Mahesh Jethmalani, son of Mr. Ram Jethmalani born in 1960. He is an senior and experienced lawyer of Bombay High Court and Indian politician as well. He is a lead of Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) and is former executive member of it. Mahesh Jethmalani has completed B.A. from St. Xaviers College, Mumbai, M.A. from Oxon, Oxfort and Bar-At-Law. Apart from Mumbai High Court he also practice in Supreme Court of India. Mr. Jethmalani is quite popular among the field of lawyers because of his selection of cases. Similar to his father, he take high class cases in large amount. Few of his high profile clients were Birla family, Sanjay Dutt, Anil Ambani etc. He also elected as a MP candidate of Mumbai North Central Lok Sabha constituency from BJP in year 2009. Although he lost these elections with 1.5 lac votes against Priya Dutt (Indian National Congress).

Respected Sir, In Gzb Court my property has been under possession by some Gzb lawyer (who is my tenant,Alok Kaushik,Chamber no.658,Gzb RDC) and is lingering for the past 10 years and there seem no progress in it. The most shocking thing that i just encountered on the recent court date i.e. 14th May'15 is that after hearing the same by the respected Judge(Mr. Vinod Dubey,Chamber no.19), he gave me the cold shoulder and told me that he can't do anything as he is in fear of getting boycotted by the other lawyers there. Even he told me to tender Rs.4-5 lacs to some miscreants for illegally vacation of my house and don't pursue the proceedings. This is high time now and i am feeling no hope after hearing such things from the Judge. The only thing i want is JUSTICE. Details of my house- Sector-2, 416 Chiranjeev Vihar Gzb
