    Dear sir,
    Thus is to inform to you I have a SKODA LAURA. My car no is RJ-01 CD – 0005 . My car is in warranty period. But I am facing the problem since I purchased this car. You can check it from your service Centre record. Now I am facing the problem in engine and oil level is decreasing automatically and engine is producing the different kind of sound. We have already face the same kind of problem but your service Centre people could not solve the problem and they are saying we have repaired all the thing but still we are facing the same problem.
    Now we have leave our car at SAGA AUTO for same problem.
    One more thing is that your company service Centre is 150 km from our city. So it is not possible to us to go at service Centre frequently. And the service Centre staff did not have manners to talk with customers.
    It is a very panic condition for me now I didn’t have a car and facing problem for vehicle.
    So please suggest me what should I do other wise I will donate this car to Nagar Nigam and will file a case in consumer cort.

    Dear sir,
    In the continuation of my last mail again I am facing the same kind of problem in my car .
    Again I am facing the problem in engine and oil level is decreasing.
    This is fourth time I am facing same kind of problem but after so many time complain your service is not able to solve my problem and repair my car .
    Now I am facing big trouble because now my car is out of warranty period and I leave my car at SAGA AUTO service centre for same kind of problem and after repairing Mr Nishant is telling for payment .
    As per Mr Nishant my total payment is 4.25 lakh and he is saying that we will give you dabate of 3 lakh baceuse of your goodwill but you will have to pay 1.25 lakh for repairing amount.
    Now my question is this why should I pay 1.25 lakh for same problem because I am facing the same kind of problem from beginning and you can check it from your service centre records and I also mention same kind of problem in my last mail. So please I have request to you that please do the needful.
    I have also informed reagarding problem to your company area manager Mr Subir and at customer care centre to miss Dhara but I didn’t get any response . We ask so many times at customer care to provide the contact no of mr Subir but they always tell us we will inform to mr Subir and he will call you but till today we didn’t receive any call from mr Subir.
    And your service centre people is always tell us that you are complaining of our service centre at customer care that’s why we are not doing your work and all customer care people is our people and we are giving them money so they will not take any action .
    Now I have requests to you that please solve my problem otherwise I have to take stern step against you and I will not pick up my car from your company service centre till you will solve my problem.

    I am a proud owner of Skoda yeti 4X2 from 2012. My car clocked 125000km. I was planning to upgrade to a 4×4 version and do a world trip in that. I was really disappointed to hear that yeti is discontinued from my dealer. Can someone guide me to get a BLACK SKODA YETI 4X4 , which I wanted to keep lifelong

    Every time when ever i send my car even with prior booking for only service they return my car in more than five days and due to this poor after sales service (inspite of very satisfied with your car performance) i was thinking not to purchase skoda car, but this time again on 22-12-2016 i have given them approval for their estimate till today even in ten days they are saying that they are waiting for parts this is pathetic and this time i am assure that in future i will never purchase skoda car and reccomond others never to purchase Skoda car becouse there is no control over servise stations. similar complaints i had given to call centers akso but i never received any responce for any complaint.

    Our car Skoda Rapid Ambition has not completed 30000 Km yet, but we had taken the car for a very minor problem and it has been lying at JMD Auto Bhandup for the past 3 months now. I have taken treatment for Cancer and have been using the car to go to Tata Memorial Hospital from Mulund. But since the car is lying at the service centre for a minor problem I am forced to take public transport. JMD guys are not co-operating at all. They just said that the problem will be known once the scanning is over and they have identified a service cost of 1.2 lacs. It is like a patient going for checkup to the hospital and a post mortem being done on them. The situation is that bad. We didn’t expect such a horrible service from Skoda Rapid – a so called reputed brand. Request your urgent help to get back my car immediately.

    We purchased a Octavia car in the year 1913 since than the a/c of the car is giving problem ,so many complaints up to M. D . of the company no result even they do not bothered tobreply. In July this year local dealer charged Rs.22000/- for repairing the a/c. We complaints the same up to H. O but no result now we are asking our legsl consultant to file a criminal case.
