    Dear sir, I am from Coochbehar, a district of northbengal wishing to purchase a honda mobilio car asking for a test drive atleast 15 days back but unfortunately the dealer nearest to us at Siliguri called impression honda till date not been managed to do so. To make sure of my commitment to purchase the car well before durgapuja I have booked the car mobilio without test drive. Why this? When a small sms to any company provide test drive with in few hours & so.

    Dear Sir/Madam, Our Honda Amaze was picked up for service on September 15, 2014 by Honda company service person. The meter reading when he picked up the car was 1016 kms and on return it showed 1069 kms. The car moved 53 kms, whereas the service center is located at a mere 8 kms from my home, meaning a round trip would take only 16 kms. None of the people from Landmark Honda, Thaltej service center, Ahmedabad are willing to reply on this matter to any number of phone calls made and are responding with the standard-" I'll call you back on the matter." The service advisor, Mr. Mihir Bhavsar will not respond to our calls (We've made over 10 phone calls) . We hope someone at the company is responsible enough to look into such a matter as it concerns and raises question about several cars being serviced daily at your service centers.     Please Never Buy Honda Product they are selling old part on the new Activa and might be other product as well. They cheated with us please check below photo with stain. Its new Honda Activa purchased on 7th of September with in 20 days. My Activa engine opened. So guys please care full with Honda Company product's please.     I bought a mobilo diesel.From first service we are facing problem of pillar noise from driver side,which is not resolved after 2nd service.Paras Honda Jodhpur has taken our car to resolve the issue two more times. But still same noise coming. There is nobody to hear your problem in HONDA. Very difficult in honda to solve the problem of Manufacturing defect.

    I booked a car honda city disel vmt model on 15th Jan 2015 at heritage honda bareilly the sales person name anuj jaiswal who' booked the car is not answering properly while calling he use to ignore the call while rejecting the call and use to reply by messaging that Im busy or something else this kind of miss behaviour is totally imbarising and pls do take some serious action on the missing behaviour of the sale person is this type of miss behaviour remains continue then I m dam sure that no more customers will buy honda cars Form heritage honda bareilly.     Dear Sir, I had mentioned my concern earlier.It is surprising that, due to Honda Car India's intimation, the dealer, Divine automotives pvt. Ltd. Dehradun intimated me to book Honda city vx(o)mt instead of vxmt model.Thus I had booked VX(o)MT model.But at the time near for delivery, I was allotted vxmt model.When I requested the company to provide me AVN system which is being fitted by the company in upper model at a cost which the price difference between the two models I.e. Rs.30000,Honda Cars India Ltd. instead of satisfying the customer by it's assistance, is pressuring the dealer to solve the issue which has no solution at the dealer's end.It is the Honda Cars India which has to take ultimate decision.I have no issue with the dealer.The service and attitude of the dealing staff was quite satisfactory.The issue is at the company's end and the company has to solve this issue by providing the AVN system.But surprising, I received calls from the company only before the delivery of vehicle.This request for providing AVN system was intimated to the company prior to the delivery of vehicle. This attitude is a lack of service and breach of contract causing mental harassment to me.I am an alert consumer and know my rights well.I am not going to leave this matter and will take it too it's final positive end.It is unexpected from a multi national company to remain silent on service issues.It is a deficiency in service to provide a car model other than the one booked by me. So, I hope that Honda cars India ltd., instead of forwarding my complaint to the dealer will take appropriate decision to solve this issue so that the reputation and reliability of the company remains the same without causing any disgrace to the company's brand value.

    Sir/Maam, This is Nikhita Sharma from Indore. My dad had bought a honda jazz car from a showroom here ,named "abhikaran honda" for my birthday ,which on day 1 broke down due to heavy rains and was sent back to the service station. I had bought it on the 4th of august and was sent back on the 5th of august . Since then the car is at the service station only. The problem which the company told was in the engine and the estimate to repair it was arnd 4 lakhs. If the company does insurance of the same amount as the car then all the damages should be covered in that and if the engine damage is not covered in that then the insurance should be excluding the cost of the engine. We have been a customer of honda for about 10 years now but have never faced such problms .I had been waiting for this car for almost about 6 months. But now its not fair for us to pay 4 lakh rupees for a car of the price 7.6 lakhs.The logo of ur company says 'power of dreams' but i feel sad to say tht all my dreams are shattered. The company is not ready to cover it in insurance also which is turning out to be a big problm for me. Please if u can look into this matter.     I purchased a Honda amaze diesel smt model in 25 Th December 2014 with extended warranty as allotted in the agreement but as i cross checked with Honda they are saying you have not payed the amount .now i'm going to consumer cout with all my documents stating that i have extended waraty but honda is not going to give me the same. so many peole are including in this chapter Mr. Anil sales manager 09540130400,pratima/lovi service manager,executives and so on. please try to found up the goof up in Honda so that a new customer can not stuck in the same situation.     This is a complaint regarding a financial Fraud committed by a Honda Service Station in Peera Garhi, New Delhi. My Honda City car No. HP 19C 1111 underwent a routine servicing at the Peeragarhi Chowk Service Centre on 06 Oct 2016. On completion, the Service Advisor presented me a bill of Rs 10,571.00. Accordingly I presented the invoice, and my Debit Card to the cashier to clear the bill. The cashier had a good, deliberate look at the invoice but conveniently punched in an amount of Rs 40,571.00, and deducted this amount from my bank account thru the debit card. Since then, I have made countless phone calls thru the Service Adviser to undo the fraudulent deduction from my account. I have submitted all kinds of documents as requested for. To no avail. Would appreciate if the Zonal Office can intervene and get this excessive deduction of Rs 30000.00 reverted to me at the earliest.

    Office site of Honda Chandigarh, lally Motors shows new Tyres installed in Demo vehicle 'honda amaze' diesel at Solan (H.P) on 10.10.2016, whereas vehicle purchased on 14.10.16 was made available with complete bald-tyres. I have been told that the demo vehicle is without insurance cover, whereas similar demo-amaze-petrol is being provided with new tyres and insurance, why this discrimination to me. Will Honda care for it.?

    I am filing a complaint against pinkcity honda service centre , jaipur. I gave my car for service Rj14 CK 1319 in the morning on date 3-11-2016 (today) . The person available their mr vivek. I gave him special instruction that work should be prefect and result faultless. So they bought the car in the evening. I pointed out immediately that the car was dirty . When i contacted to mr vivek he very boldy said that a little untideness was expected. This is not i expected from pinkcity honda srvice centre . Kindly do the needful immediately . Waiting for redressal.

    I Rohit Sachdeva was a satisfied customer of Honda Amzae (HR 10 X - 0456) using from last 2 years. But Now totally unsatisfied with the service provider(Legacy Honda) sonepat.(North India) During service of my Honda Amzae some one had replace board of boot space with the defective and smaller one. Already lodged the complain 3-4 times and was in touch with Service manger (Mr. Tiwari) but till 2 month they just gave fault promise and my query was closed without any solution. Even didn't get any call from Honda regarding the same. I was totally shocked when customer care at Service center refused to lodge my compliant without permission of Service manager . This was not expected from the associated partner of Such Brand Honda which known for its better service. Kindly do the needful immediately .

    I have honda Jazz S modal purchased in year 2015. recently i have faced problem that the speedometer was showing false speed during running and it can't be zero even off the vehicle. After sometime when i again start the vehicle then speedometer is ok. I have registered the complaint in customer care. M/s Lally Motors jalandhar has inspect my vehicle and found no issue. My concern is that the warranty period of my vehicle ends in September 2017. Presently problem is not there, if it comes after warranty period then it must be considered in the warranty in future. kindly reply on said matter.

    I had deposited 6,25,000/- in the month of Aug., 2016 and could lift the Honda Di Amaze(Demo) from Lally Motors,Solan on 14.10.2016 on the promises extended that navigator will be installed shortly.. shoortly..shortly, I had to wait about 4 months. meanwhile, my capital was with Honda, will Honda compensate the interst accrued on that capital ? not only so, Demo car services was exhausted by M/s Lally Motors itself, I being a 1st customer has been deprived from free services also. Simultaneously, Petrol(demo) Car was disbursed with new tyres, whereas I had to change all the four tyres myself immediately. Already informed that Tyres were meant for my car against its chassis No.,but placed on Petrol Car on 10.10.2016. Nothing has been compensated to me on that ground. Who will believe in future. Will Lally Motors/honda will take care of its customers ?

    If you want to hear good music just dial the above office phone numbers, great entertainment you dont need to download any songs on your phone just call them they will make you listen to it over and over again. And yes if you somehow by mistake (their) can contact them they will make you false promises to solve your problem within 24-48 or atleast an assurance of call back (which never comes). Thank you Honda I have full faith in you now so My next car wont be a Honda that is for sure.

    I am the owner of Honda Brio - WB 8B 9488. I am facing a problem with the clutch repeatedly since the Jul 2016 (one month after purchase of car). I have therefore visited the service center multiple times (today being the fourth visit) with the same issue. Every time the technician fixes / repairs the part and the problem is gone for a month or two but reoccurs/relapses. Today again I visited the service center and I was told that they are not able to replicate the issue - which is really strange and a shock to me!! On top of everything I definitely did not like the way , the matter was handled by the Front Office team. There was a pretty loud debate and harsh exchange of words which is definitely not expected from a renowned service dealer like HONDA. I want a perpetual remedy to this issue.Since its the fourth time I have visited the service center with the same issue , it is evident that somehow the part is definitely defective and needs to be replaced and not just repaired. I suspect that the team is just trying to linger replacement of the part until the warranty expires so that that the expense is bored by me

    I booked Honda WRV on 10 march with prestige honda, bahadurgarh, Patiala WRV Diesel VX model Pearl Amber Color I was told that you will get your vehicle within this month on or after 22nd March As they have vehicle in pipeline for delivery But they are unable to deliver due to non availability at company end and i was told that the vehicle has not been allocated to them till date I lodged a complaint with Honda care 121 on 30 march vide reference number 1-6704251185 And asked them to give me confirm date for delivery of vehicle i have called 121 every single day from then but they always say we are coordinating and will tell me soon No response for that from dealer or company till date

    @Honda i am using your company car honda jazz which is registered in my mothers name Nirmala chaudhary, Registration no UK-04-W-8199. My car met with an accident 2 (two) months ago. I got my car released from court which means that there is no serious injury to anyone nd is left wit no charges. I gave my car in (@planethon) honda showroom in haldwani. The insurance company ( @NICLofficial Insurance) national insurance company surveyor surveyed the car after which he gave permission to showroom people to repair the car. It took more than 2 weeks 2 get car repaired. But when i got a call from showroom people that my car is ready they also told me that i have to pay whole ammount and i will get it return in my account later on. But my policy was cashless nd i have paid extra premium for cashless policy. So i went into the office of (@NICLofficial) national insurance So i should know why this thing is happening in my case. So they told that it is a matter of accident and they will start there investigation and after completing there investigation they vll return the ammount. I just wanna know 1 thing tht if there survey was not complete how they gave permission to the showroom people to repair the car and if there survey was already complete then they are definately cheating. This was my worst experience with (@NICLofficial) national Insurance company i had been using other insurance companies for more than 10 years but never faced anything like this. But more over i also felt the mistake of (planet honda) honda showroom in haldwani that why they use this type of insurance company 4 doing insurance 4rm showroom. Becoz its not my mistake i had done my policy from showroom itself. Nd i was forced to take d same company insurance hd no other choice. I would really never suggest ny of my friend or colleague with dese two companies honda and @NICLofficial To get in touch with these companies. Rest i want to rest my case by begging u both people coz u both r toh kings coz u hv our thing nd u both made us mor worst than a beggar to please u to look into this case and provide me my car asap as it is to hard to live without car for mor than two months. I have to use public transport for travelling to places to complete my work. Really m facing soo much problem without my car. So please do your investigation asap which m sure your just making us fool becoz investigation is done before giving permission to showroom for repair.
