    Hi,

    This is the worst experience I have ever had with the OYO, have booked three rooms and the charges shown were raised. 3522/- , now today hotel management is asking to pay rs. 8200/-….
    On further investigation for the higher charges came to know that have done early check-in hence need to pay additional charges…. After booking yesterday I called customer care and asked for the early check in and they give the number of the hotel reception And as per them they have no issue in early check in…..

    Today when I called CC, simply said its our guest policy please check your android app for the same.. .

    Is this the way you all want to eat now the money?? ???

    This is in reference to the hotel booking we did last week and were staying at the OYO flagship 794 property from Friday 26th May to 28th May 2017. We were 4 couples and had booked 4 rooms from 205 to 209

    The experience was pathetic and OYO rooms left no stone unturned to make our stay miserable. Please see the below issues kindly provide justification as to why your service was so subpar in all the below areas:

    1) FOOD: We arrived on Friday at around 3 pm and went to the cafe on top floor and the kitchen had nothing to offer. Not even colddrinks in such hot weather. This is completely unacceptable as we expect basic snacks at any given point of time. This was just the beginning of the horror which was suppose to be unleashed

    2) Room service: On Saturday when we came back from our tour around 8PM IS we found that one of the rooms was unclean inspite of we asking the reception team to clean the room while we were out. When we pointed this issue they said that this will be done in couple of hours, however that really happened and we had to clean the room on our own. Is this how you treat your guests? The reason given to us by reception was that there is only one person who is catering to 30+ guests with respect to cleaning. is this really even an explanation?

    3) Power Supply issue: There was no power supply on saturday ( 8 pm) till 5 PM ist on Sunday. Why was there no generator back up provided if you know that the area has electricity issues? If there is no provision of generator facility why was this not mentioned at the time of check in?

    Also as we highlighted this issues so many times Reception had informed that they will refunding the entire money as you guys could not live up to expectations and were solely responsible for ruining or holidays.

    4) Water Issue – On Sunday morning as usual their was no water we went to near by beach for enjoying and when we came back we had to take bath so the problem is their was no cold water only hot water was coming in Shower and Tap that couldn’t be even touched when we had complained this in reception they said what can we do sir unexpected answer.

    Kindly help with refund of the 25% payment we did on first day as promised by Mr Mark and Ashish who were managing the hotel while we were staying in your godforsaken property

    Sir, I stayed your Vaishali Ghaziabad Hotel Abhay Palace on 24-25.05.2017 on advance booking. The booking was extended for another one day by your hotel staff on their E-notebook. while checkout I paid Rs.1400/- in cash and it was assured that bill would be emailed on my registered id. I am regularly pursuing your customercare no. and hotel no.8527805679 but still the bill is not provided. Even the person having above mobile no. now disconnecting my call instead of answering. It is very much disappointing for me.
    Please resolve the issue and provide me bill immediately so that the could be claimed from us.
