    2 weeks back after my previous complain I went to cathedral road branch and foreclosed my Pl. But today I received a email with just a subject line as Noc and the email was blank. The amount collected from me was also above the amount that I actually had to pay and was informed by Mr.dhandapani of cathedral road branch that balance will be credited within 2 days. Neither I had received the balance or the Noc. Please do the needful

    Very worst customer service. I had to close my Pl and so approached chennai adyar branch and met Mr. RadhaKrishnan (sdm) who said that I will receive an email from Mr.dhandapani from cathedral rd branch and I can approach d bank to close once I receive the email. It has been a month and I have not received any email and I am unable to find any branch at cathedral rd. The till free number doesn’t work as well. I will never recommend this bank to anyone in future.
