    I have booked a ticket through abibus site from viajayawada to Bangalore.
    The Bus operator has not contact me and I was in right time to the point.I have callled the operator and the travels they havent respond in goodway.I have lost my money Rs 651.Since I have trusted abhibus site I have booked the ticket.

    I am suppoed to travel yesterday as i booked ticket through Abhibus( Transit trans lines) ticket no ABRS6402176. Night 11.15 was the timeslot but bus didn’t turned up till 1am in night. I could not make my journey. I need refund of money to my account immediately.

    Dear Abhibus,

    I have been booking tickets from 3 years. But this time journey was horrible. I never travel such kind of bus. No time punctuality, no proper cleanliness. The sweating smell was coming out from blankets. Dust accumulates interior surfaces of the bus. The AC service was so poooooor..only first 10 rows were good. But unfortunately, my seat was in the last row. More than 25% bus seats don’t have push back facility. The journey from Vizag to Hyderabad took more than 12 hours, they don’t provide water bottles also. The TV sound was also horrible. The waking area in between seats was not good. Kindly find the attachments of the picture. Don’t encourage such kind of bus services.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am the regular customer of abhibus service. Usually when I book bus tickets, I’ll prefer Abhibus app. I would like to give a complaint regarding my last travel from Coimbatore to Chennai in Parveen Travels. Actually, my bus timing is 9.45 pm will be arriving, due to some traffic I stuck to come on time. So I called with Parveen travel driver and asked him to wait for 5 to 10 min. He said that without giving me respect we never wait for you even a single min from 9.45 pm so come to the next stop to pick up. I never expect this words from Parveen service man. So please ask them to give respect to the customer and understand their unfortunate situation and wait for them for atleast 10 min. Thanks.

    The bus had to come by 5.00pm on 7th July2017,but it came by 6.00 pm.In between so many times I contacted the given toll free nos,they also didn’t know the status & saying to ask local enquiry.They are unable answer & gave centralAPSRTC,they also didn’t know & gave kurnool Bus depot no.Mean while so many semi luxury buses left at our sight.Finally the driver conductor called me to my mobile & asked me get in to some semi luxury bus which is very rush.The conductor packed the passengers very tight no one can can keep both legs on base.The bus chrge the collected on line was Rs-336/-I never experienced such worst traveling so far for prereservation Bus .Very Bad,bAd,baD

    I booked a ticket in abhibus and it showed me to pay a total of Rs.494. After continuing and paying with OTP Rs,610 is debited from my account. I called your customer care support they said that is not our fault but now I again checked it to book a one more ticket and took a screenshot even now it is showing me to pay 494Rs. This is not at all fare for you and didnot expect this from you. I want immediate solution for this. Are you guys thinking that customers are fools and your customer executive is asking me for proof now am having proof I will see how you solve my issue.

    I booked ticket in abhi bus Sam tourist for ooty on 28/4/17 there service was very bad like bus pick up time was 9.45 pm it was 11pm still bus didn’t came for pick and giving stupid reasons for that and giving all bull shit story and making customers to run around different place for pick up what disgusting service they got I don’t know. I am really got pissed off with Sam transport I recommend to not to book ticket with Sam transport any more regards Anand 9035024615

    I booked two sleeper tickets from Hyderabad to Rajahmundry on 11-3-17 through Abhi bus for the bus service provided by Dhanunjaya travels (PNR NO. ABRS5481068, Service no. SLPR 001, seat nos. B1, B2.. The bus operator viz., Dhanunjaya travels canceled the sleeper service and provided semi sleeper bus promising to credit an amount of Rs.800 within 3 days to my account. Even after 10 days, the amount has not been refunded. When I contacted Abhi bus.com, they advised me to contact Dhanunjaya travels. But Dhanunjaya travels asked me to contact Abhibus.com since tickets were booked through Abhi bus.com on 22-3-17. When I contacted Abhibus.com people, they did not respond properly. Who is responsible to refund my amount ? Why customers are being inconvenience with you attitude ?

    this is regarding my complain i.d# 600259, dated 02nd Mar and further discussion on telephone with Mr. Amit from Neeta Travels, they have refunded full amount to Abhi Bus against my ticket re-scheduling/cancellation. But still refund amount Abhibus not credited to my card account. Please look in to this and advise.

    Hi,

    I have some bad experiences on Abhibus which are:

    1. Recently I booked onward and return ticket on Abhibus. But got cashback only for onward journey.
    2. Due to poor payment gateway service, ticket could not be booked. When I called a support guy, did not get proper answer. Their super-wiser was suppose to call me but till date did not get call yet(it was around 10 days before).
    3. Their customer support people not able to give proper answer

    I booked ticket for 26 jan from jalna to latur.and when i contacted respected travel agent he was like some one use his information to make money .so i just want to say please verify agents with their route and time information and then add to your website .now i get fooled because of wrong information ,make sure next time no one get fooled on your website.

    My name is naresh. On 15th Jan I booked the tickets for 16th Jan from narsapuram to Hyd and I selected E3 and E4 seat numbers. I have received a confirmation from Abhi bus along with contact numr. Next day 16th January , I have received a message from Sri kanakadurga travels. In that message they have mentioned that we have co fined your tickets and seat numbers are 33 and 34.. I have called Abhi customer care regarding this issue 5 times.. they said we will check and give u the status in 30 min.. no one responded. I have received 2 messages from Abhi bus and mentioned 3 contact numbers.. out of 3 .. 2 are wrong numbers and one is not working. Worst customer service and still no one responded on my complaint

      Hi SRS Customer Care,

      SRS travel service is very slow and does not reach at dropping point on time.

      Started at Anandarao circle from 9.45Pm to reached at Lakdikapool 8.20AM.

      Actually given time is 6.30am Total but reached is 8.20am, total is 1.45mi hours delay.

    Hi Team,

    What the hell is going on? I planned my trip accordingly tomorrow morning I am leaving to Tirupati by Trujet at 12.30 i need to be in Hyderabad by 8. Keeping that in mind i had made my booking through abhi bus app 15days back & the ticket was confirmed now i got a call stating that the Bus is delayed by 3 hours which would affect my complete Tirupati plan. I request you to make Journey as early as possible to Hyderabad.

    Dabba Dakalasi Abhibus. Please Please don’t use abhibus to book your bus tickets. Service is not good and even u cannot use the abhicash fully. I recommend to use paytm, mobikwik to book your bus tickets.

    i have booked one ticket today journey, hyderabd to nellore .9618115050.

    i called to customer care but customer care team told not possible at time 12.1 around first call. i tried cancelled in online, but shown no records found.

    this is reticulated and cheating customer money. Once ask for cancellation for ticket, customer care told not possible. again i called and ask for explanation they told will raise query.

    what i this nuisance.
    cheating customer. I need explanation, i would like to end notice and put in consumer court.
