GNIDA released an advertisements in April 2014 for allotment of 7215 Flats in two sectors of Greater Noida. One was in Sector – MU II and other one in Sector – 10. The starting date of registrations was 2 April, 2013 and the closing date was 2 May, 2013. All the flats were distributed for two kind of categories, Farmers and Non Farmers category.

Flats specifications are, area is 29.76 sq. mtrs., costs between 7.52 lakhs to 8.63 lakhs. It means the per. sq. ft. cost will be Rs. 2,348 to Rs 2,694 per sq. ft. All of these are flats are 1BHK flat.

The application form with brochure was available in various bank branches in all over NCR and Uttar Pradesh regions. Price of the brochure with application form was Rs. 550 /-. Whereas the registration amount was Rs. 80,000 /- only.

Expected Date of Draw – 2 September, 2013

As per the advertisement, the draw result should have been released at 2nd of Sepetember, 2013. But it hasn’t been published on the official website of GNIDA.

To get theses flats in economic cost, a person should have won the lottery process of selection. It will be processed by the officials of GNIDA. Lucky people will follow the allotment procedure against the registration amount.
