Adoor Prakash is an Indian politician from the Congress party. He was born on May 24, 1955 (age 66 years), Adoor, Pathanamthitta, Kerala India. He is a member of the Lok Sabha since 2019. He did his study at the University of Kerala (1982), University of Kerala (1977). His father’s name is Shri. N. Kunjuraman and his mother’s name is Smt. V. M. Vilasini. He married Smt. Jayasree Prakash.
He worked as a lawyer and trade union leader. He entered politics through the student movement and joined KSU. served as Vice President of the State Unit from 1979 to 1981. He was the President of the Pathanamthitta District Youth Congress from 1984 to 1988 and the General Secretary of the Youth Congress (I) from 1988 to 1992. He was the Joint Secretary of the KPCC (I) from 1997-2001. He was also the Pathanamthitta District Vice President of (i) Pathanamthitta. In 1992, Prakash was elected a member of the KPCC. He has served as the Director of the District Co-operative Bank, Pathanamthitta, the Director of the Kerala State Co-operative Bank, the President of the Kerala State Co-operative Rubber Marketing Federation, and the Director of the Co-operative Agricultural Society.
