    I am a small hardware seller from odisha, I purchase HP printer & accessories from market & sale them to customer. I purchased a HP deskjet 5810 on dated 17-5-2017 & on date 18/5/2017 I sold the same to a customer. In the mean time I called the HP to send me the engineer for installation in date 19/5/2017. The engineer come on 21/5/2017 & found that the printer has problems & color page is not printing he logged a complaint and told me that our engineer will visit at your place soon, unfortunately every day HP support person call me only to confirm if printer is OK or not without sending the engineer. Please some one guide me how to return the printer to HP and refund back my money. In future I never believe in HP product and never sold or recommend to any one. My printer s.n no-cn6bb4g0yg

    This is Vipin Gandhi and I bought a brand new laptop x360 convertible from Ezone, BigBazaar, Karol Bagh Branch, Delhi on 2nd of March to gift it to my sister.

    When She opened the laptop and she realized that the scree is damaged.
    I hope you understand that how many emotions are attached with anyone’s gift.

    I want HP to replace it and provide me a new Unit as I have paid a huge amount from my pocket.

    I have bought HP printer, External Hard disk and use so many HP products. But this time I am very disappointed with HP services as no one told me about the 14 days of replacement warranty while buying this laptop.

    My expectations are very clear that if HP really want me to be a customer so kindly replace the product as I do not want to go for repair because the product is new.

    It’s been so many days now, regarding the same issue I did not get resolution. The details are given below :-

    I want to escalate this case to the CEO of this company and want to ask him, was that my fault when I was not informed about the warranty policy while buying this ?

    Also this product was purchased to gift a family member.
    I had a word with 3 different supervisors named Saurav, Sumit and Shantanu.

    The previous two were showing good customer service skills however the third one who was the head Shantanu does not even have the basic etiquette to speak with the customer. he was very rude and was interrupting the customer with harsh voice. I am telling you this and hoping that you may take corrective actions otherwise with this kind of customer services the company will surely go in Loss by losing the customers.

    If you wish so please listen to that call recording as well. Also Shantanu said that there is no one above him to whom I can escalate this case. He said he is the Top level Boss in HP India.

    Kindly help me or provide me the relevant contact details or email address of the Top level management team to escalate it.

    I hope you may understand the level of frustration and standard of services which I have received and may help me.

    I have purchased HP Inkjet 5820 printer on 20.04.2017 . but from the first use it fails to colour print. only green and yellow colour comes .later complained at your toll free number on 02.05.2017.but till today no technician sent for rectification of the same.Pl. comply.

    My name is Ritesh Mishra last year i purchase a Laptop of HP Model no. 15 AC101TU and serial no. CND54440NTX. my complaint is 4779344559 please chek how many times i call in HP customer care but still i not get any resolution and now my laptop is not working. actually my laptop is getting switch off automatically so i call in HP care and raise a complaint about it and after that executive told is OS problem in my laptop and you have to purchase OS CD so i purchase and today i received the CD and call in HP care again and ask what i need to do and i do all thw aa it he told me after that my laptop is not geeting on proparly. i again call in HP care he told me do the same thing again i do but now my laptop is not working.

    Dear sir,

    I buy HP laser printer from delhi M126 NW ON 24-09-2016 .
    THEY ARE assure me that they are GIVING ME 2 YEARS EXTENDED WARRANTY HP provide me link for that but that link are not working .
    HP commit me wrong commitment now they are refuse to give warranty please help
    my compaint number is 3034049741 ,customer care executive told me that your drum is not orignal how can this possible

    Also MY printer drum cartridge fineshed .
    I print only 110 pages then how can my printer carridge finesh

    I loose my faith on HP.

    I have purchased HP Lapotp and paid for extension of Warranty as well. We have submitted necessary proof as sought by HP. Unfortunately, inspite of submitting proof, i have been sought again and again same queries. It is painful, HP is not able to fulfill the promise.
