    I am from Pondicherry

    On 10/11/16 using a Kodak debit card amount 48750rs I purchased a gold , but the amount was declined in the machine of HDFC Bank but in my account amount was debited
    There was no response from the Pondicherry bank
    In the help line there are saying that Ur amount will or not get we will say on 12.12.16 like this there r saying
    I am asking minimum balance is 10000 for SB account if not there Ur r changing or fine on the next day itself Ur debited the fine amount
    But my amount is rs 48750 is loss Ur bank is reported to answer me
    Pls pls help me
    Or any one say me what do do !

    My name is Sreejesh G Pillai I am a serving soldier in the Army, I have applied a personal loan from kotak bank through on line .Kerala (ernakulam) area customer relative Contact to me and they filled my application form and endorse all related documents. Two weeks ago, I contact the customer relative , they told me your application is approved,,,,,, ,, , ,,. In that that time HDFC ,ICICI& BAJAJ contact to me and they principally approve my personal loan as per my CIBIL, But I am helpless .Because my documents are already submitted to kotak, I trapped in kotaks net .Be alert everybody, don’t submit your documents without any thinking.

    Name Rinku devi mera bank account karnataka bank me hai a/c 5622500101254501 hai vikas puri f block New Delhi mene 26-10-2016 ko apne debit card se uttam nagar new Delhi Kodak mahindra bank k ATM me gya 6:21 pm PR
    Mene apna debit card use kiya 2 baar but to ptaa chlaa kii ATM kharab hai but mere phone PR massage AAA gya ki 10000
    Rupee deduct ho gye ATM se to nikle hi I nhi . phir me next day apne Karnataka bank vikas puri gyi .unhone be bola form bhro within 7 day apke rupee nikle nhi honge to apke account me aa jayege.
    Jb me 7 diin baad gyi to Karnataka bolte
    hai kii aapne apke account se rupee nikle hai .
    Phir me karanatka bank manager k pass gyi to unhone phir Kodak mahindra bank ko mail bheji .
    Leki abhi tk koi response nhi de rhi bank .
    Na krnataka bank or na Kodak mahindra
    Me bhut garib ghar se hu please meri help kre or mere rupee ki investigation krwaye

    I am seriously fed up with the service of kotak bank. I opened my account in kotak almost 2 months back but I haven’t received proper debit card yet. I complained everywhere in kotak regarding the same but didn’t get any solution. I mail my complaint thrice to nodal office also but they are also not helping me. Even the nodal officer mr. Sharad stopped receiving my call. I don’t know what should I do? My 10000 rs are blocked in kotak bank.

    I’m really happy with service of kotak bank as i am a customer of kotak from last five year but not regret for service , I gets many branches where ever i travel and its help full for me and ATM’s are also everywhere in whole india.
