    Hello Sir, I have booked indian Gas in M/s Dankuni Gas Distributor, Dankuni, District- Hooghly, West Bengal vide in Reference No.23994 on 22.08.2016 through mobile number. I have recived sms 06.09.2016 my cash momo no:-3000146657 generated But, suddenly, on 19.09.2016 I have recived another sms that above said cash momo stand cancelled without any proper reason.     Facing difficulties while booking gas online/or preferring change of distributor as system shows - booking exists in the system wait until your booking is pending. The fact of the matter is that there is no pendency of booking since 6.6.2016. The problem appears to be in system or non-updating the records on the system. Please resolve the problem immediately.     Each & every month I had to physically meet the distributor CANTONMENT GAS SUPPLY, 38A/6 J.N.Tiwary Road, Dum Dum Cantonment, Kol- 28 to generate bill against refill booking of con. no. 226161 after checking expiry of delivery date & getting a message of cancellation of refill booking with a false reason during the last 3/4 months creating a great trouble to my family. The distributor doesn't receive calls in it's registered phone nos during working hours. This time also happened the same thing to the refill booking ref no 304237 dtd 08.10.2016 against the same con. no. We are now in big trouble. Please lodge a complain & respond for the solution immediately.

    Dear Sir, with reference to the price difference between 19 kg commercial LPG gas price in Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad. I have come across price of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar Gujarat. GANDHINAGAR PRICE - Rs. 1219/- of 19 kg Lpg AHMEDABAD PRICE - Rs. 1156/- of 19 kg LPG. Distance between ahmedabad and Gandhinagar is only 15 km. Price difference is Rs 63 around.     I booked for LPG Indane gas through Automated booking facility on Jan.24, 2017. I received SMS:- "Booking for Con No. CX9619395 is registered with Ref No. 827326. Refil expected delivery: 4-6 days. Now pay for Indane refills by ur Debit/credit cards, e-wallets" Nex Message on Jan. 25, 2017.:- "Cash memo 3000272275 of amount Rs. 594.5 generated for booking No. 827326, shall be delivered shortly. Insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refill. But even after my complaint of non delivery of refill cylinder, today Feb. 03, 2017, i received my refill with a new cash memo No. 5000278390 of 01.02.2017, order No. 2000212154, Date 24.01.2017, time: 19.20, (14.20) Cyl. Kg. 1 with a basic rate Rs. 661/- I find this as cheating us as we are 70+ years old, retired surviving with basic minimum income. May I request you to take appropriate action to stop this sort of cheating. Thank you.

    I am the consumer if I have to do everything on my own than shut that agency and fire all the staff. What is she meant for, why is she getting paid. If I am not wrong, she is been paid to serve customer and resolve their queries/concerns related to gas cylinders. On asking her to which account my subsidy is going she told me "logo ko apne account ke baare mein hi nhi pata bas muh utha ke chale aate hai jaise hum faaltu baithe hai" I asked her to speak in professional way and here are here wordings " homework krke aate nhi or izzat bhi chahiye". Bloody hell... is this what she is been paid for..where should I go and whom should I ask... she is daam here for customer service not to ?speak shit.  I want her to be fired so that it can be an example for others. Also, being the part of NGO, I will try my level best to bring up all these things specially about Veena Gas. Also, will explore this to great extent through Facebook, whatsapp, twitter and personal contacts. How the hell she can say that "black marker mein likhna padhega in jaise padhe likhe nasamjh logo ke liye". FIRE HER FIRE HER FIRE HER FIRE HER ?FIRE HER  ?I came to about her this cheap experience from other customers also near my home... will ask them also to register the complaint. Just because she is girl, she can't speak in this way. Infact, girls do not speak in such ill mannered and unprofessional way.     During FY2016-17,as per my gas book, only eight cylinders Supplied out of twelve. On 27 Jan, I booked a Refil,after 25 days,cylinder not supplied by my agençy. I enquired them and confirmed me that your quota for FY 2016-17 completed hence not supplied. On enquiry with area office Coimbatore and toll No customer helpline and confirmed that only eight cylinders have been issued to me till 27 Jan 17. On reporting the matter with my agency,now issued a cylinder to me without subsidy and reasons not known. My gas consumer No 47804. My agency is Ponni Coop supermarket at old bus stand Salem(TN). Now, I booked for another cylinder, but not yet supplied. In view of the above, it is requested that please issue necessary instructions to my agency to deposit the subsidy for ninth cylinder and issue tenth cylinder.     My Consumer Number is 54691. Last month (15 Jun) an LPG was supplied. So far subsidy is not credited in my SB A/c 10461049797 at SBI Kacharakanahalli Branch Bangalore. My Aadhar Card is linked long time back. Further in all earlier transactions, subsidy was credited in a couple of days. I am doubtful whether any middleman has swindled the subsidy money.     Please note this complaint regarding supply of LPG CYLINDER at my address 173, SOUTH END GARDEN, GARIA, KOLKATA 700 084. I had booked a cylinder on 04/07/2017, Booking No. 429279 at 08:43:39 a.m. IOC sent me an SMS conveying Cash Memo No. 3000060477 dated 06.07.2017 at 02:58:45 p.m. The cylinder has not yet been delivered. I was told by the Caretaker of my apartment that the delivery man came but asked him how much money did I leave with my caretaker as his 'TIPS" for delivery of cylinder at my 2nd Floor apartment No. B-3. I had left the price of the cylinder plus some amount as 'TIPS' for the deliveryman, but the person said that Rs. 20 was the 'RATE', and he will not deliver cylinder unless Rs. 20 was paid. This 'demand' had been made on a number of times earlier, but I did not budge. Now I wish to clearly know from the IOC the following: 1. Whether the IOC has declared an official rate of delivery of LPG cylinders to customer's home, and if there is an official rate, how can I as a customer get a copy of that 'rate' by the IOC. 2. If there is no rate, then what action would the IOC take against such attempts of extortion. My Distributor is SOUTH END GAS, Garia, although I have no complain against the distributor, and my complain is against the delivery man. 3. When exactly am I to receive the LPG cylinder, the booking details of which is given above. I can be contacted also at my Cell Phone No. +91 98305 93392. Please reply at the earliest. Even whenever I concern this agency to inquire about it, the reply comes that "it will deliver tomorrow" but not deliver. It is utterly surprising that from last 2 years till date if I have not dialed 3-4 times in the office my cylinder not deliver. Agency se puchne par pata laga k humara number dusari agency me transfer kiya gaya hai isliye hume gas nahi mil sakta. Ab hamare yaha gas nahi hai humne kya ab bhuke marna kya. Kis se puchh kar humara number dusri taraf transfer kiya. Ao se bat karne par 22 tarikh ko call karo bolte hai. 22 Tak humne bhuke rahena kya.

The toll free no 18002333555 is not working as well.in the end I request the Indane Ltd to send a vigilance officer, I can show that he can buy 1000 filled cylinders from the gas black market of Rudrapur @ 1000-1500 per cylinder.But a common man will get his refill by paying extra 10-50 rupees as the case may be.I do not expect any expect any action on this complaint as most all involved and minting money.Still as a citizen I want to use my right to complain.Thanks any way

    To, the Indane authority Date: 04.11.2017 Respected Sir Sir I booked for refill on 11.10.17 booking no-331958 against which it is confirmed by the Indane vide sms that my Cash memo originated No-300099167 dtd 25.10.17 amounting to Rs665.49 But it is unfortunate to say that our Distributor of Indane Happy Home, Kolkata(Laketown) is so mnuch greedy & corrupted that in order to make higher profits intentionally stopped the delivery on the speculation of hike in Petyroleum products (Gas) at the begining of the month.So in order to get higher profit he make a fresh cash memo (every month) dated 01.11.2017(as per photo copy )attached amounting to Rs 759.51.Thus he earned 94.02. Sir is it the Government policy to inspired such type of corrupted Distributors allow them to make higher profits by harrashing the people of India.Not only me they have started fresh billing to all of our area. Thus they earned illegally a bigger amount by suffering and placing the citizens of India into big trouble and earned a lot to their Own pocket.It is nothing but a practise of our Distributor as and when Our Prime Minister declared about the hike of Price in every month. Is it for the sake of such persons/Distributors allowing them to earn more & more Profit? Our government given the subsidy for the poor people but such type of Distributors taking the advantage one sided.Government earned nothing. Thereafter last three subsidies were credited tomy Airtel bank account. I want to receive the subsidy through Canara bank only. Please credit the subsidy to my Canara bank account in future.     My consumer no is70479501102 and sv no.is 569913853 and the Gas Agency is shri Indane Gas Service,Lanka , Varanasi (UP).I have received message on 11.12.2017 that my gas connection is transferred to an other agency that is PTEMADAYA INDANE SERVICE due to administrative reasons without my consent seeing problems.The contact no.of PTEMADAYA 5422366763 does not exit asper reply of tele. Service provider.I therefore,do not want my gas connection transferred from Shri INDANE SERVICE to any other service agency because it is convenient to me.My last month subsidy is also not given.

I received a message on 21 Jan 20 to the effect that Gas Cylinder was delivered on 21 Jan 20 where as I didn’t get cylinder. On the following day I visited the agency and complained regarding non delivery and the messages. However, to my surprise Cylinder has not been delivered till date. Agency people book cylinder at their own and blacking marketing, when I was complained, they agree to give me cylinder without bill. As per SMS, my cylinder booked on March 23, cashmemo generated on March 26 (6.33 AM) and on same day cylinder shown delivered within 14 seconds (at 6.47 AM). I am still waiting for that cylinder. When will it be delivered to me physically? Why is it so?

Cust No: 00497 Name V.Singaravelan, On 20/03/2020 I booked over Indane phone, On21/03/2020 billed. The above gas distributor not delivered the refill bottle. After my phone call they asurred for early delivery. But on 30/03/2020 they cancelled my booking giving false reason 'returned thrice'. we all along at my home due to Covit19. The distributor has not appropriate infrastrucure and man power. So They can not perform well. So take appropriate acton aganist them and make early delivery.
