Dear Air Asia Nodal officer, we would like to inform that my son Master Reshu Agarwal having booking no. BIP8HQ/IIF45D was supposed to board on 23rd oct. 2016 from Chennai to KUL & Onwards journey from KUL to PKU (Indoensia). He was having web check in and no luggage but Air asia Ground Manager did not allow to board citing reason NO MALAYSIAN visa whereas actually no visa is required since he is in transit & having boarding pass for the onward journey. I am in abroad & requesting your staff to allow him if required by getting signed indeminity bond but did not allow even in Aug 2016 he has come by similar mode for which tickets & all details has been shown to your personnel inspite of that they did not allow. Since my son was alone & studying in boarding school your staff did not also make sure how he will go instead they ask him to go our from the airport. How can be they so inhuman/insane/intolerant. My son keep requesting then they say to buy ticket from Chennai to Jakarta then only he can board on the Internet availability was not coming so we also requested to make booking by our credit card but they not possible infact asked my son to beg for the credit card from there other staff. I am so much in pain & agony I cannot say. I need to pls. take severe action against the manager and also would like to refund our ticket as we have booked for 24th Oct.2016 from different airlines. I hope matter will be taken up seriously and correct remedy may be done to avoid future occurrence with any other passenger. I am sorry if written some wrong language but pls. understand from the father point of view sitting far away/helpless. Waiting for your reply. Regards Shashank

    2017-12-26 07:44:10

TEK BAHADUR SUBBA AND LATA SUBBA, DECEMBER 26 2017at 1110 hrs Dear Air Asia Nodal Officer We would like to inform you that we had booked our luggages containing two suitcases, one colour yellow, brand VIP and one colour RD Red and one bag colour RD Red ,for going from KOLKATA TO SINGAPORE by AIR ASIA Flt No QZ511 on 18 Dec 2017 at Kolkata Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Air Port. The connecting Flt No AK 707 from Kuala Lampur (KUL) Kuala Lumpur International Air Port 2 (kilo 2) on Tue 19 Dec 2017 was at 1040 hrs on 19 Dec 2017 for Singapor (SIN) CHENGI Airport (T4) The flt was late by about two and hours and took off at about 0310 hrs. After flying for about one hour, the AIR ASIA flt No QZ 511 returned to Subhas Chandra Bose International Air Port KOLKATA due to poor visibility. It took about one hour for refuelling of the Aircraft and waiting for improvement of the visibility, and subsequently took off for Kuala Lumpur (KUL) Kuala Lmpur International Air Port (Kia 2) and reached at about 0900 hrs on 19 Dec 2017. Due to the abnormal delay of the Air Asia flt No QZ 511 on 19 Dec 2017 we missed the connecting Air Asia flt No AK 707 to Singapor (SIN) Chengi Airport ( T4 ) . To reach Singapor (SIN) Chengi Air Port we had travelled by Air Asia flt No AK 713 by making own arrangement and reached at about 1430 hrs. On arrival at Singapor (SIN) Chengi Air Port, we did not find our luggages and lodged written comolaint with SATS BAGGAGE SERVICES vide Report IDBAHSIN17AO1668FT on 19 Dec 2017 at about 1630 hrs. We reached Singapor PINNACLE HOTEL in the evening of 19 Dec 2017 and waited for the luggages. We had to stay with the clothes on the body as rhere was no clothes for change. It was horrible state as we had to go for sight seeing tour organised by the packaged deal of COX and KING and returned to the hotel at about 2100 hrs. On arrival at the hotel, we found two baggages ie one suit case, colour RD Red and one hand bag colour RD Red. The second Suit case colour Yellow brand VIP Tag NO SIN 0807073642 was not received and was found lost. The suit case belonged to Mrs LATA SUBBA. She had to complete the entire tour of SINGAPOR and MALAYSIA as planned by COX and KING with the clothes which were on her body on the day of start of the tour as there was no clothes for change due to loss of the baggage. It was very disappointing, inhuman and disgrace to loose the baggage by such Internationally reputed AIRLINE ie AIR ASIA.The second reason was due to absence of the representative from COX and KING at the Kuala Lumpur (KUL) Kuala Lampur International Air Port to receive the guests and supervise the receipt and despatch of the luggages at such crisis. We reached Singapor (SIN) Chengi Air Port by making own arrangament hoping that the baggages would reach there. Since we missed the connecting Air Asia flt No AK 707 due to abnormal delay of the Air Asia flt No QZ 511, there was no possibility of transferring of our luggages in the connecting Air Asia flt No ak 707, which is the main cause of the loss of the baggages. Due to the loss of the baggage, Mrs LATA SUBBA has suffered loss of her clothes amounting Rs. 30000.00 ( Rupees thirty thousand)only and cash RS. 20000.00 (Rupees twenty thousand)only. She had to buy clothes at Kuala Lampur market for change amounting to RS 5000.00 (Five thousand) only, all Indian Currency. We earnestly request your HONOUR to pay compensation for the loss of the BAGGAGE or locate and return the baggage intact. Waiting for favourable prompt reply. Sincere regards.

My self Bijay Bhaumik vide PNR D7G7KR travelling from A Guwahati to Agartala. I received a urgent mobile call before your safety demo. At that time one of your cabin crew namely Manorama started warning me with a very very rude manner and attitude which I never saw such cabin crew. I think Air Asia should train more to such crew how to be believed politely for betterment of service. Thanks & Regards, Bijay

I had booked Airasia (6 adults) tickets from Hanoi to kuala lumpur but due to the spread of corona virus we wanted to cancel the ticket. But no human beings nor any mail id available to put forth our grievances except a chat site which is ridiculous. When other airlines refunded full amount but airasia doing day light robbery. Only money making airlines. Worst worst after sale service. No means to contact them. Worst airlines. irresponsible only cheating .

I would like to know the cancellation refund on my flight PNR Y4DSYT  with travelling date 18th march from Phuket to Delhi via Kuala Lumpur. The flight involved in travel are AK-825 and D7-182. Since, there is a wide spread of uncontrollable, incurable corona virus we might need to cancel the travel but need to know the cancellation refund on this travel. As an exception to travel cancellation due to this plague i'm expecting full refund from airasia as good gesture to its genuine customers. Please let me know ASAP as this is my return travel dates and have to figure out the whereabouts of complete travel bookings.

PNR ASWV6V Ticket booked for 19 March for my elder brother and his family for vacation trip from Kolkata to my place Bangalore. We were in wait and watch for Covid-19 effect and threat. Finally we avoid risk travel with kid and planned to drop the trip. We found AirAsia offering with change fee rescheduling 72 hour prior to departure and i started connecting customer care since 14th March evening but no luck any time. Finally connected at 01:15 AM on 17 March almost 65 hours prior departure and agent declined my request. When i asked i have been trying in well advance but i received an arrogant reply that they are working for 24X7 and she cannot help. Whatever 24X7 support but i could not connect even wastage many hours connecting customer care. Finally i am the looser of my booking amount of INR 15276. Please help compensating with reschedule option. Honestly i have no fault and AirAsia could not support as expected.
