    i m custmoer with mb no. 9662618474. i am totally dissatisfied with your cust care service. firstly ther have set wrong callertune and did not responded to me in generous manner when i called them for refund. very very poor service

    Hii,

    This Is Apurv Kumar Verma, Mob No. – 8828272309, Malad west Mumbai. I am facing a lot of problems in terms of extra charges.
    As i was said that I will be given a plan of Rs399, I was ok with it so I didn’t had any issue related to the plan but when I saw the bill amount it was around 1300 though I didn’t understand the problem but every month I kept paying 1300 sometimes 1900 sometimes 2400. Then a executive of yours suggested me to go for RED Plus he didn’t define anything but was sure that this plan will fulfill all my requirements. Though I didn’t ask for any other facilities or any other charges but in feb 2017 I planned to port to Airtel, but I got a call from 1 of your executive saying that he has a Don’t prot to airtel, we have a plan that includes unlimited calls, 12GB internet, 3000 msg / month and it only costs Rs499 I confirmed ok how much I do need to pay he said max. to max. Rs550 nothing more than that. I was Ok but I again received a bill of 1600(approx..) amount I was shocked HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN? I didn’t demand for any other facility then how is this possible?? The bill for feb I didn’t pay, 1 month later I got a bill of march 2017 again it was Rs 1700 how is this possible..???

    Tell me 1 thing from January I started using JIO so I shouldn’t be charged for internet charges? Then why am I being charged for internet usages after am using Jio from last 3 months?

    When in any of the plans I didn’t asked for any of the other benefits, why I am getting charged for that?

    When I told these reasons to your executives, he replied that a manager from your side will be calling me in next 1hr, there I didn’t received any call, I kept waiting, I got a call from your side saying that my bill is pending and when will I pay this, I said I am being charged for something that I haven’t used, again he said he has registered my complain and your manager will call me, but no 1 called yet and the whole process continues the same but my queries haven’t been solved yet.

    As what I haven’t used I was being charged for the same and I don’t know from how much time I was being charged extra bills.
    I want a proper reimbursement of what I have paid till date.

    As per our telephonic conversation yesterday evening you are supposed to help me in solving my problem regarding Softcopy Vodafone Bill. You continuously insisted me to send SMS to 199 and I told you it do not work in my phone. After that neither you called me nor tried to solve my problem.
    This is really disgusting service from Vodafone. Since January 2017 I am informing you that this SMS facility does not work in my phone. Register my E mail in some other way. It is your duty to provide the facility to the customer with alternative solution if one system is not working. Amazing thing is that I am also not getting the hard copy bills and according to you sometime my brother/my neighbor or somebody else receiving my bills. FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION my place is 24 X 7 open as it is residence cum office and I don’t have any brother residing with me.
    Solve this problem ASAP because with this kind of problem I wouldn’t be able to continue with Vodafone. I have another connection with AIRTEL and very happy and satisfied with their service and plans. Provide me the E Bills (January, February and March) by today evening through mail.

    in my location we have so many vodafone connection but we all r getting problem regarding network. i already register a complain but still no action has been taken.plz take solve problem so that we can get good network and we can use internet in location. if u want land for tower we provide but solve problem.
