    My moto x had trouble reading the sim card 1 month after I purchased it from flipkart. I went to the nearest service center in Bagmari, Kolkata. They took one week and replaced the mother board. Still, I was facing the same issue. The nano sim that I am using is working fine on another mobile device. They told me to first get my nano sim card checked from vodafone. After taking my mobile home, I found the sim card holder broken. Now, I again had to waste my time over another unnecessary issue. I didn't get any proper guidance and solution from the service center. Also, the power button and the volume button on the side are moving . Previously, nothing such used to happen. There is some gap near these buttons. Prior to the service, it was sealed tight. I am afraid that they have tampered with my phone. I would like a replacement, if possible or a refund. The service center I went to is unable to take the rightful action. Please shed some light over this issue or I will have to take appropriate action.

    Hi Motorola, Take this as High Importance. I am getting many problems with my Moto G 16GB, as I see every one is getting main problem of Battery. It drains very fast and I am too facing same problem. It gets charged within minimum 6-7 hours for 100?. Problems: 1. Battery 2. Charger even replaced once. 3. Gets hot in very short moment. 4. Sometimes calls disconnects itself 5. Sometimes mobile becomes silent while talking 6. I experienced that with original charger battery gets charged within 6-7 hours but by other charger (Micromax or Lava) gets charged within 2 hours. 7.Many times happened that battery ended last then we are unable to charge the phone and even we can not gets out battery so that at home or at private shop resolve this issue. At service center I was told to leave mobile only they can change its internal plate for each problem. If I submit my phone then I don't have other mobile. I think it was my black day when I waste my money on Motorola as they launch new mobile in India. I am tired facing problems from Motorola. Motorola is making people fool saying they provide Call recording specification but till now they don't have any answer. My main question from Motorola is that, Do you make your products running till its last warranty date? I expect My Moto G 16GB replaced as new as I bought it in this year. Further I am waiting for the appreciate response and solution from Motorola. I also want to post this giant issue on Twitter along with other social networking sites as well as spreading the bad service to my community. Thanks in advanced.     I have purchased Moto G (2nd Gen) mobile in Sept 2014 from Flipkart. Just within 2 & 1/2 months it started giving trouble and not getting charged. I have handedover the same to your Indore service centre on 24.11.2014 for checking but even after delivering of more than 10 days time I am not getting any response and on contacting them it was said that its socket would be replaced which has been ordered and will take 7 days. After 7 days when we enquired it was informed that another 7 days will require as part has not come. I do not understand why even such small parts are not available at service station for such hot selling product? Moreover attitude of your service centre staff is very rude and non co-operative. They even not bother to respond if any delay occur at their end. Everytime I have called them. Do you think anyone wait for 15 days to get repaied his phone? Does this mean that every one carrying a standby phone at his home? What I will do for 15 days wihtout a phone? Please instruct your service centre either to repair my phone today itself or instruct them to give standby phone or replace such a faulty product which require replacement of part in just 70 days of use.

    I have purchased moto-G (second generation). It was delivered on 27th October 2014 by flipkart. Problem was observed in screen of handset so it was given to Navi Mumbai service center on December 1, 2014 for repair as it is in warranty period. It was given back on December 6, 2014 after changing the screen and motherboard. I did not have any problem of motherboard but they changed it without my knowledge. But they fail to furnish documents of new IMEI number. Delivery challan has been given but it does not contain any information of new IMEI number. I doubt they might tamper with handset? I want to know following information in order to fix this issue. 1. Furnished documents of items replaced by Motorola Company not by service center? This issue is related to the security of customer and integrity of service center.I hope that Motorola keep both of them. I also hope Motorola value their customer. Recently my friend broke my phone screen and got it repaired from an unauthorized dealer causing me to lose my warranty.     Sir, Reference - shipment of items in order OD302543288606632600 by flipkart.com One number of Moto E (2nd gen)3G was purchased on Apr 17 2015 costing Rs 6999/- through flipkart online shopping. Now the above phone which is under warranty is not working from 31 May 2015 onwards. I approached the service centre at Coimbatore and Thrissur but they didn't attend the phone. From Coimbatore they asked the cash bill for the above phone and the same taken from the computer and again approached Coimbatore at Jun 4 2015 for servicing the above phone. Now they are asking the invoice of the above phone for servicing. Service centre at Thrissur says that they are not undertaking any services for Moto make mobile phones. So kindly arrange to advice the service centre at Coimbatore suitably to service the above phone at the earliest to avoid further inconvenience to me.

IN WARRANTY demand no COJBOR000624 From motorolla customer care complain no 150704019960 On the 32nd day itself it had the touchpad problem and upon approaching to the service center they said that the same component in not availabel to them, this is causing sever problems since i paid 7000/- and am unable to use the product, and the repairing time is also too long i m loosing my Patience since it affect my business. Since i bought from flipkart itself i expect the service and follwup of the service from your side. I have to unnecessarily call up the service centers and synchroniz with them which is hectic and frustrating for me please look into this matter at your earliest if possible please process the repair of the same or if not possible give me a direct replacement of MOTO E2 or by wenesday i have to approach the nearest consumer court from further decisions.     Respected Sir/Ma’am, Well aware of the fact that your mobile company has a very good reputation worldwide I ordered my Motorola phone (MotoG2) from Flipkart.com with Order ID : OD302060351267468500 and Order and invoice date:12-02-2015(Attached bill). I have been facing problems with my phone since 27-05-2015. After repeated complaints to the website “Flipkart.com” twice they did not exchange my phone instead they asked me to format it and I did format my phone 3 times in these 3 months but the problems with the phone persisted. This is really disappointing as despite of my parent’s refusal for the purchase of this phone I bought it! And now I am facing problems with it that too when it is still in its warranty period. I took it to a Motorola’s service Centre in East Delhi they first told me that it was because of the “Lollipop” update for android but even when the update was uninstalled the problem did not go. We were shocked to learn that an amount of Rs.3500 was asked for changing the phone’s display left us in surprise that for what we should pay more than 25% of the purchased value without we at a fault. It gives us a suspicion that the company has taken us on a ride and left us at the mercy of so called authorized service centre who are sitting to loot us. With all the above discussion I am writing to request you to exchange my phone immediately at your cost failing which I will be compelled to escalate this matter on social media and maybe legal recourse(consumer court).     I have purchased a moto g on 22.7.2024. My imei no is 359284052989263. This handset creats a problem since purchase. Firstly its charger chord was so thin that it dameged in starting, the service center replaced a new with thick chord. Then the display of set creats a problem it automatically shut down and starts after some time. I cannot understand the problem. In the beginning of July of this year the display was totally shut down and couldn't start.due to lack of time I took the set in the last week of July to the service center. They saw the hand set and told it is out of warranty. And u need to replace screen, costs RS 3000. I told that the problem started during the warranty period and warranty laps one or two days,but service center told only to pay amount to repair.I want to know from company that which type of screen used by you,Motorola is a brand name and we faith in products of company. Now I want to repair the set from you and consider it under warranty and repair it at free of cost, or change the handset. If u will not reply within 15 days or no action will take I will go to Consumer Court for which all loss will bear by company.

All of a sudden while watching videos it got stuck 16 days ago, I waited for few min and then switched off the cell after that, it was not switched on. Then I contacted Motorola Call Center for help. When I narrated the whole incident, they informed me to either auto start or hand over the cell to Service Center. As per their advise, I have taken that to Service Center (Motorola service centre - Global Service center, near Garware Bridge, Deccan, Pune) twice (once as it is along with box and other devices received from flipkart, and second time along with Invoice copy of flipkart from e-mail and ID proof). They have examined and informed me that we will check today and if there is a software problem it will take 2 days and if there is a hardware problem it will take 7-8 days, will give a call once we examined, I have not received any call from them after that. When I contacted, they informed me about hardware part issue and said we have ordered it, will take 3-4 days to deliver from Motorola company / department. After 4 days when I contracted the service centre after receiving the message that, cell was repaired and you can collect your device from service center. I went to service centre and came to know that, the part ordered was not suitable to operate the system, hence they have ordered another one. I asked how many days it will take to repaired, I got the reply saying, “Sir once we receive the part will repair it”. I asked the exact date or number of days it will take, they said contact call centre for the same, I raised a complaint for the same in Call center. As I don’t have another device for myself, I borrowed old device from my three friends as of now, saying will give it back after 2 days. Their after I repeatedly calling service centre but they only saying that we are looking into your complaint. After exhausted with my temperament, requested the call centre representative that I want to talk some responsible person who can guide me and can advise for the solution, they have confirmed that they will arrange for the call back. Later on I am calling continuously twice a day for 3 days and no one from the centre called me to speak up with me for my problem. I don’t have another device of my own and using friends cell. Its sound system was defective.I went to the service center on 5th October, and I waited for the parts (receiver and mic) to come so that they could be replaced.     Dear Sirs, I bought Moto g third generation XT 1550 LTE-16 GB black cellphone (IMEI NO 355490067507313) from flipkart on 29th August 2015.After just three months it started malfunctioning. First the message tone and then the whatsapp tone stopped. After a week or so the speaker and ringer stopped working completely. I took it to your service center in Udaipur and was asked to leave the phone with them and wait for 15 to 20 days for the parts to be delivered. All this even without looking at the phone. I asked if the parts can be ordered and once they receive it, I can leave the phone with them for repairs and changing the necessary parts as I need the phone and at least the headphones were working. Of course the answer was NO. I came back home without leaving the phone and called your customer care and they took me step by step through a very long process which was finished with factory setting of the device. It did not solve the problem and I was asked to take it to your service center. I asked your customer care people about this long wait of 15-20 days and I was asked to get back to customer care with work order no and was promised that the parts would be delivered quickly. So on 7th December 2015 I took my cellphone to your service center and in the evening called your customer care again with the work order no URT/MG/15/00664. This time I was in for a shock. I was told by the customer care person that the information given to me about making the process of delivering the parts was wrong and it would take 15-20 days. Finally I sent a mail to your customer care and got a system generated good-for-nothing reply. Then someone called and promised that by 04th of January the device will be delivered to me after repairing it. Nothing happened on 04th and on 5th I received a call that the necessary parts were with your service center and I would get a call from them sometime in the afternoon. Nobody called so I had to call your service center and was told to wait till next day as it was being repaired. Next day I called again and was told the device was repaired and I could collect it. I went to your service center just to discover that the phone was not repaired as changing the part did not solve the problem and they were in the process of ordering some other parts.Seems like the service center people don’t really know their job. Later received couple of phone calls from your customer care to reconfirm if I received the phone. Explained them the whole situation but nothing changed. After this, again sent you a mail and spoke to your customer care a couple of times more but nobody seems to know what is happening and it is more than a month. Called your customer care again today and they do not know what is happening except that the order for issuing the new parts have been raised and someone would contact me tomorrow by 14.30 hrs. You cannot expect the client to be without phone for such a long time because of your inefficiency. I do not think that you would repair the device soon and also have the feeling that it would happen again. Therefore, I am requesting you to return completely repaired device to me with an extended warranty in writing by next Monday 18th January 2016 or a completely new device, if it’s not done I’ll just buy another cell phone. In this case, I would like you to refund me full purchase amount of 12999.00 within the next month failing which I would take up the matter with Consumer forum.     Motorola service is too poor. I suggest you, if you have any future thinking than please don't go for motorola mobile set. Reasons: 1. Motorola service is very very poor & servicing time is too long. 2. After 3 month of purchase, defect found on mobile & send to service center. They hand over my mobile after 1.5 month 3.     Guys don't ever choose motorola. you ll be disappointed in every way there possibly is. Moto G4 plus's motherboard got damaged in 2 days from buying. And It's been more than 15 days I've not got my phone back from service center and they have no idea when the spare part is coming. I don't want anyone to suffer these things. And really even their representatives wont be much of a help to you and wont even try to. So choose wisely as your daily life depends on smartphone after all. HAVE FuN

There is problem with headphone jack .I could not receive incoming calls on headphone.I can hear songs ,but no incoming calls . I went to authorised service centre in Pune.Scenario over there was very horrible.All customers waiting over there are panic to get the repairing done .Very small problems takes more than 10 days. Only one contact no.is given & that is also switched off most of the time.When customer visits the service centre,he has to listen very childish reasons like server is down ,we can not track status of your handset,spares are not received from company,,lot of work load is there,etc.Customer has to come from long distance since no phone line working ,or always busy, and after reaching the centre ,he has to listen such foolish reasons.They just dont care about customer.For out off warranty handsets ,repairing costs are also very high.After facing all these things ,customer remains in panic condition deciding not to buy such products again. Please ask your customers regarding their satisfaction with after sales service.Please dont make your customers fool. ". I have given my handset for repairs under warranty on 01/08/2016. After trying on contact no.given as mentioned above ,switched off ,I visited that centre & was told the above reasons. I have purchased 3 handsets at a time for my family,other mobile has a problem related to memory card,When i put a memory card of 16 Gb,it shows no memory card.But same card works in other company handset. I have not given that moblie for repairs since previous one is not yet repaired . I feel that they are harrasing us. Somebody must file a case regarding this.

    Well i dont know wat i purched a motog4plus or a trouble two month ago. Too many problems with this phone over heating was the main problem but i neglected it after that mother board crashed. I went to the service center and gave them the phone. Its been more than a month and they are still working on it. In short u r a bullshit company. Will never purhase a moto phone again.

The same day I went to service center and they told that its main board is failed (WO.: JNR/MG/16/00261). same day I contacted your customer care for the replacement of my device. They are not giving proper response and giving just dates that executive would contact me but I'm not getting any call. motorola is providing totally poor service. There is no meaning if device stops working within 1 month and needs to be repaired! I just want to replace this device or refund at any cost. It is understandable that electronics device might get failed but to provide a good service is totally in your hand.

    I just want to heads-up to everyone for the horrible service by MOTOROLA Service Center Pune. First of these people don’t even know how to deal and treat customer, they need to understand we have bought out Mobile Phone not we have got in as charity and if we face any issue its their responsibility to make sure that customer get 100% resolution (that’s too my phone is in Warranty) Here are my Reference details: Motorola Customer Reference number: 160927-017966 Service Centre Reference Number: AMSPsN001836 I have touch issue as well as issue with poor battery backup. I went to Motorola Service centre since it is under warranty, Service Centre Opens at 10:30 AM i went around 11 and Service centre guy told me all the Tokens are Over ( 100 tokens per Day), come tomorrow, I went at 10:30 next day i got 90th token and was told that your turn will come at 5 pm so i returned the token and next day i went at 7:00 am and i was the first in Queue at 10:30 i got 1st token and i my case was taken at 11:30 they assured me that my phone will be repaired and given back after 4 - days. on 6th day i called up to know the status no one picks up the call, i kept trying for 10 -15 times but no one picked up the call, same thing next day i tried calling no one picked up the call but finally someone picked up call at 5:00 PM and i was told that my phone is not yet repaired it would take 3-4 days more. Terrible Service. There is only one Motorola Service center in Pune. Never expected this kind of service from so called big Brand. I will never ever buy motorola Phone becuse of this pathetic customer service... It sukcs... Today is the 12th day and I have been calling and asking status of my phone again the same story within 3-4 days I will get my phone back and by evening I will be getting call for the same but so far till date I have not even received a missed call from them.     I am very sorry to state that mobile purchased through amazon.in dtd30.06.16 started giving problem of frequent power off automatically. The mobile has been given to New Tech Solution, Authorised Service Center at Vashi, New Mumbai on 03.09.16 and further they informed that mother board is not working and order has been placed for the spare parts. Repeated enquiry personally, it has been informed that order has been cancelled and they have given new order and only God knows when it will get repaired. Within two months of use the mother board is not working and service centre is not able to repair when already one month has passed and requested to replace as service centre is not repairing and it is under Warranty. I have enquired that Motorola Mobile is giving problems to many and their repair centre is useless and they don't receive the call and no information to the action taken.     I have purchased Moto E3 though it's a good phone but there are some problems occuring in my phone.When ever I go service center they do nothing just updating or reinstalling my software is not a solution anymore.Kindly resolve my issues else I will have to apply in court.

    I purchased a Moto X phone during Nov 2016. It is under warranty. The phone is not charging. The customer care center has refused to repair the phone and have stated that they would charge a minimum of Rs 5000 to replace the battery and the battery pin. The service centre has stated that this model phone has faulty battery pin and they have received many complaints with respect to this phone. Phone IMEI number 3589533065408237. Please replace the faulty phone and provide a new phone as this is within the warranty period.

    Moto rolla only sells product, expect no service , after using for 2 months it got complaint , their only service provider in kochi are "Voice Plus" to know more detail about this Voice plus, pls check on their customer review, which is self explanatory .There is no service at all , they neither pick the phone calls nor they reply or advice the status .So the warranty is zero. Is there any other service centres in or around kochi who could attend?

    Dear Sir I bought the Moto G4 Plus on Amazon October 11-2016. Mobile was having a lot of problems like screen trouble, hanging, charging problems. I have taken this mobile to service center hisar several times for same issues but it's giving problem back to back. Lastly I had deposited my mobile on April 27 due to the problem of charging slowdown & low battery backup. Today it's been 30 days till I have deposited my mobile service center (Golden Telecom Hisar 9992046012). Today (16-05-2017) the give me my mobile saying the issue is solved (by changing the motherboard) but when i came home it has same issue of very slow charging ( i have replaced mobile charger and usb cable from service center). I am very unsatisfied by your service. I have called toll free customer care number many times but my problem not resolved. Please contact them and resolve my problem or provide me replacement.I am very upset with your service. Otherwise I will place a case on your company Please contact me Parveen Sethi 8689090212

    I have repaired my motorola g4 plus at tailor Anil service center, they changed motherboard and when I insert SIM they operate there well but at my home I finding network singnal problem it will some time get and lose so,I contact my network operators both Vodafone and jio relience and also replace both SIM but problem remain same they ask me to use another device and check I do that and getting good strength of signal in both SIM ,now problem is related to device but at service center they say there is signal getting ok.....but it's Radio frequency I think in metro city higher so....it's getting but at home it's not getting well and in past before they have replaced motherboard it's getting full of network signal at my home ,service center manager Mr janak behave rudely with me and say it's not our problem now I say my device not getting signal at my home after motherboard replacement than it's should be problem during changing of motherboard.....Do...needful....so...I customer can in motorola brand
