    Hi Team,

    This mail pertains to the horrible customer service received by the Ground Staff and the Air hostess at the Pune airport for PNR – K8RITV, Pune to Bangalore flight.

    The feedback is for the facility not available to book a seat or web check in when having a infant travelling. I understand, certain seats cant be taken or booked when have a infant along but the remaining should be allowed to be booked.
    The website said that the seats will be allocated at the airport. Hence we didn’t call Customer service.
    Post reaching the airport we were given separate seats (in different rows). We made a request us a window seat and together the ground staff didn’t help.
    They requested to ask the airhostess to assist with it.
    The Complain here for the ground staff – they were not concern when we told them that the child was travelling first time and wont be able to manage with separate seats. Just kept saying we cant help you right now. You will need to speak with the Air hostess and arrange the seats. Really rude service by the ground staff.

    Feedback for the flight services – The Air hostess weren’t bothered on our request and just ignored us. We had to speak around with other passengers and manage to get the seats together. Still didnt get a window seat which could help in feeding my child. While the Air hostess did approach and advise that I need to feed the child during take off or landing if the need requires. How should I feed my child when a stranger man is seating next to me and I have received a middle seat.

    No one helped us at all while travelling to Bangalore via Indigo flight.

    My child was badly crying as I was not able to take care of her.

    This information has been registered over to the customer service on the phone but they requested me to send an email too.

    A feedback or suggestion : When a customer is giving details of a infant travelling would request to have window seat available for them to allocate while web check in. This will help every mother to take care of their children.

    Pretty upset with Indigo service while I only book Indigo flights to travel around India.

    Dear Sir / Mam,

    The mail is pertaining to travel itenary for 01st Dec 2017 ( PNR : JIYKMH ) wherein my parents Mr. Shyam Ghatpande and Mrs. Vidya Ghatpande are scheduled to travel from Indore to Pune
    This is to bring to your notice that there is an exigency ( severe health condition / deteriorating health condition of my grandfather who is 94 yrs. old ) requiring immediate attention , owing to which there is a serious dilemma regarding travel plan for tomorrow

    As per the airlines norms and polices , the customers are set to loose almost the entire ticket cost for cancellation / rescheduling etc,

    May I request a special consideration for my case on Humanitarian grounds , for either of the options mentioned below

    – Free cancellation of the ticket
    – Free rescheduling to a later convenient date
    – Issue of credit note of the entire ticket value, which would be availed at a later date

    Hoping for a positive and quick revert from your end , in view of the mentioned exigency

    Dear Sir,
    With due respect i want to draw your kind attention that i had two tickets from Chhenai to Kolkata ,Kolkata to Bagdogra on 7thNov.2017,from Chenai it was at 5.10am and i and my wife reached the airport at near about 3am and did all the formalities such as boarding , security check up and and where sitting inside the the airport. When it was nearabout 4.30am i went to your indigo staff asked about the flight they said be sitted we will let you know ,whan it was again 5.30am no information about the flight i again went to the indigo staff they said me that the flight had taken off for Kolkata,

    Dear Sir,

    Like in the past this time also I have booked my flights by your Air line but at the time of booking forgot to ask for wheel chair facility at the Airports – Mumbai, Patna, Ranchi, Bengaluru, Mumbai.

    Please not that I just 3 months short of completing 77 years of my age and am suffering with serious knee problem. I walk with the help of walking stick find it hard to manage at the airports and therefore would request you to kindly arrange this facility.

    I had travelled using your Airline on 27-6-2017 Mumbai / Delhi /Ranchi and had returned to Mumbai on 1st July 2017.

    Without any reservation of the wheel chair, I found your staff to be very kind and generous. I had no problem at all because looking at my age and special condition, they provided me that wheel chair at all the airports.
    By sending this email, I would request you to ensure I get the wheel Chair facility at all the port whilst travelling to Patna etc., explained as above

    Hi,

    I had booked 5 tickets from Delhi to Hyd for 13th Aug however will not be able to travel owing to some medical emergency. There was a sudden surgery done 10 days ago and hence we will have to cancel our planned vacation. Would request you to consider my request and waive off the cancellation fee or issue us an open tickets for 5 persons.

    With due respect i would like state that, actually i had received offer letter for indigo airline after paying amount of Rs 7500 and now they are asking me for security fee Rs 12500. I just want to know that is it real or fake.. Please reply me.. I need suggestion from you.. Thank you..
