I have logged call for this issue in HP customer care 19 Dec 2015 Case ID-4765228246 and than 21 Dec 2015 Case ID:-4765290895 but not respond anybody. and drop a massage issue is resolved. and than i have many time called in customer care but no response.     HP India is the most difficult organization that does not care about its customers , despite their customer care centers which is a huge eyewash. Everyone working in the HP India organization is inaccessible, there are no grievance cells and it appears that they believe only in pushing their products which are most often defective. For a small problem in my laptop key board, I have sent an entire day trying to speak to someone in the customer care division and noone has been able to do anything. My complaint no is 477310773, which I managed to get somehow. The government should bring rules such that organizations that sell products promising service should be penalized if they fail to keep up their commitments. I have made so far fifty five phone calls, tried to call HP India office where the receptionist rudely said he cannot help me nor put me on to somebody and banged the phone. All the phone numbers given in the net and to the BSNL are a sham. It is a matter of great embarrassment to our country that such so-called companies of great reputation does no not give damn about their customers, are totally inaccessible and do not depute decent service personnel to service their products which are most often defective. I am confident, this mail will be ignored , but there are ways where we can spread the message and make it go viral. What is the use of having a CEO if she is inaccessible? Not even a mail id is given. Even MNC banks have their chairman's ID online and the chairman and MD arrange for immediate response and resolving of issues on sending a mail. Buying any HP product is only a huge waste of your time and money. Customers should get together and clamour for such companies to give their ids and not be incommunicado vis-a-vis customers. It is a very sad state of affairs that we have an avaricious organization that only believes in pushing defective products to their customers and treats them very badly once the money is received. As a member of the press I will ensure that the matter goes viral and everyone comes to know about HP India's dishonest practices

    Dear Mam, Complain Id- 3030526878 DT. 23/8/16 Case ID : BHZG0971 DT. 23/8/16 My company Reliance had procured HP officejet 6830 All-in-one printer from HP. The specification was station that it is air print compatible. It was purchased for a very senior person in our company. After we installed everything in the printer, the air print was not working. Raised complained in your service centre also. Engineer visited but they were not able to resolve the issue. Finally after couple of visit the engineer said that it has to be taken back to hp to final a solution. Till date we get mail saying engineer is coming to collect the printer but no one turns up. We have another HP printer which is working on the same network on airprint but not this one. Something is wrong with the printer and HP is not exception there mistake. We have procured lots of HP printer and this type of services was never given. Request you help in getting the printer replaced by HP at the earliest. Firstly, Its hard drive was changed, then your engineer installed pirated window in Laptop but them also wi-fi network were not coing and the systems is too hang and slow performance.     Dear Sir/ Mam, I have purchased HP pen drive of 32 GB on May 4th, 2016. Since beginning, it is giving too low speed of data transfer and my laptop processor also gets slow down when I attach this pen drive to it. I have purchased this pen drive from AMAZON by online shopping. After getting delivery, I did not get time to use it for first 5 days due to my busy schedule. When I started using it, I found this issue. I basically belong to Surat (GUJARAT). When I contacted HP service centers, I did not find proper response from any of your service centers in Surat. At each service center, they are telling that we do not deal in pen drive service and gives contact details of other service center. When I contact that service center, they are also giving the same reply. I am an old customer of HP and also using laptop of HP. I found your service for laptop very good and that is why I decided to purchase pen drive of same company. I had not expected such a poor service from a reputed company like HP. My pen drive is under warranty period (Bill Attached). I must get repair or replacement of this pen drive as per warranty conditions. I have spent 800 Rupees for this pen drive and it has become of no use for me. Since last 4 months, I am visiting your service center for this issue, but not getting any support from any where.     Dear Team We bought new Desktop system on 2nd May,2016. The desktop HP 280G1 was not worked after 2 and half month. The first complaint from our end was lodged with HP was on 18th July,2016,the second was on 13th August,2016 ,the third was on 31st Aug'16,the fourth was on 14th Sep'16 and the fifth was on 24th Sep'16. The new complaint was also lodged on 10th Sep'16 which subsequently was closed without taking visit. The last complaint ID is:4777870908. The basic lacking point it seems with HP is very poor servicing and failure to understand the probvlem correctly.The local service vendors it seems are not capable and to respond the customer complaint.The main problem we have found from service team is sudden closure of the complaint without keeping it on under observation for some time. But this time I am very disappointed with HP services as no one told me about the 14 days of replacement warranty while buying this laptop. My expectations are very clear that if HP really want me to be a customer so kindly replace the product as I do not want to go for repair because the product is new. Also this product was purchased to gift a family member. I had a word with 3 different supervisors named Saurav, Sumit and Shantanu. The previous two were showing good customer service skills however the third one who was the head Shantanu does not even have the basic etiquette to speak with the customer. he was very rude and was interrupting the customer with harsh voice. I am telling you this and hoping that you may take corrective actions otherwise with this kind of customer services the company will surely go in Loss by losing the customers. If you wish so please listen to that call recording as well. Also Shantanu said that there is no one above him to whom I can escalate this case. He said he is the Top level Boss in HP India. The engineer come on 21/5/2017 & found that the printer has problems & color page is not printing he logged a complaint and told me that our engineer will visit at your place soon, unfortunately every day HP support person call me only to confirm if printer is OK or not without sending the engineer.     hi i am manoj rawat. and today i went nehru place for but laptop then i bought ho laptop from ho store and they taken 800 rupees of laptop bag, but which person i had attend he said that you will get bag from laptop, but that salesman person did not tell us that it's chargable. after billing i did not check invoice because i was trust on that salesperson. but i do not know about that your company cheat to with customer. next day i went there and told regarding this that you had charged 800 rupees of free items, everybody know about this that the company give bag free with laptop, but your salesperson was argument with me . he was telling me that whatever do you want i will not refund. talk to anyone. this is a skill your person have. i really get bad service's by hp outlate store . because (1) your salesperson do not greet the customer (2) they do not have good skill's (3) they call the customer (bhai/brother) that is a not professnol language. this is showing . your sales person have poor skill's . go to CROMA store/ reliance digital. there sales person have a good skill's and knowledge about the product then your sales person who is on outlate store. and i am telling you that what is mention in your bill.     Complaint regarding hp laptop service My complaint id 5001995607 first i visited to service centre thane maharashtra they have rectify that in panel the pixel white defective occurs but as pe the service centre the warranty wil not be covered for single if it happen more then only it will be cover and they have genrated the complaint no. Against that means its internally defective not the physical damage they told contact customer care again i call to hp comee care they answer told to visit again the centre after that they have transfer the call to senior and the senior same replied that it will not be covere to fixed that issue you have to pay seprate amount which was written in the email what a bull shit service hp lapstop call centre and service centre are providing and the senior doesnt know the email id of customer help desk where we can send the snap shot of defetive product again i call after sending the image to hp service centre one guy khushal was assisted me without checking the call history he answer me the same reply that it will not be cover under warranty already i have spoken with senior and she told me to drop mail with snap shot and he didnt check the concern even i repeated twice time already i have shared snap pls check he was not giving relevent information he was talking about the india humidity and all those thing it mean to say as per associate due to humidity of india it happen so we have to sit at cool place where we can use laptop to avoid defective it was irelevant answer and unexpected response from the hp brand who show how to irate the customer still my laltop is under warranty period then why the the service centre and contact centre denying for the warranty will not cover it still in warranty period and almost 9 month is over it new laptop i have purchased and in mail it clearly mentiob to fix that issue u have to pay to sort out why shoud i pay i want replacement or else i will drop an email to neelam dhawan who is the founder head of india please take some action on my case or i will go legally in this case all that incident happen with me

    I write this mail in great pain and never expected this kind of response from a renowned company like HP, complaint case#5003490182. I purchased the laptop for my son from SEOUL, Korea as a gift on 3rd Sep 2017 and he opened it only on 22nd Sept 2017 to see the faulty display, what a disgrace and shame on the product and the brand itself. It is supposed to be the latest model and cost me a bomb. If it was a low end model still not justified though. Like any other international brand I expected HP to cover worldwide exchange and warranty policy. To top it all HP has a worldwide warranty database (what an irony). I want to understand if HP makes country specific laptops? If it is compatibility issues I can understand otherwise why this discrimination. After calling customer care several times and waiting for hours, a complaint was registered on 25th Sep 2017 and after exchange of some 30 + emails and hours of conversation. The reply I get after 20+ days is "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Against this reported concern which escalated in HP management, we came to know the unit you have purchased is not marketed in India and required part (display panel) is not available here as well. We request you contact with parental or purchase country to get the required support or unit level replacement based on possibilities which you are looking for, same cannot be possible in India”. How can HP make such crap products and silly statements? Is it my problem if it is not marketed in India. Then why do you maintain a database and claim it as worldwide warranty. Road side vendors are much better at least they don’t publicize wrong information like HP does. First of all HP manufactures such scrap products and has the audacity to reply to a customer like this. It in not just inconvenience, what am I to do with the faulty product? As a company you cannot do it, as an individual how do you expect me to? What a joke I hope HP know what their team are writing. I expected a more responsible reply from a so called renowned company like HP or else escalate it to your higher ups and nominate a person who will take the scrap notebook as a gift for Diwali so that I can take some pics and put it up on social media for you wonderful creation and customer service. I am sure I don't want a pathetic product as HP. I can't keep writing mails and wait indefinitely for a call back from HP. I want a refund at the earliest. I need to buy a more reliable laptop there are so many that I can close my eyes and trust on. That is the brand value and customer support they maintain unlike HP. In fact HP should pay additionally for my valuable man hours spent and emotional agony.

    I write this mail in great pain and never expected this kind of response from a renowned company like HP. Very sorry to say I do have bitter experience with your product, HP Omni 10, 5601 TW, Tablet PC whose Serial No is 5 CD 4190 LC 6, though I have purchase it quite earlier but since from the beginning it is with the Service Center most of the time due to some problems or what. Presently the system is not working, just few days back I got the product from the Authorised Service Center after 6 month. Just few days back I got it from the service Center after updating the software as the file was corrupted and it was not supplied with pack, I do have to contact with the customer care so many times. they kept the system more than 6 months to update the software. But ironically happened, this time the service personnel is advising the Mother board is heating, so you need to replace it on your own cost because of out of warranty. My concern, though the system is out of warranty, if you investigate out of 2 years of my purchase, the system is hardly with me, most of the time it was with the service center only, and more to say because of several changes of your authorized service center I am not getting proper support from the Authorised service Center over Jamshedpur. Really, I could believe myself, the quality and response of Sale after Service of such a brand company like Hp, in this manner you are simply loosing your market repo as well the trustworthy of name of HP. Please intervene to the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest possible. Awaiting for a quick positive response from your end so that I can make use of the Tab, feel worth of the product.
