    I booked oyo Id “NDCL3978” in lucknow , After staying get to know that i have to pay the hotel in cash ,I consult the problem with customer care and he told me that you have to pay it as hotel have to buy grocery ,and my reaction was “seriously”. In today condition i think no one have cash enough in his pocket to pay cash. “very upset with oyo”

    I have booked Oyo room in goa my booking I’d IDMZ0973 and RTHD6283. We had one only booking but due to some problem first payment was not successful and your customer care executive guided us by another link through clear tip and that payment got successful and first one also but for the first successful we didn’t got any confirmation mail or message. Because we didn’t had the idea of first successful payment we thought it would get reversed but bank says it was successful now because double payment was done we want first one to get refund because it was not ours mistake . Plz see to the problem sir as soon as possible. Its very late now
