    PNB Bank

    Respected Sir,

    I am a sincere PNB customer from past 30 years aproximately.
    It will be great if you spend a couple of minutes reading my issues and provide me your kind advice/ suggestion.

    1) I called customer care to enquire about the debit card however the customer support person directly blocked my card without even asking/confirming/informing me.

    To get another card became an emergency. So i rushed to the nearest branch in Rohini Sector 24. To my surprise on a weekday at 3:00PM there was no client in the bank and the manager Mr Arya was busy entertaining a personal visitor. Almost after having waited for half hour I got a chance to speak to him.

    2) As the debit card was blocked by customer care’s mistake, I asked for alternatives. The card I had was 20+ years old without chip, least secure card.
    Manager Mr Arya stated in emergency also I cant be issued the card before Tuesday (a week’s time) and that too would be a non chip card.

    On enquiring the delays in the process, he stated it is not the home branch and I should go to sector 7 branch for any service.

    This was a surprise to me, as in the modern times where we are supporting CBS, we are not able to handle workload for local residents that too when we have no clients in the bank. I wonder if this is how we are serving our clients, and It makes me think If opting a private bank to hold my account would be a better solution as PNB is not able to serve me even the basic facilities.

    3) Today my husband visited the same branch and provided dully filled, self attested KYC form, account transfer form, adhar card, pan no, a photograph and a letter to initiate the transfer process for the account from Sector 7 rohini to Sector 24. To our surprise, the bank manager Mr Arya threw the papers on my husbands face and yelled in front of his staff stating why the hell we dont go to parent branch. To add to the harassment the manager called Police on 100 number.
    He also called rajendra place branch and Mr Ashish from Rajendra place, instead of supporting us , supported there manager’s mis behaviour.

    We followed the same process in SBI and ICICI on the same day, the process was initiated and the accounts will transferred asap.

    Sir, will all due respect, me and my family feel very harassed and mentally/ emotionally tortured with this kind of behaviour from an educated manager rank of a person.

    In past two days I have had horrible experiences in Rohini ,Sector 24, PNB Branch. Presently I have no way to access my money in your bank.
    Looking for some urgent solution to the above issue.

    We request you to kindly look into the matter and revert asap.

    Looking forward to some action/response in the above concern.

    We have a CC limit with your Nehru place Bank Branch since 5 years in the name of M/s Tescos Life Care (P) Ltd having Account no.1529008700080446.

    We start my business since 2012 and for that we take CC limit of Rs 80 Lakes (Eighty Lakes Only) and that time bank Disburse 55 Lakes (Fifty Lakes Only)

    But now we are sorry to say that after Demonetization the bank employee are doing black mailing to their customers and threatened to them, we visited several times in your Branch and tell them that business are not going properly and its take time, but you are surprised to know that your staff behavior are so rude and they treated there customer as like criminal and says / threaten us for money (Bribe) otherwise we do your account in NPA,

    ONE MORE THING YOU HAVE TO BE SUPRRISED THAT THEY Returned OUR CHEQUES FROM OUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY REASON, when have sufficient funds in our account BECAUSE WE ARE NOT SAY YES FOR MONEY (Bribe), THE SUFFICENT BALANCE ARE AVILABE IN MY ACCOUNT AFTER THAT THEY Returned our issued Cheques, THERE LOTS OF THING WHICH I TELL BUT ITS LONG PART.

    We cannot understand that whom give power to them to do , when customer are ready to pay all amount and dues to the bank with Bank Interest, we pay Interest on monthly bases and doing our small scale business and I start this company with My Farther in Law and doing own business with our Skill and talent,

    But now The Bank AGM Mr. M.L Singh and Loan Manager Mr. Prabhat are not renew our limit as Mr. Prabhat says that Mr. M.L Singh AGM of the Branch says we achieve our Circle Target from IFFCO company and now closed all small scale accounts, if there is No problem then Create problem and closed the Limit as well as current accounts.

    We do not understand instead of 55 lakes we submit property which is market value is more than 3 times of availing limit and we regularly pay Bank Interest to the bank, then how bank cancel my limit without any pre Intimation and whenever we asking for renewal he says we are not satisfy with your account. I do not understand if I am not giving bribe to them they are not renew our limit or how I satisfy them.

    Anyhow sir I am very very much fed up with your bank person/ Employee, now I am not able to continue my business with you, because then threaten us lots and with the failure for not giving bribe to them and now I am not able to continued our limit / Accounts,

    Now we are here by requested you to please Remain that account as current account as we already give those account in many government department / National and International customers / many Clients.

    So I am requested you to please release my Property Paper which we submit against our limit as soon s possible, if there have any further problem to you, and then we also closed our Current Account
    on or before 31/03/2018.

    BUT ONE THING I HAVE TO SAY TO MR NARENDER MODI JI (P.M.) EVERY SCHEME SHOULD BE APPLICABLE Properly and not only for big houses , EVERY BODY ARE NOT CHEATER OR FRAUD IN THIS COUNTRY BUT THE BANKER TREATED THERE CUSTMOR LIKE BAGGERS.
