    I had bought samsung split ac inAugust 2011.Today it is not working.
    I am told its compressor is defective and therefore new ac to be purchased.
    Can advise?

    one of ours damage AC checked by two guys of service center. They had said a approx. amount for repair the AC. We asked for a quotation for company purpose but haven’t received the quotation even after called them(S.R.Electronics).
    Can you arrange for it.

    I have asked for split AC services which i bought a year before and have asked for services under warranty. My service complain no. 4233606787 dated 01/04/2017. Despite of several reminder in two days, i have not received any response and services. I have bought SAMSUNG INVERTER AC AR12KV5HBTR dated 23 April 2016. Hope Samsung will honour its warranty services . I will rate a Very poor services and response. M T KHAN M: 9717421133

    Very poor product of samsung A.C. from instalation date it is no functiong properly. Many time complain has been made but prolem is not resolved till date.

    We have made complaint to your service point for our split AC complaint at your local service provider. Last two weeks no one has responded and till date. Pls look into the matter and arrange to send your service technician immediately. We are very disappointed with your local service point
    . Take immediate steps to avoid consumer cell complaint.

    Got an Samsung 1.5tnn from PAI in Dec 2014, the issue is there is a noise which is quite loud comes out from the Ac , so I call up customer care and then they sent me someone who is a technician , he’s sayin if I change the blower it will be alright he did his best even he change motor again nothing’s work finally he told me to call up against customer care for one more complain he said the only thing is to change the entire internal set that means , am I have to change the entire unit ??? Only Samsung people came and fix the installation eveything in the initial not only that for the servicing also I call up only the Samsung customer care, they did and now somebody call up and came up before they started the said work they started sayin( we) are third parties we charge for the service, I meant what the heck is this first u fix the issue then will pay, next day another from another guy call up from PAI they said ,,,,,, what the fuss is this u guys are fooling around people ur customer,,,,,, this is a nonsense
