    I have htc desire 500 hand set but unfortunate i felt that company is not helping to customer.I suffer network problem since last year.Neighter service center nor company is supporting to me.How i use your hand set.The problems are;when any service provider sim inserted in to htc desire 500 hand set,network not shown,that sim insrted another mobile network shown and sim is working properly.I think network ic or sim chamber are damage.How it resolve.kindly resolve this problem.

    With Due respect I beg to say that I am one of your valuable customer , purchased a Mobile phone from one of your store at GAUR CENTRAL MALL, RDC, GZB,U.P. on the name of Miss Priyanshi Verma, IEMI NO:351993072093876,P/N:99HAEHO37-00.It has been hardly four months to purchase this phone suddenly I started facing problem in its outgoing voice process. Thereafter I took the phone to one of your care available nearest to me , i.e C-6,RDC Rajnagar(GZB), U.P.I gave the phone to one of the member of staff over there. Firstly, He made me wait for approx. 1 hour for this little issue, after than he bought my phone after analyzing the issue and started making Blunder by giving me big a list of issues in my phone FOR EG: Display change, Panel , Chip etc etc., which was actually not because as per issue from my side it was not that much big that he was talking about.secondly,He was not ready to provide me a proper list of the defects and their charges accordingly, Finally after insisting so much, he provided me that list with the total charges worth Rs 10,000. The charges was actually unable to digest by anyone.it simply shows your staff directly tries to make money by making fool of the customers. Knowing that the customers are not the mobile makers so they can make them fool easily regarding technical issues as more as they can. But they are wrong. Today’s customers are very much aware about the product they are purchasing and their related issues as well. And Above all, when I tried to complained about their Services, their Management , One of your executive Mr Praveen kumar Defended it by giving a foolish statement that ‘’No sir you are saying wrong , Our Regular Audit has been held yesterday ,under which everything has been found very proper and Vein , if this could have been happened, than might be our audit doesn’t gives us the Green signal“. This directly shows your overall staff is indulge in making the Management move on this track. Till Now I was a big fan of HTC, But after seeing your services, with a heavy heart I must say I am too much disappointed.     From the day one of buying HTC Desire 826 I am facing one or other problem. After first six months it was auto switch off problem and now after further six months its network problem. So the thing is, HTC is supplying SUBSTANDARD products and then nothing after sale service. They are playing with the customers feelings. So overall picture is that HTC neither supply quality products and nor offer/give (on request) after sale customer service.

    Dear Sirs, Greetings from Cairo. I'm not sure if you can send my complaint to whom it may concern to solve it, actually I have to send an official complaint for you agent in Egypt Jovitronex as this is the worst decision HTC has taken to select on of their agent same as this company. We have bought a HTC Desire 728G dual sim set from my own town Tanta in Egypt then in September 2016 end of the month 22nd or 23rd after almost 10 days we have noticed a serious problem that the mobile date button is activated however there is no internet connection, we have taken the phone to the original shop where we bought the set and by return they take it to the Agent Jovitronix HTC agent in Egypt to solve the problem and they have taken the set for almost 1 week or even more we have received the phone back and all the results was mentioned no fault found and they have done only software update for the set. again we got the phone and after the first 2 days it had the same problem again and then i took it directly to the maintenance in Jovitronix Egypt, i delivered the set and took it after 1 week with nothing done except another software update. they promised that everything will be ok this time, again two days later the set has the same issue the mobile data internet connection was not working. i took it again for the third time to the branch where i met one of the technician his name is Kareem whom i showed the phoned and i explained the fault that they couldn't see then he tried him self and called one of his colleagues in front of me i guess Amgad to ask about technical issue "what is the different between dual system and another operating system and he said ok i saw the fault myself and i will personally try the phone for 1 day and will see the updates, I informed him that the fault disappear when you restart the set or do software update and after 2 days the fault comes back again. he said ok don't worry we will see. i got the branch number to follow up with them and i called today an i have been replied by Amgad from the branch that Kareem tried the phone and no fault found. this is total shit and unacceptable from a company such as HTC to risk their name and their brand in Egypt with such an agent, he saw the fault with his own eyes and now informing me that there is no problem this is totally unacceptable. i need the main customer service office in HTC to send me official reply before starting a legal action here is the receipt number for my phone in HTC Agent in Egypt Jovitronix 044638 if no reply i will send to all other offices till i receive a solution.

    Htc mobile services not good because of i have 728 desir mobile model which was switch off during when i was play music, vedio, vedio call after some time my mobile got switch off . Then i was visit (19.12.16)to gurgaon tvs htc service center , centeral mall then i said to him about my mobile problems then he told to me sir now days we have got many mobile as same problems and you should be give your mobile here for 4 to 5 days & your mobile battery we will be replace becuse your mobile in under warranty . Then i was give my mobile . Today i have call to him then he told me your mobile battery not get from the company side . Plz you will be wait for next week . So what should i do . Its not my fault . I have 3 htc mobile ..& now i will be recommended to all my friends do not by htc mobile because that company services not good .

    Hi I am girish from Bangalore I am purchased HTC desire826 model on 08/04/2016 and from six months I am facing overheating (60?)problem and charging problem. While using data and talking on call mobile get over heated . I have submitted 4 times my phone in service center but still I am facing the same problem. Now I have warranty they providing free service after what about after one year. Just in the six months they changed charging board, charger, mother board but still I am facing 60° heat and I can't keep my phone while overheating. Service center people telling up to 60? is normal in HTC. Last time on 19/12/2016 I gave my phone in service center from that day on words my front camera is not working. I am using the mobile very excellent and even not at all one scrach on mobile, that much of care I am talking. I am facing one by one problems from the date of punching mobile. HTC service center failed in providing quality of services. Every time they telling new problem in my phone. So I have to escalate this issue to higher authority and I need justice for the issue kindly support me. I need good mobile from company.

I want to escalate this issue to higher authority. Don't purchase HTC products it's always higher rates but poor quality worest than chains.

    I purchased the subjected phone on 15 th Aug 2016 and is under warranty. I noticed camera not working on 19 dec and reported same on 20 dec at your service station and after rectification recd the same on 21 dec but phone again went out of order on 23 dec which I again given to service station on 24 dec and after repair I got my phone on 26 dec which again got out of order on 27 dec and I reported same day to service station and after 15 minute they again handed over the phone as Ok but the phone again showed the same problem which I refused to take back from your service station. I reported the incident to your customer care cell for my money back or replacement with the new phone, but there was no satisfactory response from your customer care team. Even I asked the customer care to provide me the contact and details for escalation but I didn't get any satisfactory response from your team. When I told them that their this unsatisfactory response is forcing me to go to Consumer court, they told me to go ahead as they cannot provide any further support. First of all your service team is incapable to resolve the technical issue and handing over the phone without even proper evaluation to customer which is resulting not only wastage of time of the tune of 10 days but also the cost of travelling upto your service station 6 times which amount to be approx 3000 Rs. I had spent 19000 on purchasing this phone and spent 3000 Rs on transportation for visiting your service station I do not have capacity to spend more on this phone. You are requested to ask your team to refund my full amount or replace my phone with new one and at least I would like to hear from your senior service team member if they are unable to do the need full for not providing me the service which HTC is supposed to provide me. After that as on 8/1/2017 same problem happen Again , both SIM card slot not working again. I had Change my SIM card , former device again n again But still not working. My SIM card is working in another devise. Here as your loyal customer I want to request you kindly do Need full action on it so that I can again use my cell phone. SUBJECT: Legal Notice Our Office on behalf of our client Sh.Chouhan Satvinder Singh Sisodia son of Sh.Avtar Singh Sisodia resident of 4106,Sector-68,Mohali ,Punjab serve all above mentioned 3 firms the Following Legal Notice:- That our client who is a practicing lawyer in Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh on dated 09.10.2015 visited the Store of Anmol watches and Electronics for purchase of Smart phone. As per our Client requirement he as suggested by the sales representative present at the store purchased HTC TOUCH ONE E9S DS METEOR GREY 3594 vide no.79060337055 amounting Rupees 22,500/- vide cash payment. That the phone sold is opened by the sales representative but is not checked because our client is not having a sim card spare for the smart phone. When our client reached home and after inserting the sim card put the phone for charging it could not work due to low battery and charging malfunctioning on which our client made a call to the store on which he is advised to come to the store next day. That when our client approached the store next morning i.e. on 10.10.2015 he is told that there is defect in the charger and as the store is not in a position to replace the charger or the smart phone rather was advised to approach the service centre of HTC at HTC Service Centre, TVS Electronic Limited, SCO No-103, Ground Floor,Sec-47-C,Chandigarh-160047.When our client approached the service centre without checking the smart phone is advised to come after two days to collecting the new charger. That when our client collected the charger after two days he was able to charge his smart phone and started using the same. That when our client stated using the above mentioned set he felt some abnormal functioning of the camera flashlight of the smart phone from the day of its usage but being a first time user and not in need of camera function usually our client first did not felt more cautious about it but when problem is noticed by some family friend while clicking a photo our client is advised to report to the service centre. On dated 09.03.2016 our client again visited the service centre of serial no.2 where he reported the matter by service receipt no.QFS16030900020 and the engineer took the set for camera replacement with a recommendation of flashlight malfunctioning. That Our client when asked whether he can first keep the backup of the data in the phone was assured by the engineer that the flashlight is only malfunctioning and data in the phone will not be deleted. On his assurance the smart phone is submitted by our client for flashlight malfunctioning but it is to a grave mistake on the part of the engineer named Karan who attended our client in the service centre that without informing and taking consent of our client main mother board is changed by the service centre that to not with a new one but with a second hand one which came to our client knowledge at a later stage and for this he is kept in dark. It is pertinent to mention here that in all this process adopted by the service centre all the data of contacts and family pictures and other valuable information in the phone is deleted without our client consent and keeping him in dark. That the IMEI number before giving to the service centre of the smart phone is 359479060337055 and after the smart phone was handed back to our client the IMEI number was 359479060663955 which is registered on somebody else name which on the face of it show that a second hand part is used in a set which is under warranty and that too without our client consent which itself is criminal breach of trust and doing criminal offence which is punishable under law. This fact of change of main board is not informed to our client but was only informed that now the flashlight is working ok but the data in the phone could not be saved in the process of change of flashlight.The data in phone is also lost due to negligence of the engineer at the service centre. That on this also the suffering of our client has not stopped. The smart phone which is handed over to our client could not work due to engineer fault as there remained some problem in the change of the main board due to which touch panel started functioning abnormally. Due to which our client again visited the service centre on 14.03.2016 2016 whereby by he came to know that his IMEI number is changed while changing the main board because the number the engineer punched for giving the receipt number QFS16031400012 is having the IMEI number registered on somebody else name. This act of the service centre show that they kept our client in dark and replaced the smart phone main board with a second hand one which is a criminal act. That our client is advised to collect the set in the evening and set is delivered back with repair recommendation Re-attach Connector (FPC/ Cable or Coaxial cable).Our client again collected the set in the evening with a assurance that now it will work properly. That to a grave embarrassment to our client the touch panel started malfunctioning due to change of second hand main board which is not adaptable to the touch panel of the smart phone. Many times the touch panel do not respond to the command for which three times our client visited the store but first time the engineer present there deleted the antivirus downloaded from the play store saying that the downloaded antivirus is creating the hindrance, second time removed the touch panel guard saying the same is creating the problem but when the problem remained our client again visited the store third time on 18.10.2016 and conveyed that the phone is still not working properly vide receipt number QFS16101800017 the smart phone is again kept on 18.10.2016 with a remark that Touch panel function abnormal. That on 19.10.2016 a call is made by engineer named Surjit saying that he is calling from HTC service Centre and our client is asked to collect the smart phone as now the LCD w/ Touch window and Bezel is replaced and smart phone is perfectly ok. On the engineer assurance our client collected the phone set from the service Centre believing it to be repaired now. But the problem remained the same and again on dated 22.11.2016 when our client approached the service Centre the set is again taken back vide receipt number QFS16112200038 with a observation touch panel function abnormally(under90 days touch warranty) and our client was informed that the touch panel is not adaptable to the system and will again be replaced and handed over by expected 24.11.2016.There after misery of our client increased as he is calling time and again to the service centre for handing over of his repaired smart phone but he is given excuse every time for one week or few days but when yesterday i.e. on 23.01.2017 when he called the service engineer named Surjit responded and it is to the utter surprise of our client that he is informed that the main board is not adaptable to the system and need a replacement and as the warranty expired now he has to pay about Rupees 9000/- for the replacement.     I had purchased a HTC one M9 plus smartphone in Dec 2015 for a huge amount.Within a span of 3 months twice the software and hardware of the phone were being updated as the phone was facing some problem the phone was sent to Bangalore office. In the process all the third-party applications were wiped off. recently when I went to the service centre in Hyderabad and showed some problem I was facing they said I again need to update the software for Rs 1,000. In he process I will lose all third-party applications. what kind of smartphone htc people are selling. I have been cheated by HTC .They have collected a huge amount and product they are giving is below par. I would request people to think ten times before buying a HTC product.

MY tickets. no. is 217113356004878. when i was give mobile in repairing at you service center they tolled me that they will give me back my mobile within 8 or 10 days. but till today i has not been received. i talked several times your customer car service center no. 1800 266 3566 but they were not given a satisfactory answer And they told me that my mobile phone parts will come from abroad Goods. they States from the last 6 days And they also say that according to company policy company repair mobile phone within 14 day.

Htc Desire 828 dual sim IMEI: 352532070531864 Respected sir, I Tabish Jawed had been a loyal user of your esteemed handsets of htc since years but, i am really sorry to state that this time i am extremely unsatisfied with my current hand set htc desire 828 dual sim that i had purchased on 24th of January 2016 from "Jumbo electronics corporation, shop no 40,41,41-B, Z square mall, 16/113, M.G. road, bada chauraha kanpur." Several times i had complained "Jumbo electronics" about the manufacturing defect of my handset regarding its display for which i had always been answered as " this is not our concern, kindly contact htc service center. I had already sent my handset to the service center twice and this is for the third time i am sending it. The service center takes 15 days minimum for every time i had sent my handset for repair,that counts upto 30 days altogether in a hope to set it right. Inspite of sending it twice the problem of my "BLINKING DISPLAY" remains constant. And now it has almost been an year and i am still suffering with the same problem. The ironical part is that,the warranty of my handset has also expired to which the htc service center kanpur is charging rs 600/- (i paid it as per your terms and conditions). Sir i would request you to please look into the matter and after scrutinizing every details of the services and error reports that has been automatically sent to htc please replace my handset to a brand new htc desire 828 dual sim handset. Now company don't take any responsibility of my set HTC DESIRE 820 its all of u to don't by the htc product whenever my problem not get solve i had issue to replace my phone I had already submitted my set 3 time in period of warranty about the issue but not get resolve now set get brusted so i lots my data on that time. Now i regularly get contact to company but they don't want to replace my cell. My issue that my phone get brusted so i want to replace my cell As i buy HTC for good but my experience with htc product is very bad n service n team of service is worst.

    I had purchased a HTC 826 set 14 months back. Last week it stopped working and there was no display. After I handed over the set to repair they informed that they will call bak regarding the repair which they did not after 2 days, also the cell number provided by them was always switched off. After I contacted they told that the mother board is faulty and replacement will cost 11,000/-. A new phone of other company is available with that money hence I got the phone back by paying Rs.173/-. And to my surprise I found that most of the people have come for repair were having the problem with mother board. This is the state of affair in HTC. It seems that they are her for minting money only not interested for customer care. I have decided not to buy HTC phone and also tell all my friends not to buy HTC product anymore. Very pathetic service and callous attitude. It seems they sell spurious product and fool the customer.

    I purchased HTC 620 G mobile in 2015 , Since one year phone is generting mutiple contacts its own . I visited its service centre at Chas thrice , I felt very pathetic situation there . First time They told me to format the phone but there technician is not available so I should come another time. once again I went there but there technician was not available . They given me service contanct nos . , One day I went there after making a phone call . After Half Hr wait technician came and said that my phone needs formating but during formating Phone may go to dead and will be of no use thereafter, I said how can it be possible they started giving booloish logic that in medical cases patient dies during anthesia same thing happen to Phone. Since there is no service centre near by I agreed at their terms and conditions imposed including making dead of phone during formating . They started searching in computer and after a considerable time they told me that version of your phone is not available. It appears that they are not interested to sort out customer problem. If any HTC srvice manager reads this message , I require their help.

    I've called on 044-22338888 as mentioned in here to find a way out to sent my HTC One M9 plus phone for research and development of HTC company, but the operator on phone relied that this number is for HTC IT company not the mobile phones. She said that I've to find out that number from Just dial or other services. In this era of communication, company like HTC has this kind of AMBIGUOUS information on the web and on phone is very socking. If anyone who is able to assist me regards to this please communicate back to me. I've phone, which is premium quality product (most expensive of HTC) of HTC and it was bought on the launch day of phone, and today lying dead because of poor standards of manufacturing and service.

I went 2 times to service centre for rectifications they can't resolve this issue ... I want to rectified this issue or replacement of that item
