    Dear Sir, I booked a flight of AirAsia for my son who is studying in Manila Philippines, his name is Harshul Mahendra, PNR number is K81Z6E and flight number is Manila to Kualalumpur Z2942 on 19th March 20 6.40.     Sub Complaint on your Cabin Crew I5 2469 and my Booking reference ERTYGL Flight from Indore to Bangalore Dated13th Feb 2020

    I was suffering from severe fever and have almost begged your cabin crew Melanie (hoping my spellings are correct, since I had to read through their badges) and Tejaswini, to give me a blanket since I am high on temperature due to Viral fever and the cabin temperature was too low. Ms Melanie was rude that, she signs me from the distance to switch off the request light in hands gesture and tells “We don’t give” instead of at least a courteous – sorry sir we do not provide. Ms Tejaswini laughs at that gesture and joins Melanie asking me to switch off lights by myself

    Neither both were bothered to ask the passengers if someone interested to buy something but they just push the cart around and the passengers have to make choices whilst I agree there was an automated announcement

    Both Tejaswini and Melanie never spoke in Hindi but behaved they are born English with Hindi speaking customers who didn’t know proper English you can check camera recordings their behaviour

    Ms Melanie hits on the back of the passengers sleeping or would have opened the food tray or not closed and tells them rudely to close the tray during landing

    Both these crew members, neither bothered to check the cabin temperature and brining down to normal or required rather continue to maintain the same temperature when couple of other passengers sitting next me despite complained

    I suffered a huge humiliation because of these two crew members behavior when I asked for a blanket and neither they were bothered to at least ask me if I am ok despite they have noticed I was shivering like hell

    Air Asia hostess, off late turning so rude and this is classic example and worst than Thai or Indian Airlines

    What happened to your hospitality Are you taking your passengers for granted I have decided now on will never ever travel in Air Asia

    I urge a strict action against these two air hostess and my regrets

    Dear Air Asia Nodal officer,
    we would like to inform that my son Master Reshu Agarwal having booking no. BIP8HQ/IIF45D was supposed to board on 23rd oct. 2016 from Chennai to KUL & Onwards journey from KUL to PKU (Indoensia). He was having web check in and no luggage but Air asia Ground Manager did not allow to board citing reason NO MALAYSIAN visa whereas actually no visa is required since he is in transit & having boarding pass for the onward journey. I am in abroad & requesting your staff to allow him if required by getting signed indeminity bond but did not allow even in Aug 2016 he has come by similar mode for which tickets & all details has been shown to your personnel inspite of that they did not allow. Since my son was alone & studying in boarding school your staff did not also make sure how he will go instead they ask him to go our from the airport. How can be they so inhuman/insane/intolerant. My son keep requesting then they say to buy ticket from Chennai to Jakarta then only he can board on the Internet availability was not coming so we also requested to make booking by our credit card but they not possible infact asked my son to beg for the credit card from there other staff. I am so much in pain & agony I cannot say. I need to pls. take severe action against the manager and also would like to refund our ticket as we have booked for 24th Oct.2016 from different airlines. I hope matter will be taken up seriously and correct remedy may be done to avoid future occurrence with any other passenger.

    I am sorry if written some wrong language but pls. understand from the father point of view sitting far away/helpless.
