Khushbu Sundar (birth name Nakhat Khan) is a well known Indian Film Producer, Actress, and Television presenter. She is well known for her works in the Tollywood industry. She was born on 29th September 1970 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She is married to film director Sundar C. in 2000 and the couple is blessed with 2 lovely daughters- Avantika and Anandita.
Khushbu started her Bollywood career as a child artist with the 1980s release The Burning Train starring Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Praveen Babi, and Vinod Khanna; she appeared in the song Teri Hai Zameen Tera Aasman. She back to back worked in Hindi movies- Naseeb, Kaalia, Laawaris, Bemisal, and Dard Ka Rishta as a child actor.
She made her debut as a lead actress alongside Jackie Shroff in the movie Jaanoo in 1985. In 1986, she did her first Telugu movie Kaliyuga Pandavulu. She went on doing Tollywood movies and was seen in Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada movies. In her career, she had done over 200 films and now is a part of the Indian National Congress.
As a political leader, she took her stand over many important issues such as- Support for Jallikattu, AIDS Awareness, and Accusations against IFFM, Melbourne.
