    I have made a payment for Rs.5127 to GCG Ludhiana on 12-02-2017 via payumoney using my debit card.Amount has been deducted from my account (Entry as per bank record:To ECOM704320250553 PayU_PayUMoney)But college staff says that they have not received that amout.So please do me a favour

    1. On 03.12.2016 I had ordered Gift Item # IGP992246- 1 x wine chillers with mugs silver plated and paid Rs. 5,920 vide my Citibank Credit Card # 5498 5205 8008 8202.-( Ref. # 75503726339)- Transaction ID 2008764
    2. Gift was received by AWB # 33482961562 in damaged condition and was returned.
    3. On 08.02.2017 I got a message from Mr. Prakash Negi that the refund for Rs. 5,920 had been processed for Transaction ID 2008764 and that the ARN # was 75503727021011429143187. on my Complaint ID 3912073618.
    4. Till date, I do not appear to have received the amount and no information is received from Citibank .

    Please look in to the matter and arrange for the refund to be made immediately. This amounts to a deficiency in service, and, as a customer, I reserve the right to take up the matter with the appropriate Consumer Forum to get full satisfaction. I request a reply with the next 48 hours.

    I have transferred the money from wallet to bank account on 12/02/17 transactions is showing successful while amount not reflecting in bank account, please resolve the issue
