    I Rohit Sachdeva was a satisfied customer of Honda Amzae (HR 10 X – 0456) using from last 2 years.

    But Now totally unsatisfied with the service provider(Legacy Honda) sonepat.(North India)
    During service of my Honda Amzae some one had replace board of boot space with the defective and smaller one.

    Already lodged the complain 3-4 times and was in touch with Service manger (Mr. Tiwari) but till 2 month they just gave fault promise and my query was closed without any solution.

    Even didn’t get any call from Honda regarding the same.

    I was totally shocked when customer care at Service center refused to lodge my compliant without permission of Service manager .

    This was not expected from the associated partner of Such Brand Honda which known for its better service.

    Kindly do the needful immediately .

    I got my car serviced from Jaipur Pink City Honda and these people are utterly set of unprofessional folks who have broke my AC vents while servicing and not accepting and are not ready to replace it even. Please suggest how can i deal with them. I am going to post on social media for sure for the same

    Nothing favoured so far, neither the replacement of tyres, nor benefit of insurance and not even the Navigator provided so far from Aug., 16 to Nov., 16. Astonishing ?

    I have been assured to provide navigator in my car which reportedly has been missed by the working guys at Lally Motors, Solan (H.P), I am astonished to see from the month of Aug., 2016 till November, 16 same has not been provided to me as yet. will Honda take care of it ?

    I am filing a complaint against pinkcity honda service centre , jaipur. I gave my car for service Rj14 CK 1319 in the morning on date 3-11-2016 (today) . The person available their mr vivek. I gave him special instruction that work should be prefect and result faultless. So they bought the car in the evening. I pointed out immediately that the car was dirty . When i contacted to mr vivek he very boldy said that a little untideness was expected. This is not i expected from pinkcity honda srvice centre . Kindly do the needful immediately . Waiting for redressal.

    Office site of Honda Chandigarh, lally Motors shows new Tyres installed in Demo vehicle ‘honda amaze’ diesel at Solan (H.P) on 10.10.2016, whereas vehicle purchased on 14.10.16 was made available with complete bald-tyres. I have been told that the demo vehicle is without insurance cover, whereas similar demo-amaze-petrol is being provided with new tyres and insurance, why this discrimination to me. Will Honda care for it.?
