The retirement age for government servants is (if I am right is 60yrs). The politicians (netas) holding Government posts should also retire at 60 years as they are also Government servants.

But this does not happen in India. I wonder why no PIL was filed in the Supreme court for confirming this.

    Dear Prashant Ji
Greetings of day ! I am a NRI presently in Canada. I met you once when you had been representing Delhi Govt on DPDP act. I came and met you in your office , perhaps a couple of years back.

I want to draw your attention on a very important matter of public interest, which has been dragging for years and is bearing the resentment and demand from millions of Indians diaspora on issue if ” Dual Citizenship” for Indians.

I want to file a PIL in Supreme Court of India on the subject as I personally am of view that it is very unfair and unjustified for a NRI like me who despite born , raised and educated in India gets automatic cancel of my Indian passport/citizenship as soon as I take another country citizenship.

I have held you in very high esteem and if you think that this the matter of your interest and millions of patriotic diaspora deserve the fair treatment and rights, please do consider my request to take up this very important matter affecting Indians globally.

I have worked out many dats and in that case shall e forwarding you the same with all assistance to my capability in the subject matter.
