    Dear Gcare Team,
    It been Torment situation for me after my purchase of Gionee S6 handset from Poorvika ,Chennai in Feb’17, Where several time approached service centre as well as Customercare Team to fix “Mic” issue since 19th October’17 with very clear answer as |” Sorry , sir, It will take time” . Till Date I’m left with no choice otherthan sharing the real fact in this review.

    Dear Gionee Team,
    I had purchased your S6 Pro model on 06/12/16 from Croma Store in Rajouri Garden,New Delhi .At the time of purchase your salesman was trained in such a way that he changed my mind from Samsung A7 to his S6 Pro which seems a good training but only selling a product is not sufficient for a company to survive in a competitive market like India.I have been facing a constant breakdown in signals from day One and even your Authorised Service Center was unable to rectify the complaint and provide better services.In a nutshell the performance of the company is not upto the mark and this has become the reason of the
    downward trend in sales as against VIVO and OPPO the other Chinese brands. I request you to either repair of replace my handset or I Will be forced to approach the Consumer Court.
