    My no 9839011811 is suffering form lots of call drops and despite several complaints on Twitter , no remedial stops have been taken. I keep getting calls from Vodafone where I have to repeat the problem but there is never any solution in sight. Please help or else I will have to migrate to another operator

    Hi Team,
    Subject: Need a Better Plan for 4G data usage
    I have Rs. 399 plan and I noticed that from past few months my internet data usage(2GB) is getting exhausted with in first 10 days. So I called to your customer care and after discussion, the operator said he will transfer my call to someone else who will tell various available plans and when he transferred the call I was hearing lot of people talking I said hello 100 times but no one responded and finally, I have to cut the call.

    I have heard on FM that there is some plan that gives 1 GB data per day in rs. 349 but I am paying more than that so there should be some similar plan for me as well. I am seeing Reliance Jio giving 84 GB per month and per day usage 1 GB and unlimited calls of all types. So I request you to please tell me if there is any plan similar to them otherwise I request you to port both my numbers from next billing cycle. I will port to Reliance. Also request you to improve your customer care services. I really have a negative sentiment about the services from the largest provider like you.

    Hoping for an immediate response I am.

    Hi
    My last month’s bills was with added by 500 rupees of VAS which I haven’t used …even a single penny and this month VAS amount increased by 3 times which is 1500 hundred…….I have not activated any VAS of my own and not used even a single Panny…..kindly suggest what to do ???

    I am working for JIO since last 2 years even then I am not using jio number for Internet or free calls as I am brand loyal with voda….but since last 2 months I am dissatisfied with Vodafone as I have paid last month 100% exceed bill of VAS and I haven’t used or activated any service and this month’s bill exceed by thrice of VAS which is around 1500….and I have not used even a single penny……what to do please suggest ??

    Hi team I am sharing my pathetic experience with Vodafone. .. whenever I have called Vodafone customer service I have never rated them bcz of the service quality and the people management there . These people don’t even know how to talk with customers , their behaviour is like roadside #sadakchap type communication. I felt petty how others people do take those idiots on call .. I am writing this bcz I am going to forward this to ceo, business head and to TRAI. .for the misbehaving attitude and the conversation I had with the executive to them .so that these people don’t take public for granted. ..

    I had old prepaid connection no.9051776292, It has been deactivate your Kolkata Camac street vodafone stores Mr. Saha. The number had been deleted due to Aadhaar verification procedure. it is not my opinion it’s their opinion. This number is most important to me. Please co-operate me in this connection.

    Ihave received yet another Bill from your company Rs 452 for the period when the mobile phone serivce was deactivated.The amount I may pay as charity to your company.Simultaneously I settle my dues fom you Rs,6539 on account my over payment to you.You well rmember on 29th June 17 Ipaid Rs689 which payable on 9th July but I paid earlier as per my practice On 5thJuly alleging a ficticious due against Data card which was defective
    and your customer care could not rectify. of Rs 501 That amount is growing
    incubating in your books even though the service was withdrawn six months Iknow your company is unable to produce a statement of genuine due.I can heIp you if so desire. May I not expect a CEO of a multinational company to be proactive to addess the grievance of consumer.
