    Sub :complaint against royal Enfield service Centre vadakara (grace motors)

    I expect this letter should the last letter regarding my complaint because for the last four month I was continously contacting the service Centre and the service manager also about my complaint
    Sir i have bought royal Enfield 350classic bullet dated 31/8/2016 from calicut ss motors after a few days i heard a tic tic sound from the engine it was really annoying and i went to the service which is near to my place vadakara grace motors and i have told my complaint. They told they want to check it out and i have said ohk. After checking they told me that néw 350classic mostly have this complaint so we can’t sort it out. Just come on your first service we will check it again, so after a few days when my first service date comes i went to grace motors and i kept my royal Enfield 350for service. When I went receiving my bullet it was ashamed to say that they didn’t even properly washed it. When I asked them they told me that the machine has some complaint so we are not able to do right now. When i asked the tic tic sound they told me that it has been solved. After few hours when it was in running condition again the same sound came, and I have went to grace motors service manager, he told me that néw 350 classic bullet has this sound so we cannot sort it out. I was so sad to hear that because i have taken this royal bullet by taking loan. When i went for my second service to calicut ss motors they have solved my problems but after one weak again the same tic tic sound came from the engine side. They told me that keep running it will go after so many kilometers. Then i went for 3rd service now the same sound and oil leakage has also came, i have given complaint for this two and they told me to wait for a day. After a day I went to service Centre for receivng my bullet. Still am facing both the problems. So this is my final complaint mail to the company.l and i expect an immediate response from the royal Enfield. Please select atleast a person who knows about the bullet and the person who know how to behave against the customers. Especially the service manager who has a good position in the company doesn’t even know to behave properly (grace motors service manager )
    Sir I expect a sudden reply and proper solution against my complaint, if doesn’t i will go with the law, I will complaint to consumer Cort and will give a written complaint to police station for the bad behavior from grace motors service manager. I have the audio clip that he is saying me that the new bullet all have this complaint, if i didn’t get any proper response from your side I will complaint using section IPC 415, IPC 1860 section 506 for misbehaving.

    I have booked Royal Enfield 350 standard at Jhansi dealership on 8-01-2017 I am not getting any appropriate answer from Mr Devesh Pandey and Piyush Rawat when to get it.on the telephonic conversation with Mr Pandey and Rawat I had come to know recently that there are 2 more candidates who had booked standard before me,but I was waiting for my bike curiously at the time of booking they had not told me that there r booking earlier on the phone they told me that the first standard vehicle we receive in the month we will deliver it to u but now there r 2 more what is this

    I regret to write you that the said vehicle is showing starting trouble from the third month after purchasing.
    The problem still exists and being the free service period is over, I have to waste my time and money each time and the defect has not been rectified permanently. Now also I have contacted the support from the service centre and waiting for the technician to come.
    What should I do to find a total solution to my grievance?
    To own a Bullet vehicle was my dream even though one of my cars is a 5 series BMW. I am dejected and desperate due to the starting problem which I am facing while taking a journey.

    The Manager


    With deep request i would like to draw your attention of the following matters –

    1) Service done but average.
    2) Behaviour was very rude of staff (manager).
    3) Cylinder changed bu the old one not returned on the same date.
    4) Money was charged for chain lubricant. But that was not provided. To recover i shall have to spent Rs.300/- for petrol. Neither adjusted with other parts nor refund the balance amount.

    So you are requested to do the needful at earliest and oblige.
