    Dear Sir/ Madam ,

    Sub :- Mis-selling of vehicle and extremely poor service at service.

    This is to inform you that i had purchased one Renault scala from Bhubaneswar showroom at 2015 . vide regd no. OD 02 X 7600 . Vehicle met with an accident on 2016 jan . When the claim procedures began then the whole reality came to picture that showroom had sold me the vehicle of make 2013 but every paper work done on 2015 . My initial discussion was held with GM Sales at the time of purchasing . Then i had discussed with GM Sales and he somehow convinced me that the vehicle is of mfg 2015 and there is no misselling in this regard ( which was a great lie ). There was also delay from showroom side for giving the estimate due to which there was a long delay in settling of claim .

    As the vehicle mfg year was wrong claim value and salvage value also reduced in proportionate manner for which there was a huge loss from my side .

    Another grievance was , almost 4 month damaged vehicle was there at showroom but when vendor gone for purchasing the salvage there were many additional damages to the vehicle and some of parts were missing ( i have survey photographs of both the instances ) . In this regard i had discussed with Manager – Service , but he shown me such im-professional behaviour and told me that this will happen if any customer will keep his vehicle at showroom parking area . I was surprised how come one senior professional can show such behaviour to a customer who had already given the parking charges for keeping his vehicle safe in the showroom . For the additional damage caused me another loss to reduce the salvage value from vendor .

    Earlier i had called to your tollfree no and told the matter from my cell no 7873022330 . The operator guided me to write the whole matter and send to grievance . After so much harassment from the staffs of Bhubaneswar showroom i am writing in a hope that my grievance may heard in proper forum and compensate the losses which i have earned from your showroom .

    I had submitted my complaints against dealer but you had not taken action against dealer I will be approach TV 9 news and also.some local news paper publisher and also I will take legal action through my advocate and consumer protection cell

    Pl care all new customer don’t purchase any car from karnawati Ahmedabad ..I had purchased kwid on dt 30.07.2017 after 65 days I could not gate RTO reg due to dealer’s most poor service and now today dealer is ready to return after 65 days without any process shameful. Pl take care

    Myself DESHRAJ KUSHWAHA (NTPC Unchahar), I have purchase a car Renault kwid (model-Rxt (o) 800cc) from Raebareli sub dealer (Lucknow main dealer) U.P. on 14th August 2017. (Car Rs.-4,59,533/-)

    I am facing a large number of problems continuously…..
    Renault complains no. is (03697846 on 16 August 2017 & 03846225 on 28 August 2017).
    Consumer Forum complains no. is (416673 on 2 September 2017 & 427988 on 14 September 2017).

    The problems, there are given below…

    1st – Car delivered me in night at 09:00 PM.

    2nd – Car delivered me without washing.

    3rd – Electrical wiring of reverse parking sensor in hanging position near back wheel.
    (Attended on 10/09/2017)

    4th – I have written document of reverse camera on Renault accessories order form but car delivered me without reverse camera.

    5th – Name, Sir name & mobile no. mistake update in my invoice. (Partially updated)

    6th – Permanent & temporary both address are mistake update with wrong pin code in my insurance. (still going on)

    7th – Back Power window opening problem. (still going on)

    8th – The seat belt holder of back seat, is out in the boot space instead of the front. (Partially attended on 19/09/2017)

    9th – I have not receive Registration certificate (RC) until now. (see the point 18th)

    10th – I was asked why you took home delivery. (I do, what should I answer) (Updated 06/09/2017)

    11th – Renault customer care says that we can only share feedback and not provide any help. (Updated 08/09/2017 and still going on)

    12th- Mentally harassment, Mentally disturbance, Messing with our emotions. (still going on)

    13th- Mileage problem etc………… (still going on)

    14th- We were told that the camera’s display will fit replace the back mirror but the display of the camera is being fitted at the car dashboard by Renault, That means Renault has sold his car with wrong information to the customer. Renault has cheated the customer.

    15th – On the back gear, a back light behind the back of the driver site isn’t burning. (only 1 back light burns on taking back gear, informed me by Renault on 18/09/2017)

    16th – Gear shifting problem. (Renault Mechanic confirmed this in Raebareli on 22/09/2017 in the presence of Renault Manager (Mr. Shailesh Ji). (still going on)

    17th – According to problem no.-8, The seat belt of the rear middle seat is still out in the boot space and there’s also no belt holder of this rear middle seat. (still going on)

    18th – According to problem no.-9, The copy of the registration was sent to WhatsApp on 23/09/2017 by Shailesh ji. (still going on)

    To write the correct data was told by email on 2 September and earlier by phone. But, there are some data mistake updates in registration copy…

    (I)- A space has been created between my name.
    (II)- My permanent address is not written in RC.
    (III)- Model of the car is Kwid RXT (O) but model number Kwid RXT is written in RC.
    (IIII)- NTPC gives us 40 liters petrol in per month for the car conveyance
    but, because of not getting the Registration certificate, I am losing
    (40 * 70 = 2800 rupees) per month.

    19th- Due to mental harassment and mental disturbance/unrest, since 14th August, the weight of my wife and I have fallen to 4 – 4 kg. (Updated 26/09/2017)

    20th – I feel, due to all the above problems, car delivered me without pre delivery inspection so please provide me my car pre delivery inspection (PDI) receipt. (Updated 26/09/2017)

    Car liye 6 months ho gye hai ek bhi pepar nahi mila hai very poor Sarvice may kabhi bhi kisi ko nahi Renault ki car purchase ki salha dugi Abhi aise Sarvice hai bus sales parson k gadi bechne k kaam hai bus Kaise bhi car bik jaye pepar ki koi khabar nahi Na koi phone lagakar respose milta hai or phone karo to koi response nahi milta hai very bad poor Sarvice
