Shriya Sharma is an Indian Television and Film Actress. She now works prominently in Telugu movies. She was born on 9th April 1997 in Palampur, Himachal Pradesh, India. She is the daughter of Ritu Sharma (she is a Dietician) and Vikas Sharma (he is an engineer).
She started her acting career as a child artist with the popular TV serial Kasautii Zindagi Kay playing the character of Sneha which aired on Star Plus. She has been part of many hit TV shows- Jhoot Bole Kawya Katte, Carry on Shekhar, Gumrah: End of Innocence, Boogie Woogie, and Stories by Rabindranath Tagore.
Shriya has worked in many Bollywood, Telugu and Kannada movies. Some of them are- Jai Chiranjeevi, Benaam, Laaga, Chunari Mein Daag, Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic, Chillar Party, and Billu Gamer. She has also been awarded the National Award for Best Child Actor.
