Six month back group of your engineers came from Chennai and promise me to take care of the issue at the earliest. Since they are in hurry to Go back to their respective office they agree to clear the issue at the earliest and informed me that they will be again visit the dealer place in the month Of may so far nothing has happened. I had pointed out my 20,000 km service time the same complaint but not rectified till date second week of sep-2014 I had given to rectify my dark smoke Coming out form silencer and they told me that everything corrected and now you don’t face such problem . but no improvement as well the situation will remain same, at all my friends are joking that your using coal engine for running the car ,In spite of my family wishes to go for a TOYOTA I was taken a lot of pain to convince them for Nissan sunny since the both the cars from Japan and have proven vehicle for past two decades. Now I started repenting for choosing this car because the vehicle is not even one year older and having such problems for service and no action has been taken from the company or dealer so far. One more issue I would like take up with the company that spare tire having size difference from the actual tire . but no company is giving such difference in the spare tire . its cost only Rs300 /- from the difference with the Original tire so that ground clearance is reduced from the other tire. I still not knowing the logic of this method. If something goes wrong if you are traveling in the micro inertial areas we had it. This are all my grievances .     Nissan micra was given for dignose at nissan authorised service center for slight heating they said we need 1 day time i alloted them now more than 15 days are taken they cant even give start car back when i had given the car was in running condition. .. what they had done that they cant even give me car back in same condition ....

    Hi, This is to bring to your notice that ever since I bought my TERRANO it is creating a strange irritationg noise. This was informed to Neo Nissan Noida service centre during the very first service at 1000 KM. Service guys fixed something but again it has been creating same irritating noise. Lately during service at 10000 KM, it was fixed but no luck. Again, on 9th August service team verified and asked to change some brackets. Which was changed and I paid for the same on 10th August. Yesterday, when I am driving it, it is creating worst irritating noise, appears like something is stuck in front wheels and it will break something.     Dear Sir, I am booked a Datsun Nissan as 29.05.2016. I have submitted the demand draft of Rs. 5,11,100/- of Punjab & Sindh Bank for the same. Also I have submitted Rs. 5,000/- as registration charge. After waiting of more than two month for the delivery of the said car I didn't get the confirmation from your company. Further due to Non-availability of CNG I have cancelled the booking of the said car model from your company. I would like to request you to kindly refund the said amount with interest as per rule.     Milage : 9.8km/l company claimed :19.01km/l Clutch pedals are too hard nd tight That my knee got swallon. Whn i told all these problems to the service centre they first regret to accept the problems after some days they told me about my car which was a manufacturing defects.. so they changed my clutch pedal but im not getting a good average till now.. Problems in my car from the frst day: °Clutch °average °pickup °wiper plates r nt gud °car makes an annoying sound while driving °fog lamp reflectors are melted °brake shoes of front passengers side got changed °passengers side glasses comes out whn i close it °air fillters,a/cfillters,desiel filter got changed twice in 20,000kms I suggest u all not to buy cars of this company nissan as their service are not good and they con you by giving 1 year old manufactured product.. I have many car(toyota innova crysta zx ,mahindra xuv w 10 , tata tiago xz , maruti -swift and wagonr) i just want my car to get replaced soon or make my car as good as your company clamed to be

    My car has had an ac problem for nearly 8 months. First they said that ac servicing would do. Later after 4 months they advised coil replacement...problem persists ....told last week radiator motor problem...replaced. Now problem recurred...suspect clutch coil problem...are technicians not qualified to understand the issue or is it that Nissan is hell bent on fleecing...suggest that each one recommend to close friends and relatives,not to even touch Nissan....it looks like that they are searching for innovation on how to keep the customer engaged through irritation....PATHETIC

    Respected Sir, I am writing this email keeping a little hope that you will help me out with this torture which I am undergoing using your useless brand Car. My friends suggested me not to go for Nissan Car by investing huge amount of 14L as its waste of money, but keeping in mind of the history of Nissan, I felt that I am taking a good decision at that point of time when there are multiple options available with me to go for other cars. But now I am feeling like it’s a wrong decision of trusting a useless company which doesn’t value its customers. I purchased my car (AP02 BD 0789) in May 2016 and within 3 months of purchase, its lying in service center (Hitech Nissan, Tirupathi) from past 15 days as the tires are getting worn out due to the Bush and Bearing issues and vehicle has clocked only 6000 Kms. How the brand new car will have such kind of issues and why the hell is this taking ages from the service center to resolve this? First of all why was I sold with a defective car? Don’t you have quality checks in place before giving the car to customer? This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable from customer’s point of view. You people are cheating customers in India with your low quality vehicles. What would you do if you are in my position? I would suggest you exchange my car with a new one which is of good quality or if you are unable to, return my amount back. Please reply me back ASAP or else I have no other option to approach consumer court of law and put a harassment case on your company for not providing proper customer service. Unhappy customer of your useless company.

    Similar A/C problem occured with my Nissan Terrano ( purchased in April 16), but the mumbai service technicians of Nissan did not have any clue on hot rectify it. First they told me that the A/C is like that only and does not require any repair. Later, when I escalated the matter then they took my car to service centre and did trial and error by replacing certain parts. I never thought that such a reputable Brand Nissan can have such issues. I would not recommend buying a Nissan car until they improve their service standards. They also use sell cheap accessories by saying that they are genuine. I purchased Day light running LED's (DRL) and side indicators. DRL's are joke as no one can see them in Day light. Side indicators are also of cheap quality and not standard. they have fixed it on side mirror assembly by making a hole in side mirror assembly. Its like doing Jugad. I have reported to Nissan Engineer from Pune also, but no response. PATHETIC..............

    Sir, My name is Ankit Nigam, I booked a datsun go commercial on 5th May 2016 at zedex Nissan east Delhi, billing was done on 31st May 2016, but car is not delivered yet to me, those unprofessional persons are not giving me any solution, as it is a commercial car which is made to earn for the owner but I already paid 2 Emi's of this car which I didn't got yet, now again 3rd emi is going to debit from my bank account but still car is with showroom, I think Nissan is not able to serve their customers, for these people customer is a fool, due to all these things at this moment I am under mental depression, I lost my job and not be able to do any thing at this moment, I made all the payment of this car on 31st May 2016, car was financed by mahindra finance, so now I am looking forward for your first and last support in this matter, don't but car from Nissan motors

    I am driving Nissan Sunny XL since last 3 yrs. My remote key and central locking is not working for the last one month. Iam staying in NOIDA. I took my car to service centre in Sector 3 . I was asked to go to sector 63. There i was told to go back to sector 3 as they do not have a console. After this i decided to take my car to another service centre and went to BM Nissan in Fridabad.There at least efforts were made to check and find a fault. I am told there is an electrical fault and aconsole is needed for finding the exact cause which is not available with them. Can i be guided as to where i take my car for treating this electrical fault..

I purchased datsun go A Eps on 17.1.17 from nath motors bareilly up and they charged logistich charge rupes 5125/= other than exshowroom price 3,89287/= and they also charged registration charge rupes 35143/=instead of rupes 31143/=and they charged 2200/= instead of 1500/= . Have Youno control on such type of cheating ? If yes then what can u do.

    Before filing police case and to shout in court of law including CONSUMER FORUM, herewith i am updating Nissan poor services at Baroda and very arrogant behavior by Mr. Joshi ( cell no. 9978901454 ) and his assistant Gaurav ( cell no. 7490972212 ) and yet after 3 weeks of time, my car is not repaired properly and not provided said services that too after paying Rs. 31,000 /= on spot. - Though i went to Baroda from Vallabh Vidyanagar ( a distance place ) on call to take car as its ready ( informed on Thursday) ; the car was not ready and took long time to handover. I informd to service center at 10 am morning same day (Friday) and even at 12.30 pm same day (Friday) but even at 2 pm for my arrival, car was not ready. At last 3.15pm ( at 3.15 as it was not ready and will take time so) , i went to Ankleshwar with another car saying that on return i will be back to take car. - Once again I went to service center at 7 PM ( though i informed number of time while traveling ), service center was closed and no information whereas i traveled from my place to Baroda just to pick up car on Gaurav's call. - GM ( a lady ) help us and contacted, Mr. Joshi, who is technical head, but he was not ready to talk or give solution. Somehow i manage his number and till now i have called him number of time for poor services, but he is not arrogant but uneducated and treat others as FOOL. Everyday he is giving just excuses and saying that NISSAN service is not possible as a person is not on job. I informed him that it will be personal violence as you took money and till now no services provided. He asked me to visit Baroda as he also belong to Kerala and can handle me. YES, I am by caste MARATHA and cannot take such person and such services. I am not sure What NISSAN target and what is motto, do i need to direct Ministry or Court ? - The same day ( Friday) , car was not given to me by Gaurang as they cannot take debit card, cannot take cheque, dont have gate pass and no authority. Mr. Joshi was not ready to talk or to give solution. I stayed at out of station i.e Baroda. Joshi didnt come on line as he is on higher position then even Mr. Modi. - On very next day ( Saturday), car was handover to me but find the required spare and tools are missing, it was pure case of theft . But even MR. Joshi remain silent on this as he is DON of Baroda. What a NISSAN... !!! - Again, it was late for me to go back home, i noticed that auto locking on doors, which was working earlier, has been stopped functioning after repairing which i informed them on Sunday around 10 AM Morning to Gaurang. - Since then Joshi and Gaurang is playing with me and such important security feature has been failed. Who will be responsible for any occurrence and what is use of NISSAN car if such feature is not operational. As I Spoken to Joshi, i find your security person is much better then Joshi. Even after this cheap and non effective service, he didnt find time to meet me though i went and spent two days at Service Station at Baroda. I hope, you are well aware that with such treatment, insult, motto, careless, security features in car, where should i shout and who i should handle person ?
