Vinod is a producer, anchor, commentator, election analyst and director. Vinod dua has been in a refugee colonies in Delhi. After the partition of British India, his family migrated from Dera Ismael Khan. He studied English Literature at Hans Raj College and did his Master’s in literature also from DELHI UNIVERSITY. Dua has been honoured with the great PADMA SHRI for Journalism in 2008, in 2016 was awarded D.Litt. “Honoris Causa” from ITM University, Gwalior. He got his first award in 1996 for excellence in journalism esteemed by BD Goenka award which was first electronic Media Journalist Award. He is the father of famous and talented comic artist Mallika Dua and husband of Padmavati Dua. His past TV shows were Janvani, Parakh and Khaba.
