    Hi everyone
    I would like to inform you that MMT is not trustable website for ticket booking i booked ticket on 7 dec Mumbai dubai from MMT website and on 8 dec my ticket was automatically cancelled and they charged me 4000 inr I called customer care they are not giving any proper answer and saying that it’s my mistake no body is full once they booked the ticket and they will cancel
    I really saying it’s a cheater company don’t book any ticket with them Mr deep karla your company is cheater

    i have booked hotel for 21st September to 23rd Sept. at the time of check in hotel person says hotel booking is not done then i was called to MMT Customer Care and talk to Mr. Harinder Singh he said me for payment and i have to pay at hotel but i don’t get my refund it’s near about 3 months has gone many time i have called to customer care but i don’t get any resolution. this is the MMT Service . Thanks

    I made a booking through MMT in NOV that was for HOtel Aadhar Gurgaon. On checkout Hotel refused to accept card and demanded Cash and also said bill will be provided by MMT and refused providing bill as well. I called up MMT same day which was picked by “Prerna Srivastav”. She said no worries we will give you a proper invoice which will have all required details like your company address and GSTN number. She asked me to remain calm and demanded the information which i Provided to her. The mail from her is pasted below.

    Issue-: Even till today i havn’t got any invoice and MMT service team replied that we cant give you invoive with GSTN and your company address. This was shocking as when i raised a concerned against hotel your representative said we will take care, now once some time is passed you are not ready to keep up your promises and the telephonic conversation was just to fool me for the time being.

    I request you to please take an action against representative which made false commitment and Provide me Invoice ASAP.

    Deep Karla/Shilpa-: kindly requesting you to please investigate as how MMT made me fool and help me with the best. I don’t want to have a bad experience from MMT.

    id: NC750981081399421 I have booked cab form Pune to Shirdi for 3rd Dec 2017 at 11.30 am. and money for same has been deducted from account and confirmation message for the same also received by me.The driver details was given by MMT .Car was sent in totally bad condition and we were 6 people and one child of 2 years and 3 luggage bags so driver was unable to adjust all of as in the cab there was the one luggage already and car was not having the carrier as well. i called the Customer care (Mr. Mazhar ) and told him the condition he assured he will get back to me in 10-15 mins till today i am waiting for his call and again i called some lady attended the call and same assurance was given and i talked to the Service provider there he was totally rude and told me he ll not sent the other cab do what ever you want to do. Then i got a call from your end from some Deepak. He too was too rude and he told me he is cancelling the request and i wont get any refund. Since then i am continously calling the your Customer care and they are disconnecting and telling me i ll not get refund i can do whatever i want.

    Is this the way you MMT deals with the customer. I have been MMT customer for a long time and this time i am totally depressed with the kind of service you are providing. I am getting the mental stress and we can not afford to call the CC again and again.

    id: NC750828469690548 I have booked cab form shirdi to mumbai for 22.10.2017 at 7.00 am. and money for same has been deducted from account and confirmation message for the same also received by me.The driver details was given by MMT .But due to some reasons i have change my pickup timing 2 -3 hrs late. that i have inform to driver 1 day before. driver told me that i will come 3 hrs late…but pay me waiting charges. ..i told..ok i will pay you. but on 22-10-17 , after 9 am i started calling to driver for car on pickup point.. so driver was just saying..yes im coming on the way..but till 5 pm he did came. just answering ya im coming…. After 30 calls to customer care, one person answered the phone . He was extremely rude and kept disconnecting the call saying it is not his problem if the cab did not reach. The person was extremely rude and shouted back saying the driver is not answering and it is not his problem. I asked him what needs to be done and he told me that he doesn’t know and disconnected. I was calling to your customer care desk then they are not assisting me with appropriate resolution , Further I was unable to reach MMT from any means i.e. online portal for cab booking is down during that period and customer care number were also not supporting. And issue was remain unresolved till 5.oo pm ,22.10.2017. Due to no response form MMT side , I was forced to booked a taxi on urgent basis on 22.10.2017. Therefore I request you to refund the my booking amount un addition to the amount paid to the taxi from shirdi to mumbai (i.e. Rs 5500 /-). As I am already very disappointed by disturbance caused by MMT, it was mentally disturbing to keep arranging for taxi when you have paid to MMT to manage the same. Looking forward to an immediate response.

    i had raised a request earlier regarding GST invoice required for my hotel stay with reference id of complaint no 170921-039073. Booking Id NH7117058481943 but now i cant even see my complaint in portal. how u people can do this without answering any query u just removed my complaint from portal. I was told to wait for 72 hours now m checking my complaint, its gone. how can this be happen. Is this ur way to solve complaints. Please i request you to provide me, GST invoice required for my hotel stay at sriperumbudur. Please do needful or else i had go to the consumer court to solve this matter. My all previous telephonic complaints are also showing resolved status without even notifying me and solving.

    Dear Mr. Deep Karla,

    Hope all is well at your end.

    Its very unfortunate to share my recent experience dealing with you guys. I’m very serious about this.You guys have put me and my family in the very odd situation by messing up completely but be rest assured that if we do not get satisfactory resolution immediately we will have no other option but take a legal course.

    I tried to book an international air ticket for my daughter who is a minor traveling from Los Angeles on her own and as she would be turning 12years in Sept. To be on the safer side I decided to opt for the live chat on MMT and had a long chat along with a phone conversation to conclude the transaction.

    During our conversation I had specified multiple times to Ms Shailja Shukla (live agent) that the reason we are preferring Emirates is because they provide the best service for unaccompanied minor in the industry and we have used their services couple of times in the past. She told me you have to pay the money before you get the e ticket , so I used my credit card and made payment online. On requesting her if she can take care of unaccompanied minor service for me as other agents do to which she replied that I just have to call them and it would be done. On persisting she said “Sir I have put in my system your request.”

    Luckily, before I take my international business trip I called up Emirates to check if the formality of unaccompanied minor was taken care of & I was shocked to find out that there was no request from MMT to Emirates plus the ticket which MMT has issued is no good because minor cannot travel on their own without ‘unaccompanied service’ and that service is only possible if you have booked the ticket on Adult fare.

    I was so mad because Im traveling in few days and its just few weeks left for my daughter to travel so I ended up calling the MMT customer service with hope of receiving an apology and resolution. Instead I ended speaking to the so called ‘floor supervisor’ Ms. Shreyosi Bandyopadhyay where she initially argued & later promised to get back. She called me after 1.30 hrs to tell me there was no error from their end and it would cost us around 45 K INR to resolve the issue!

    I have had this enough!!! I wish you and yours team all the best for cheating customer and give a last chance to resolve this matter or else we will meet in court. I will have no choice but to take this matter to consumer court and also share our bitter experience on social media and newspaper.

    Please don’t take people for granted, we are frequent travelers in the hope of saving some money we decided to book it through MMT which was our biggest mistake.

    I feel sorry that I have to use this langauge to share my feelings with you but with all due respect dealing with you has been a very bad and frustrating experience.

    As a last resort I have approched you directly with a sincere hope of getting resolution from your end without further demage to us. The demage in terms of spoiling the day has already happended and we are not ready for any further loss.
