    Make my trip has listed our homestay without any prior permission or any kind of tie up with us and are showing our tariff at almost 50% less which is affecting our bookings. Inspite of declining our tie up with make my trip at different occasions it is still being shiwn as listed on TripAdvisor.
    This has affected our business. You are directly responsible for this.
    Please delist our homestay ” Casa Coorg ” from your listing. Or else, we have to take legal action against you.

    Dear Mr Kalra,

    Does not your CP Manager even know the telephone numbers of the HO, or the supervisor on how to sort it out., if a matter is refereed to him. Every reputable Institution has an escalation Policy but you are denying me that basic right. I just for immediate basis need to know the status. Technology may have occasional glitches but here the attitude is rank bad. Please put in place a mechanism where such grievances can be readily attended to. I cannot be spending hours chasing your people and technology whose intelligence level corresponds to lack of understanding that pre-recorded telephone replies cannot handle all issues?

    I am thoroughly upset with you with Mr Kalra. You boast a pedigree of talent with national and international capabilities and serve shit.
    My account was debited at 11.22 am for flight today to bangalore. No ticket issued. The Toll free numbers You mention that -If you are travelling within 24 hours, please call us on our toll free number at 1800-102-8747 or +91-124-4628747 (from networks in and outside India). These numbers have only historical data. service request and complaints by-mail lie unanswered. When i ask for the HO numbers to resolve the problem to your CP- Branch manager refuses to give that. Am to believe that a MNC does not have any means to resolve by even providing a platform for emergency handling of issues. Very sorry Kalra you have sunk yourself to depravity.
