    We have to receive one shipment vide ref. No: GE146801748WW to the M/s Laurus Labs Pvt Ltd., Plot No: 19,20&21, APSEZ, APIIC, Atchutapuram, Vizag, AP. For this shipment we had contacted to Support Customer Service Representative Mr. juliana.fernandes@tnt.com and shailesh.dsouza@tnt.com. But, they are unable to send the actual status. In TNT Web site: Track & Trace is giving on 1st Nov status only. We requested many times to deliver the shipment immediately.. till now, not received the shipment and can't identifying the status in web site also.     we have sent a package on 26th june under awb # 421038520 to india from china . But the consignee is not received yet till 7th july . also have contacted Mr. Mahesh in your customer care service and he is not ready to check this package status . Its very bad service ever been faced before and also suggest to accept the debit note for our loss due to buyer cancellation of courier delay .

    Dear Sir, My tracking no is 421482434. My shipment have be collected on June 26, 2017, but until now i have not receive my package yet. When i check online the shipment has been release by customs in KLIA Malaysia dated on July 06,2017.     Hello Customer Care, THIS IS TO REQUEST TO CO ORDINATE TO EXTRACT " EP COPY" FOR consignment was shipped for Repair and return basis and was exported thru TNT AWB # #176-344 24876 during 4 Feb, 2017. Above consignment has now come back after repairs thru awb no. 418666942 dt. june 23 2017 and is under clearance at Mumbai, and we were not provided by TNT "EP Copy" document at the time of export.     Hello This is regarding delivery of my shipment vide ref. number GD325091558WW. The shipment has been requested to deliver on priority but has not been taken care properly due to negligence of the TNT operations team Kolkata. Moreover, the status of the system has been updated with misleading & false information. When I called customer care multiple time, I have been provided with misleading information and commitment. Finally I got a chance to to get in touch with the person responsible from TNT (Mr. Mrinal Dhar, Kolkata). When I informed him about the misleading shipment status, he started yelling and misbehaved asking to withdraw my statement else he'll take necessary action!(I'm not sure what he want to mean). after verbal escalation via customer care, he is telling to the customer care executive that the misleading information was updated due to system issue! and he is ready to deliver it by 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM today when there will be no one in the office! I'm not sure whether a customer should expect such kind of behavior from TNT! Requesting you to provide me a justification and please let me know whether we should opt for TNT in future. If yes then why? For this last time, may I please request you if you kindly deliver the shipment tomorrow (19-Dec-2017, Tuesday) at the earliest.
