staff to deny sale of this INett cards and
    Dongles outside all cities and bit towns.
    I am going to ditch all my Aircel Numbers in this week, solely due to
    your poor service.

    Dear Sir,
    I am sorry to inform you that a sum of Rs.75/-at 7 P.m. on 6th November and Rs.30/-at 3 P.m. on 7th November have been deducted from my main account balance without any message sent to me. I came to know it myself while searching my Balance. Then I complained to your customer care representative regarding the deductions. She assured me to refund back the amount within 48 hours. Having waited the scheduled time I again contacted her she also assured me the same thing. She sent a message to me to communicate 155223 to stop VAS service. I did it but I could not get back my deducted amount. Then I again contacted your executive on 17th November. He replied that I had not complained during stipulated time and so my deducted amount could not be refunded. Having been harassed I sent an E-mail to appellate.orissa@aircell.co.in on 17th November. After 2 days the executive concerned sent an email to me that they had verified my account details and found the deductions were not wrong and I am not eligible to get the demanded amount back.
    I surprise having not downloaded anything how your representative pointed out such kind of downloadings. Isn’t your company exploiting the customer in the name of providing service?

    Hence, I would like to say you to make proper inquiry regarding this matter and take necessary action to refund my unduly deducted amount at an early date. Otherwise I will proceed the Consumer Court to get back my amount.

    Hi Team,

    I am the user of Aircel postpaid mobile number 9213293005. I have use only some minimum calls on this number.
    But last and this time, I have received bill which says that I have used Roaming 300 around with bill of Rs 695 which was not a true,i am in delhi from 27 April 15. I have already paid in advance against my bill around 1350/-

    To set things right, I have not used roaming charges in my previous billing cycle.
    There has been no SMS received from Aircel against roaming.it stating that my usage is nearing the limit.
    Even when I checked my usage on your costumer care number your senior executive 3 time disconnecting of my call when he is received,which was showing shameful for your company.
    Moreover my internet seems to have been blocked by Aircel for more than 2 month now.

    I have raising these concerns, but looks these folks are not capable take a decision nor escalate this internally.

    Let me make it very clear that I am not going to pay this bill, until I get a resolution on this.
    I have already irritated with your network and voice is not clear on call.
    I was use idea network its so good no billing issue with idea with last 3 year. your executive are calling again and again for 100 Rs. bill.Totally shame full service provided by Aircel company.

    This seems to be fraud behavior to extract more money from customers from Aircel. I will approach the consumer court if this issue is not resolved by Aircel.

    Looking forward to hear from Aircel on this

    Its a dead end common 5.5 feet common small lane and the 6/5 gangai amman koil first street(plan less common 5.5 way occupied building) having aircel cell phone tower The cases or going,The illegality owner parking the vehicles and disturb our common way.The cell phone tower eb box and earth hazards are in the common way from 2003 year ,.We explained the hazards and provide it to their property!But they threaten us and sell our property to him,.
    This is the compliant which known by the aircel or not?

    PROBLEMS –
    1-apne man se balance cut kar lete hai.
    2-Apne ap service activate kar dete hai.
    3-3G area aur recharge me v 2G speed.
    4-baar baar network up/down
    5-hamesa rong information offere kuch aur rahega aur recharge karane pe kuch aur ho jayega..massage aayega validity 28 din ka aur 1000 min milega aur jab recharge karo to validity 15 din aur 800 minutes hi mila..
    6-Agar kisi tarah customer care ko phone lag v gaya to baton ko ghuma diya jayega ya apki galti nikal diya jayega.
    Dear all mai aircel ka 2 sim use karta hu pichle 3 manths se but abhi dono ko band kar diya sim ko tod k phek diya etna bad service.
    Sabse buri baad Aircel wale rong information dete hai.janta ko C samajhte h.

    I am being suddenly CHARGED at a very high rate per minute since a few days.
    My mobile number is 9882757777.
    I added Rs. 42/- 0n 19/07/2015 which on previous occasions used to be effective for 28 days and the local & std calls were @ Rs0.35 piasa per minute.
    I wonder WHY THE RATE HAS GONE UP TO Rs. 1.80 per minute or 3 piasa per second for the last few days. I talked one Mr. Hemant in Shimla this mornong BUT to NO AVAIL.
    It is requeted 1). to revert back to original charge rate 2). to check your system and CREDIT all excess back to my a/c.
    Would like to have your FEEDBACK very quickly.

U guys never attend my call.. I need the same number before that I need to lock that sim as soon as possible.. Really I am pissed off..

    What kind of service they are providing, I will tell u, these people are really very bad and in my opinion aircel is providing really vry pathetic service
    U know first when I called to the customer care and when I asked to transfer the call to an executive then first the call was disconnected by “Mr Pushpendra” and again I called then he gave me an excuse that the call was disconnected because of some technical problem, and then he gave me a complaint no. That is 1-20308699219 and said that the concern will be resolved and after 24 hrs I got a msg that the concern has been resolved but again the problem was same the call charges were same then I tried to call then it was not getting connected, I think that my no. Was blacklisted ,
    Then I called with another no. The call was connected and I talked with “Mr jai”, Mr jai transferred my call to ” Arjun” and this guy was really vry bad, he didn’t transfer my call to the manager and said that this is the final resolution which I have provided then when I forced him to transfer the call he put my call on hold and after few seconds he disconnected the call then again I called and I talked with “Mr Karan” and again karan transferred my call to
    “Arjun” then I asked the reason of the call disconnection then he told me that the call was disconnected because of some technical problem and when I came to the problem he talked with me vry rudely and when I again asked to transfer the cal to the manager he forced me to note a no. And an email address. Again and again he was forcing me to note down those things and in the end he said that he can’t transfer the call and said that either I should be agree with these things otherwise he will disconnect the call when again I forced then he put my call on hold and then after 10 seconds he disconnected the call.
    So I don’t know whether they people r working over there or playing with the customers. Guys never use this company its a really very bad company and the employees who r working in this they r more bad then the company
    So guys I suggest u never use this otherwise u will face the same problem like me.
    And the employees of this company will blame u instead of helping you out .
    This company is providing really vry pathetic service. No one will help you.
    The call charges of my no.7053924426 r still high even I have recharged my no. With the recharge of 11rupees.

    Worst customer care service. I had given 3 sim cards for CUG plan..meanwhile I had ported my two numbers. But first operator was unable to gave connection. Then after expiration of porting period I again PORTed those numbers with different name of family person but mean time they stated with the old one. I never received those SIM cards and these people activated on that. They again violated the code of ethics and its business.I put many mails but hardly got any reply with non satisfying answers.
    Poor service..More to say…but …in vain….

    This is a Complaint reg ur lower staff at Karnataka.

    My new MNP Aircel Mob No is : 9481483508. I am unable to get Mob Internet connectivity from my flat. However I can from a few flats at higher floor and I could with old Aircel Mob No from thus Flat.

    My pleas to ur staff here to send a Network engineer to my flat for field visit has fallen on DEAF EARS of ur lethargic staff here. Two years ago for similar problem they did send a field visit network engineer.

    I found ur staff to be most unhelpful and adamant in their resolve to be difficult with a customer.

    So, Pse help and arrange this Field visit I am asking for.

    My aircel post paid dongle nummber is 9697309437 .
    My dongle stopped working ( it didnot work for somme 15- 20 days or so) due to some technical problem with aircel in jammu but my bill was generated. I called the customer care repeatedly to waive off my bill or compensate but all in vain. Now I deposited my bill amounted 938 /- at around 1 p.m , today ( without any compensation frrom you) and was told that my dongle will work within four hours. It’s 1 a.m. In the morning, almost 12 hours have passed and the dongle is still not working. I am sorry to say you are a fraud mobile operator hoodwinking people. Now I am planning to wriite a mail to your ceo and going to start a signature campaign on a very prominent site exposing your unfair meanss of making money with 25000 signatures and submitting it to ” TRAI “. Also, I am going to arrange a small press conference at a very prominent social club makiing 30 people quit aircel and switch over to another cellular operator.

    Hello, revered sir im stuck in middle of difficulties. Poor response from customer care executives.Ik from jammu & kashmir.Just before one and a half month got a new aircel connection whosr number is +917298616168, the FRC of 149 was good so I did d same.Which provides benefits of local aurcel calls @10p/min and local other calls@30p/min For a period of 90 days.However it has been only one and a half month since I got this sim but my calling charges have increased when contacting customer care executives they excuse that their application is down.Sir please enquire and return my tariff as soon as possible. I called customer care from other number they even logef complaint in this regard and even they sent me message stating that the issue has been solved but when I checked the problem was not fixed.Thr complaint no. is 1-19862611597.Please fix the issue as soon as possible..

    VI have never subscribed for any caller tunes,but i suddenly receives messages that your caller tune has been activated & they deducted Rs.25 for 25 days & it randomly happened 3 times before.,
    I kept on calling customer care for more than 3o times every time they attened my call,but after attending my they just hanged up by saying that we are transferring your call to the concern department
    And then later again i recharged for Rs.53 internet plan after i getting an message from there company, but now even that is not working ,
    Then same time i again recharged for Rs.50 even that also was deducted.
    Its an worst bullshit company,feel to kick them.

    I Dharmendra kochar took a plan of rs 249 from your company and my number is 7053178910,earlier a month ago my bill came of rs 251 which i paid on time but now on this month i received a bill of rs 391 i talked to one of your customer executive but no proper help was provided to me , i asked them y my bill is of rs 391 they told me that there is data pack charges in your bill ,which i never told them to activate ,so on whose behalf they activated my data plan , when i never told them to activate it ,but now they are saying it comes with the plan ,which they never told me when i took dis plan of yours no action by your staff is taken till now ,they gave me a complaint number 1-19244813104 by sms and still no action is took by your company
    so please sir i want u to take actions for my complaint

    I am totally disappointed by your service Aircel .Firstly I request you to check my customer history and then check how many times I call the customer care of aircel annually .I am your customer from last 3 years now a days aircel is becoming worst I am thinking to change my network

    Issue:

    As I use lots of apps the data consumption is very high in the device hence every 15 days I do a top up of rs 299 /- In last 50 days there was a total top up of rs 1196/- in a sequence of 299/- with (1.75 gb + 200 TT) every 15 days once .But from last week you guys were not intimating on the GPRS usage where as the same was been intimated till last week .

    Since I was having 500 mb to use and rs 460/- to talk but all of sudden you guys without intimation about the completion of the data rs 460/- was been charged .

    And I was not informed the charges happened as well but when checked the balance it was 0.03 paise hence on the same day I called the customer care and spoke to all the managers and the agents but no one was able to give any appropriate answer but the manager on 15th May 2015/16th may 2015 by named Raghvan told that he will escalate the issue and arrange the call back from the appellate officer on 18th May 2015 before first half but till now i am waiting for the call back .Kindly check and do the needful ASAP and refund the amount of rs 460/- .If the issue is not resolved than I will break relationship with Aircel .

    today the aircel team called me nd tells that its my mistake so port from the network .Very bad service

    on 16th february I am got msg saying ” thanks for using Aircel service”, and 5/- get deducted. then I call customer care , there reply was I have downloaded song from Hangama App, which was not correct. after convinced they refund me 5/- and the service was stop. but from their onwards after every 3-5 days same thing was happened repeatedly and every time I have to call CC for same problem. every time I have to convince them to refund my amount. but they never deactivate that service. as on today it was nearly 15 times I am facing same problem.
    but now from last 8-10 days Aircel had deducted rs 5/- for four times for which I have never taken any service.I have already complained but no response. whenever I call customer care they put me on hold for 10-15 min and then disconnect the call. it is very bad experience.
    can u pl check this and revert me rs20/-.

    Hi,
    I’m Aditya I’m use a 3g connection from Aircel for 1year. I never experienced such lag n slow net speed before sometimes it comes down to 5 kbps. I complained about it for more that 4 time but no step’s were taken. So, at last i asked the executive to transfer the call to the senior they kept my on hold for more that 40 min n when i asked the executive that y i took so long he literally started shouting at me. N again my problem was not solved. Today 8/5/15 Friday in the afternoon when i checked my main balance it was around rs 56 in the evening when i again checked it was rs 26 i called customer care Mr Ayan dutta attained the call i asked him the reason he told that a service had been activated on my no. In afternoon while surfing the net n That made the balance deduction. I asked for the refund he refused, then i asked for the site through which it happened so that i check it out myself if there were any activation scheme or not. He refused n said that he is not authorized to tell me the site.( how would he because i was using Facebook app n what’s app whole day n i don’t think that Aircel service can be activate from facebook or what’s app) n even i didn’t received a sms of that service activation!.. I told him that I’m going to complain the higher authority about this fraud he said (do whatever u can can but u r not getting ur money back)

    Is that 5years back Aircel the consumer friendly company. No, now it’s not it turn out to be a fraud company!!

    Inspite of escalating to appellate authority, call centre no help has been provided and iam running from pillar to post for getting my issue rectified but till date no body contacted me. Complaint number was also issue to me but sorry to say no solution is provided, iam suffering losses and totally cut off from my family who is using this connection 9697069924 , reacharging almost 500 to 700 Rs pm
    In case my issue is not resolved iam filing a complaint with TRAI & ministry of communication for duping customer by not providing any customer complaint resolution, your call centre is abunch of jokers who have no pain for customers.

    Detail brief of my complaint

    iam using aircel voice connection 9697069924from almost 5 to 6 years and services were upto mark , but from last three days iam not able to use my connection as callers are getting msg that connection is not rechable and when i dial any number get message that destination is busy happening on all operators . This is happening on all my three Aircel Numbers at my Residence Apna vihar extension Kunjwani.
    Although when i try this from sanik colony and other locations connection is working fine. May be its due to nearest serving site BTS not working at my location as all my three number are not working all are prepaid numbers,
    Iam able to receive SMS, and when i recharges my number got message that its recharged

    Request you to pls check & get this resolved on priority as iam really harassed and suffering business loss.

    I have been using aircel 3G service from a long time. I usually recharge of RC37 which used to give 300MB 3G data for 7 days, which was sufficient for me as I dont actually download much only use that for browsing. But from a couple of weeks aircel is promoting the same pack of RC37 as unlimited 3G/2G, where the first 300MB is at 3G speed and after then we will get 2G speed. After only 2 days where I am not even using a data of about 50MB my speed is getting slow down and I get a speed of worse than 2G, we cannot even how much of our 3G data we have comsumed. Aircel is cheating customers in this way. There is no proper responce from the customer support as the executives I believe are not properly trained. Please look into this and send me a postive reply. My aircel number is 8686168615

    i have given request for deactivation of my aircel post paid, mobile no 8010780610, another number 8010639306 in the month of 07.11.2014. when i have paid the last bill that time i requested the person to deactivate my number that time he told me that number will be deactivated but still i am receiving the bill which i have not used .now they are saying that u have to clear all the bills then only the number will be deactivate.

    This is to inform you that I am very disappointed with the service that I faced with my number
    that is why I ported the same with another service provider now I want to take your service again now I am
    facing challenge in activation of my new number.My bill is pending 205/Rs. for my old
    number and if I am saying deduct my account from my security deposit then no one helping
    me and I am getting this information that my new number can’t be activated until I make
    payment for older one after I have deposited 250/Rs. for new connection as well.
    It’s very pathetic for me or for any cust who is using ur service,I don’t think,it’s a gud service
    This is direct impact on customer to not to use your service ever in life.

    With due respect I “Ritesh Kumar” a consumer of aircel ,number is 8507741705.(alternative number:9934637691)
    I very seriously want o lodge a complain which is not at all addressed by any of your costomer service executives.My case is that last month I had recharged my number with 155 as i always do for getiing 1 GB 3g data.This time after recharge i was not getting speed,so i called up on 121 and asked for the solution,the executive on that side said that you can not use dongle to get this service you need to recharge it by 198.This was very surprising for me as i was doing it from the last an year or two.My recharge agent had also said that it is 155 rs for 1GB 3g data.Any way I started using it on mobile but again no speed and called the customer care where i was told to get some main balance on the card.I did that but while surfing my main balance was getting deducted.When I informed this the man that side was not actually giving any solution but was always transferring my call to somebody else when the call stayed waiting for long long times.Then after I found that my number was probable blocked and i was not able to call any agent.This thing happened for around 15-18 days.
    A day some body on line suggested me to call 198 ,there i was very properly conveyed that my recharge of 155 will do,The guy said that some executive had given me the wrong information. He said you try now the things will all get done from our side.I was happy to talk to this guy but then again i found no difference.the main balance is only getting deducted I think I have recharged it for three times with Rs 10.
    My complian now can be easily understood.I am not able to use it from the last recharge.I got tired and frustrated calling your agents and felt insulted time and again.They were only concerned that I sould cut the call.A very informal and disaggreable approach of your customer care executive have made me feel very ungratified.l am very sorry but this unprofessional and amateur approach is getting aircel a very bad name.
    I am a professor in IT technologies and a old consumer in aircel but am very sad to be taken for guaranteed.I have taken a number of aircel in spite of its high charges still insult by any customer care executives are not been faced now.My this month recharge will expire on 5th of september and still 1000 + MB data is on that.So this complain of mine is for the benefit of aircel and for me now.

    I tried reaching your Customer Service using 9841012345 in Chennai. As soon as I dialed I got an IVR to choose the Language option and I choosed the language to ENGLISH. Even though I have chosen the English language, my call landed into Tamil Customer Service Coembeture . When I was requesting the lady to transfer the call to the English department she was asking her neighbors and was making fun of me without keeping me on HOLD and was repeatedly telling my request as I dont know Tamil, What A Great Customer Service. Finally I got a hold with Mr Shrinivanas who was able to speak English, but does not understand my question and behaved very worst, when I asked him to escalate my call to Supervisor or TL or Manager, he just replied NOT POSSIBLE and disconnected my PHONE. WHAT THE HELL SERVICE?

    I want an IMMIDIATE ACTION ON THIS OTHERWISE I AM ALSO SUBMITTING A COMPLAIN AT CONSUMER COAT AND ALSO PROMOTE THIS INCONVENIECE I ALL SOCIAL MEDIA

    Regarding unprofessional behaviour and rudness of cce with me.
    I had recharged with your 39 roaming pack yesterday at round of 01:34 pm. Also, I am having aircel network in my cellphone. And my balabce keep on deducting.
    Than I just called your customer support number, their I had words with VIJENDRA SINGH, I think he is new, he don’t have any product knowledge also he don’t know about baics of avaya while talking to our coworkers we have to uSe mute. I was not satisfied wih his given information and reply than I just told him to please transfer my call to supeRvisour at the same time he didn’t followd any script and blindly transfered my call to IVR. I kept on hearing your ivr for 26 minutes and than again call u back with y same number by using confrence, simultaneously again call landed to vijendra singh itself. As I just told him my name and problem than again he transfered me blind folded to ivr. This is so worst for e because it waS an my first experience with your CCE.
