    I purchased a Kwid automatic in Jan2017. It's a good vehicle but God save you if you face any issues with the vehicle. Both Tvs motors and Renault are in competition to determine who is more inefficient. My vehicle broke down on 20/07/2017 and even after 8 days I am yet to get back my vehicle repaired.

    I bought a renault duster in jan 2015.after only 2 and half years, your service agents have suggested me that the car needs following replacements 1 clutch plate and pressure plate 2 battery 3 wipers 4 ac coolant I would like to point out that if the car is in this state after only 2 and half yrs when it is in warranty and after regular services at your designated centres ,it would be fit for only a dustbin after 5 yrs. I may have been better served with a second hand or refurbished car than a brand new duster costing 12 lakh

    Dear Sir, Myself DESHRAJ KUSHWAHA (NTPC Unchahar), I have purchase a car Renault kwid (model-Rxt (o) 800cc) from Raebareli sub dealer (Lucknow main dealer) U.P. on 14th August 2017. (Car Rs.-4,59,533/-) I am facing a large number of problems continuously….. Renault complains no. is (03697846 on 16 August 2017 & 03846225 on 28 August 2017). Consumer Forum complains no. is (416673 on 2 September 2017 & 427988 on 14 September 2017). The problems, there are given below… 1st - Car delivered me in night at 09:00 PM. 2nd - Car delivered me without washing. 3rd - Electrical wiring of reverse parking sensor in hanging position near back wheel. (Attended on 10/09/2017) 4th - I have written document of reverse camera on Renault accessories order form but car delivered me without reverse camera. 5th - Name, Sir name & mobile no. mistake update in my invoice. (Partially updated) 6th - Permanent & temporary both address are mistake update with wrong pin code in my insurance. (still going on) 7th - Back Power window opening problem. (still going on) 8th - The seat belt holder of back seat, is out in the boot space instead of the front. (Partially attended on 19/09/2017) 9th - I have not receive Registration certificate (RC) until now. (see the point 18th) 10th - I was asked why you took home delivery. (I do, what should I answer) (Updated 06/09/2017) 11th - Renault customer care says that we can only share feedback and not provide any help. (still going on) 17th - According to problem no.-8, The seat belt of the rear middle seat is still out in the boot space and there's also no belt holder of this rear middle seat. (still going on) 18th - According to problem no.-9, The copy of the registration was sent to WhatsApp on 23/09/2017 by Shailesh ji. (still going on) To write the correct data was told by email on 2 September and earlier by phone. But, there are some data mistake updates in registration copy… (I)- A space has been created between my name. (II)- My permanent address is not written in RC. (III)- Model of the car is Kwid RXT (O) but model number Kwid RXT is written in RC. (IIII)- NTPC gives us 40 liters petrol in per month for the car conveyance but, because of not getting the Registration certificate, I am losing (40 * 70 = 2800 rupees) per month. 19th- Due to mental harassment and mental disturbance/unrest, since 14th August, the weight of my wife and I have fallen to 4 - 4 kg.     Dear Sir/ Madam , Sub :- Mis-selling of vehicle and extremely poor service at service. This is to inform you that i had purchased one Renault scala from Bhubaneswar showroom at 2015 . vide regd no. OD 02 X 7600 . Vehicle met with an accident on 2016 jan . When the claim procedures began then the whole reality came to picture that showroom had sold me the vehicle of make 2013 but every paper work done on 2015 . My initial discussion was held with GM Sales at the time of purchasing . Then i had discussed with GM Sales and he somehow convinced me that the vehicle is of mfg 2015 and there is no misselling in this regard ( which was a great lie ). There was also delay from showroom side for giving the estimate due to which there was a long delay in settling of claim . As the vehicle mfg year was wrong claim value and salvage value also reduced in proportionate manner for which there was a huge loss from my side . Another grievance was , almost 4 month damaged vehicle was there at showroom but when vendor gone for purchasing the salvage there were many additional damages to the vehicle and some of parts were missing ( i have survey photographs of both the instances ) . In this regard i had discussed with Manager - Service , but he shown me such im-professional behaviour and told me that this will happen if any customer will keep his vehicle at showroom parking area . I was surprised how come one senior professional can show such behaviour to a customer who had already given the parking charges for keeping his vehicle safe in the showroom . For the additional damage caused me another loss to reduce the salvage value from vendor . Earlier i had called to your tollfree no and told the matter from my cell no 7873022330 . The operator guided me to write the whole matter and send to grievance . After so much harassment from the staffs of Bhubaneswar showroom i am writing in a hope that my grievance may heard in proper forum and compensate the losses which i have earned from your showroom .     Team Renault, I am highly disappointed to buy a Duster Vehicle from your one of dealership in Kanpur, few days back I have registered my complaint Number- 4-04219274 which is unresolved yet since your dealership in Kanpur sold out a damaged & dented (Dent marked in RED Circle in pics attached below) Vehicle with some manufacturing defect (it may be at dealership level) like issue in High & Low beam light adjustment, seat belt lever not working etc. My concern is that why a dented vehicle sold to me when I bought & paid for new Vehicle & also the roof surface of the vehicle is not in proper way………….roof surface has up & down & can we seen once light reflection is there so it is also damaged at Dealership level OR can be considered manufacturing default. I am highlighting few concern since from first day when I bought this Vehicle-: 1. Dented & Damaged Vehicle Sold to me, dent marked in RED Circle on delivery date cab be seen, Company like Renault doesn’t have any standard towards a customer at dealership & Company level? 2. At the time of booking, I told Sales person clearly to show me Vehicle in Yard before the delivery date to check but he didn’t show me the Vehicle & Called us on Delivery date to pick up the Vehicle. 3. It has confirmed by dealership staff that This said Vehicle was kept at another Showroom in display which is in Fatehpur (90KM from Kanpur) & the said Vehicle driven out till Kanpur before the delivery date. 4. At the time of delivery, we found spot lines at outer body & complaint to Sale person Mr Aabas & Prashant then they assured me that once you go at first services we will get this resolved. 5. We are facing high beam & low beam issue in this CAR from the delivery date………..high beam reflection is just about to 10 meters from the Vehicle hence can’t drive vehicle above 50 KM per hour in night, Vision is also very poor…………….My question is that is company doesn’t check vehicle before sending it to dealership if yes then why high beam & low beam light issue pertaining to this vehicle? Is something went wrong at dealership level in Vehicle hence light adjustment gone misbalanced. However, it went so strange when Vehicle handover to workshop for 1st services & the same issue recorded in Job Card but it doesn’t address in services & I am still driving the Vehicle with such low visibility. 6. Most importantly, the 2nd Key of Vehicle handed over to me after 15 days when I chased for it several time from the Sales Person & he always replied me that 2nd Key in Fathehpur Showroom & we will provide the same soon. 7. It is very shameful to share that Vehicle handed over to me with empty full tank at delivery date……………After leaving the showroom & 4 KM drive from showroom engine stooped working & even not started in several attempts so I called Sale Person then he told me to check fuel meanwhile I left my family member in car & parked vehicle on road & gone to petrol pump to arrange fuel in soft drink Bootle. After few day customer care representative ( Female Staff) visited my residence & handed over a Rs 500/- diesel receipt……………A receipt of Rs 500/- doesn’t value so much but the it’s a big brand concern for company like Renault that their channel partners cheating the customer for such small amount. 8. Attaching the pics that on last Saturday co-driver side window glass broken & Vehicle is parked in lobby area & at 11 AM the window glass blast & broken into part so I want to discuss the quality of product. Attaching the picture of Vehicle delivered with dent in front of the roof & want early & solid resolution of it & I won’t go for any repairing since it a manufacturing defect or damaged at dealership level. Hope, Renault will consider my complaint & resolve it in professional way……………….looking forward to see early resolution of my complaint & ask dealership to stop such misleading & unethical work at local level & act as per company standard for their valuable customer. Else, we have some other way & platforms so raise our voice against the cheating & fraudulent financial activity with the customers.

    My suggestions to every body, never purchase any vehicle of this company They do not replace keys or not even You will get new key, once it is lost or Any falt in the keys, And no use of extended warranty You want get any advantage of that.

    Don't buy Renault kwid and don't waste your money. Steering problem in my new vehicle. Vehicle purchased only 4 months ago. 7 times serviced done in 4 months. Till now this issue not resolved. Renault customer care & service centre don't care about customers.

    I have purchased Renault KWID RXT in 2017 since day one I faced many inconvenience due to improper co-ordination post Vehicle Booking till Sales Order executive on daily follow up after Booking n payment they made life miserable. In every vehicle service either Service Center not taken proper action to resolve problems n increased additional issue n which lead time/money n energy loss of customer till date issue not resolved even escalated to MD Mr.Sumit. This company may be not going stay more in market such pathetic post Sales Service Support
