These powers are granted to the governor by a statute or delegation. The 1st Governor of Rajasthan (at that time known as Rajpramukh) is Maharaj Man Singh II. He was the last ruling Maharaja of Jaipur. He belonged to the Kachwaha Clan of Rajputs. The tenure of his role as a Rajpramukh was from 1949 to 1956. Kalyan Singh took the oath as the 33rd governor of Rajasthan. Before he was the Governor of Rajasthan, he was an Indian politician from India’s largest state, Uttar Pradesh. Kalyan Singh was born on 5th January in the year 1932.

Sir, I PREM PAUL P.N. 9896330081 EMAIL kinra11@gmail.com can not only ready to help to expose this racket but no one is ready to save this country.I have written many letters to PM office as well as at PG portal and the same were reffered to DGP of Haryana then SSP Rohtak and finally to Model Town chowky rohtak and it has finnaly stated that it is not under their jurisdiction. I loadged a criminical complaint against Joginder Dalal the owner of OPJS university Churu and selling the degrees enrolling fake students at Model Town Chowky Rohtak as well as SSP Rohtak. The Police has not even lodged my FIR against the threat to kill me and holding my pass out mark sheets and the copy of the mark sheets was submitted to model town chowky in December 2016. Now the exams in OPJS university is going on and more than 20 thousand students are enrolled in this university but the actual students appear in the examination will not be more than 1000 students and if the Rajasthan higher education authorities such make the arrangement that the exams should be conducted under vedio graphy and the answer sheets to be checked by some other university then you will find that not more than 5% students will pass through the exams and the sufferer are the genuine 5% students. As more than 90% students are fake enrolled in this university and actually not even exsist and later on back date degree will be issued against such fake enrolled students.
