    Hi Faasos team, My name is Rathan and i placed the order using Faasos app (Order ID:1957456) (Order no.28 Rajajinagar store) on 4th Jan at around 7PM requesting for 3 Rich fruit plum cakes and 3 Mango ice -creams. I got a call from Rajajinagar store mentioning that they were running out of cakes and will deliver them first in the morning and deliverd only ice creams. I agreed 5th i waited till afternoon and called the store . They did not respond properly I called the number in Faasos app (1800300239239) Spoke to the team and they said i will receive the product in 20mins I waited till evening and call the customer care again they said the same thing I told them if they cannot deliver the product i need a refund Spoke to Vickson who said he was the manager, He said he will call me in 10mins and followup till the order will get deliverd ( Who dint even bother to call me even after 24hrs) I made many calls today asking for refund and atlast i was told i will get refund which will take 3-5 working days I have orderd from many websites and app's. I just wanted to try how Faasos was and i get this type of reponse at first I pity you dont have a proper customer service and people to take care of things.     I just placed an order on Faasos. The amount got debited from wallet and to my surprise the order was not placed. Despite of calling multiple times on the customer care no resolution. I would say company is doing commendable job in making fool of customers and charging them for orders not be matured. I think it's high time we should share and recommend people to uninstall the app.

    I order food on June 4th in Hyderabad, the delivery boy called me and said he is going to deliver food in 40 Min. After 1 hr he called me back and said the restaurant is closed, so he is cancelling the order. I called fassos customer care and inquired about my refund, he said it will take 2-3 working day's. After 7 day's i called back for refund, he asked me to hold on the call and replied back after 15 min. and he said that refund is not initiated, They are going to initiate in some time.... Very bad service and experience...

    I visited Faasos for the first time in Bavdhan Pune at 3:00pm, Just want to tell you the Service was pathetic and they have cheated me as well by giving me different customer bill with wrong number on the bill... Hopeless service and the staff was not co-operative.Please make a note of the same and work on it due to compititive market.

    I Tried to Place an order with faasos and did the same with the netbanking the amount got debited from the account but order didn't placed.I tried to contact customer care and there was no response and then went to the nearest outlet and they even didnt had any answer there answer was "sorry sir we didnt any order from your number..till now the amount has not credited back to the account..

    I ordered Murg Makhani Biryani and had a shock to find veg Biryani inside when served. After some unsuccessful attempt managed to contact fassos, who promptly delivered the one that I ordered. Satisfied that they have rectified the error with no hiccups.

    Dear Concerned, This is the second time this happened with me within period of 6 months. First of all I have placed an order for later time and it was supposed to be delivered in slot of 11-12am but it was not delivered in due time, and in app i received a notification that your order has been delivered. After 15 mins I got a call from your side and someone said it was a later order so chances are there that it might get missed, so he asked me to wait for sometime so that order will reach me. At 12.35 am I received an order which I have never ordered, I have placed an order for cheesy potato wrap and please see in pictures what you have delivered to me, I am allergic to cauliflower and just after my second bite I realised that this is not what I have ordered. I have puked twice after having that wrap, tried to connect with number from which I have received that call but no one responded. I and my Flatmate order from faasos more than twice in a week, you can check details from your database and even if you can't do justice to your loyal customer, I wonder how well you might be treating others. If the problem is any store or location specific please shut it down, its affecting your brand image. I am taking all this pain to write this big mail to you and ruining my weekend plan because I was very much hungry as my order was delayed by an hour and over and above that you served me what I was allergic to. I need clarification on this, who is responsible for that and why should I suffer because of your mistake.
