    I am long time to use den net it is ok but after july i am so very problem face to this net no speed conection disconnect regular camplain to customer service signal answer any time sir appke area m kaam ho raha h after five hours m ok ho jayga ..

    very bad with Den Net. I was expecting more then but same the condition as I was face in the starting with your customer care executive (Mr. UMESH)and your service. They did wrong commitment for me, in hurry as they came to my house on urgent basis and send an email for 2 months extra net. I have recharged my 3 months plan but I am unable to surfing in that time just because your executive told me there is no difference in 750 and 550 plan only the difference for the 15 GB data. There is no problem in surfing but today I am very depress for your service, I will not suggest anyone for the Den Services, 2 of my friend was waiting when you committed to give 2 months extra net, but I am not surfing anything this plan is useless for me and I will not give you any reference and will move to other subscriber. If I will not get any resolution I will complaint against you and your executive in consumer form just because I am facing the same problem as you had fake commitment for me. I want quick resolution otherwise I will not late I am waiting for your

    Mai Naresh Kumar July month se den internet use kr rha hu last 18 August ko mera net band ho gaya maine 19 August ko aap ke help line no per baat ki mera net chalu kerva de customer helpline ne meri request submit kr li aur kha ki 24hr mai aap ke gher se cash pickup kr liya jayega aur aap ka net chalu ho jayega per abhi tak koi bhi cash pickup nahi aya aur Daley mujhe msg aatey h ki aap ki request resolve ho gayi h aaj 26 August h aur mera net abhi tak band h

    Den network is the worst network I have ever seen..they do wrong commitments with their customers.. Their employees even don’t know how to talk to the customers… Please don’t even think of having DEN connection (either internet or shut up box)..I am frustrated with it now I am leaving it in the very first month of new connection…
