    I don’t know what this world want from a common man,I am student of 1st year,I made project that is based on metro ticket system,on my opinion my project is best but when I visit to METRO BHAWAN of DMRC there will be no one to listen me,all are busy on their own work,even most of them are free bt they don’t want any work so it Hassel out me, whenever I get chance to talk from P.A. of senior there is only one answer that we would not take that department u should contact on another department,what is this man today I realise there is no existence for a common man if u have a power then u r boss otherwise u r zero

    Dear Sir, Ma’am,

    I regret to inform that a this incident happened at morning around 8:35 am on 3rd feb at Sarai metro station as i entered the metro station after police frisking and then realised that i have forgotten my wallet. I some how managed to find 30 rs in my Wallet. As i was getting very late for work, I thought as i have already entered inside metro station rather than going back and que up again its better to take token from card recharge counter. I believed that they are serving for our help only however the response i got from that male person was shocking. The guy was so rude and abusive that i doubt now that what kind of service you are giving us. I know not every one write a written complain. However one has to take a step for better service improvement, and now i am doing the needful.

    Its not a big deal that person cant give one token considering he have the available resources and he can do. And i was also queuing up their in order to get his service.

    The attitude is everything. Metros are for our services and he is paid for services. And not for arguing and disrespecting public.

    I request you to kindly look into the matter and please take disciplinary action against him. At the time of leaving i asked him his name he said their is no name and i am the morning controller of Sarai Metro station he said
    “jo kar sakta hai kar le mai hi yaha manager hu”.

    Wow what a great service we are getting. If you believe something needs to be done here. Request you to kindly do the needful.
