    PLEASE TERMINATE MY INTERNET CONNECTION

    i had book a new reliance broadband connection on 25-10-2016 sale person name HARSH. and he cheat me , he don’t tell me that reliance broadband does not work on wifi connection .This information given by WASIM the technical person and WASIM also tell me reliance does not support D-LINK modem
    All this information does not given by HARSH the sales person to me

    But its ok i manage it . problem is not that
    my problem is that in my area AWADHPURI BHOPAL there is always a server problem , no proper speed , no internet connection i have do unlimited complaint regarding this since starting and customer care (180030007777) have list of excuse . i call to reliance secretariat office (18602002011) and no strict action is taken they always tell its your last complain i give u permanent resolution . I also call to HARSH the sale person and ask them why he not disclose all the problem before installation and he gave me replay JADA DIKKAT HO RAHI HAI TO NET KATWA LO

    And finally i decide to terminate is connection and go for AIRTEL far better company . no advanced charge ,no installation charged

    on 11/5/2017 i call to customer care for termination my internet complain id is 256431803 . the billing period is 20 to 20 of next month i do so many call to customer care between 11/5 to 20/5/2017 but always waiting call . On 16/5/2017 i ask customer care i have not receive any call from higher authority for confirmation

    till 20/5/2017 my connection is not terminate and i not receive any call from higher authority . i call to reliance secretariat office and they informed me that higher authority make a call to me on 12/5/2017 they tell me that i gave the information that i am satisfied with the service and do not want to terminate internet .call is done by SHIV TIWARI . all false information i do not receives any call till date

    Till date you have not taken care of my above complaint and did not solve the networking link . It is very disturbing. None of your any filed representative visited my place nor any body take care of taking telephone call.
    In my last mail, I had told you to issue the fresh Bill by deducting amount ( waive off) of all those days which you did not able to give me services. Please donot talk any ridiculous saying that you have suspended my account for not making you payment. I never remained a defaulter for over 9 yrs.
    I would request you to kindly send me the fresh waiver Bill and immediately disconnect my link.
    I do not want to avail of your services in any kind since henceforth .

    Dear Sir,
    Complaint No. 255703486

    I t is very unfortunate that for last 17 days, I am not getting internet connection at my working place, located at House No. 486, Sector 20-A, Chandigarh.
    I have approached every one of your Chandigarh personnel but they do not attend to customers’ complaint and also they do not even pick up the phone .
    Your Mr. Rajiv Pawar who head the Chandigarh service team does not bother to attend nor he behaves properly with the customer.

    Since I am very much affected due to non-responsiveness , I request you to kindly disconnect my link . And also you waive my amount of bill for those days which I could not avail of your services by issuing me the fresh bill immediately.

    A copy of this letter has also been marked to CMD Mr. Anil Dhurubhai Ambani for his kind attention.

    Sir,

    I have lodged a complaint on reliance customer care on 02 Apr 17 due to non working of connection, but nobody entertain my complaint till 07 Apr 17. On 07 Apr 17, I made a request on customer care at 06:22pm (complaint no.255694073) for termination of my connection. Customer care representative explained me procedure for termination of connection is 16 days. On 17 April 2017 at 10:09pm I again contact on customer care for termination of my connection which was I requested on 07 Apr 17 and again he said termination procedure is in process. Till that my connection was not working from 02 Apr 17 and nobody contacts me in any manner .
    Today i.e. 21 apr 17 I again connected the customer care for termination of connection and Reliance customer care told me that a confirmation call was done from their side to me and I replied I do not want to terminate my connection, which is purely wrong.
    Today i.e. 21 Apr 17 they gave me another service request no.255999971 for termination of connection.

    In view of the above you are requested to please help me for termination of my connection because reliance customer care mentally harras me very much.

    Hello, Reliance (Broadband@relianceada), I am your customer, Adv.Ravikiran Tribhuwan, Off/at; 311, Metro House, Before Conrad Hotel, Mangaldas Road, Pune -410001. (having USER ID 342263913472, Ph.No.02030281919).

    I am very much upset with your service providers Mr.Juned having contact no.8983189088, Pune and Mr.Viond having contact no. 9370022280, Pune, in fact in last week we contacted your customer care no. for Internet connection with wifi for computers (2), and one landline contact no. with intercom facility. And unfortunately we got contact no of Mr.Junad, located office at Mariplex, at Kalyaninagar, Pune.

    Further Mr. Juned, was at our service within 30 minutes. We give him above mentioned details, and we were happy to know that entire connectivity will be provided with in 24 hours . As per requirement we provided entire set of signed documents with required signed cheques. And we were assured that all facilities will start within 24 hours. Taking into consideration our requirement we follow all formalities and pay the entire money through cheques with self attested documents to Mr.Junad.

    But surprisingly none of your representative turn to our office for next two days. Consequently (on 7/04/2017) in evening your representatives (above mentioned) come at office after constant follow up and starched some internal wire lines to our single computer and drag one connection for land line and went away without giving any modem/ router for wifi.

    On Saturday (8/04/2017), after constant followup we got the router machine by Mr.Juned and Mr.Vinod, they fixed up the machines and surprisingly they went away from our office without assuring Wifi connectivity and intercom land line facility. And to our utter surprise the facilities were not activated, as it was assured by them that the entire system wifi, internet connections, land line with intercom was activated.

    Consequently we start our business operating but soon we realised that we were cheated by your employees because non of wifi or internet was activated and land line was diverted to some other paid number.

    Thereafter we frequently call them about the mis management and non availability of wifi internet connectivity and land line connectivity… and we got response that they will come and solve the problem. But surprisingly non of them turn around and later on give reply that their job is done and they cannot attend us. At 6:00 PM our representatives visited your Kalyaninagar, Pune office and tried to call them with help of your officials but we got very arrogant and abusive reply form Mr.Juned and Vinod.

    Kindly understand that, we have sustained loss in our business due to your mis management also we suffered mental, physical and economical loss by your representative/ employees Mr.Juned and Mr.Vinod.

    We request you to fixed the services immediately as planed, signed, and paid to your company, as we have already sustained losses in business due to negligence by your employees and company.

    Kindly take into consideration that, due to arrogant behaviour, filthy language and threatening act by Mr. Juned and Mr. Vinod, we are compel to file criminal complaint against them and company and also we preserved our legal right to file complaint against Company for sustained business loss at Consumer Court at Pune.

    Kindly do the earliest as mentioned above facilities to avoid criminal and consumer litigation consequent. Or else we have to initiate our legal action through media to enlighten public at large.

    Dear Sir,

    I have requested for a Broad Band connection on Sunday i..e on 02.04.2017 at Customer Care No. 180030007777 at 10.30 am in the name of my daughter named Prachi Joshi. The Telly operator have assured that the connection will be installed within 24 hours. But after 24 hours and till date no connection
    has installed at my residence. I have again requested for installation of the same on 04.04.17 and 05.05.2017 and today on 06.06.2017
    but the same reply that connection will be installed within 24/48 hours.

    Kindly look in to the matter personally as I do not expect this inordinate delay from such a nice company.
