This is bring in your notice that i have been cheated by Air India , and i have already lost my hardened money Rs 23,842. I have booked a flight from New Delhi to Jamnagar (PNR:YSL2Q) which got delayed due to Air India technical fault , Air india refused to provide any other flights for the same day which has impacted my whole journry along with penalties to be paid to IRCTC and hotel booking related to this journey. Air India refunded amount for flight New delhi to Jamnagar (PNR:YSL2Q) on which a Convienince fee of Rs 1470 has been charged to me. And now Air India is asking for the cancellation charges which is approx Rs 16,000 for my return flight to New Delhi (PNR:YTB2S). Due to the fault of Air India the flight got delayed and they didn't support their customer on providing any other flight for the same journey and simply asked to go for cancellation and they committed before cancellation that they will refund the complete 100% amount for the bookings made , so now why Air India is asking for cancellation charges for the return fligh and how come Air India expect that if a person is not going to destination will use the return flight back to home. I request you to put some light on this cheating being done to me and help me in getting all the penalty amount along with 100% money back for my return journey (PNR:YTB2S) Regards Deepankar Bagga +91-9990001838

I regret to note a very irresponsible attitude of the airlines system and the call centre operation. Name of passenger :- Gopal Datt Joshi. Ticket ref / number :- YDSJQ / 2118888374 Date of travel :- 12 Nov 2016. Sector :- Pantnagar to Delhi to Mumbai. Date / time of booking on line :- 09 November 2016 at 0746 pm Mail send to your call centre on 10 November 2016 at 0720 am., Confirmation and reschedule of time mail received :- 12 November at 12:51:56 pm. STD:- 1430. ATD :- 1720 + aproximately I booked a ticket on line on date 09 Nov 2016,for my brother Gopal Datt Joshi, from Chicago on vacation tour to India. The said ticket was booked and payment made on date through ICICi credit card, but no confirmation received. I got a transaction confirmation from the bank as I did the formality of entering the OTP. I kept on calling the call centre with no response. I called the bank who advised me to talk to the merchant/ airlines. I send a mail twice asking for ticket details enclosing the transaction confirmation from the bank. I did not receive any reply, hence my brother purchased a cash ticket over the counter in Pantnagar airport. Just before an hour of departure, a mail for revised departure was send to the email I'd of my brother again with no ticket info, he approached the counter who asked him to get this ticket cancelled though this was cheaper fare by 2600/- . He called the call centre for cancellation but no confirmation of cancellation received yet. I insist on the total refund plus the excess payment charged I.e the difference of 2600/- and the inordinate delayed departure resulting in losing the further schedule. Please transfer / credit the said amount to the same bank with an advice. I will be forced to lodge a complaint with the appropriate forum and authorities for the necessary relief and claims.

Air india Flight-9805_Delhi to Kullu_ Cancel from last week and a big torture for passengers. Dear Sir/Maam, I want to raise one question to Air India that the flight no-9805 which is from Delhi to Kullu, the departure of this flight is 6.45 a.m and arrival time is 8 a.m. But from last week the flightr are cancelled due to climate condition. And we all know that in Himachal every year Dec is very cold month and obviously there will a fog in this month. And as the time is very early and due to fog it is cancel due to which passengers suffer a lot as they have to reach the airport at 4.45 and they have to wait for 4-5 hours and after that they come to know that flight is cancel due to fog, Its really very pathetic for all the passengers. As they have to board the cab from one part of delhi to airport and gave approx Rs. 1000 to taxi one way and then again they have to pay approx Rs.1000 to taxi for come back and time also waste which they have to wait at airport. Its a very big genuine problem of this flight. My request for air india is that can they change the time of this flight from 6.45 a.m to 10 or 11 a.m because at 10 a.m the fog condition will not so dense as it is in morning. And there will be less chance for cancel the flight and passengers can also not get irritate and tortured due to cancellation of flight. Please take my this request at priority and for convenience to all the flyers, so that we can fly safely and in time after spending so much money for this flight. Please reply or call me. Thanks and regards, Gargi

ear Shri. Ghosh , AIR India Kolkatta . I am very thankful to you for prompt reply. I wish to bring to your kind notice that on the same day after arrival at Kolkatta when I found that my boarding Pass has slipped away from pocket , I immediately approached to the Ticket Counter at the Air Port Kolkatta and narrated the story and requested the staff for issuing the duplicate boarding pass to me in lieu of original one. They flatly refused by saying since it was issued by the Delhi Airport Terminal 3, only Delhi office can issue it. Since I was not aware about the procedure of AIR INDIA, I kept quiet and returned back . I came to Delhi on 27th May, 2017 by AI 701 Flight. Immediately I wrote to the AIR India since then I am being tossed for just getting simple certificate from the office. If this could have properly told to me by the staff of AIR INDIA at Kolkatta airport, I could have been managed the same by paying Rs . 250 /- It is really surprising that the staff of AIR India do not know the simple procedure and misguiding the passenger. Further , really it is cursing that AIR INDIA is charging Rs. 250 from the bonafide customers .I do not not think , many customers might be requesting for such a thing. Since , I am Government servant and it is required for the claiming the TA bill or settlement of the claims of AIR INDIA , it is required. Kindly see if Rs. 250 can be waived off. I advise you to educate your staff members about the simple procedures. Waiting for your reply.
