I have been relying on CNBC awaaz TV show, since I started trading in 2006-2007. I learned a lot of nitty gritty of trading from regular, continuous watching your programs, live while market was open. I also watched few of your information workshops and found them helpful. I made losses and profits following tips on program.
Over the years I evaluated from casual trader to now full-time trader in F&O and currently focused on MCX Gold trading.
On this program, I find almost 90 to 95 % focus on news and analysis of individual companies or sectors active on that day, which is no doubt helpful. But I find total negligence for Forex and Gold-silver market. (Agri commodities don’t fluctuate as much as these two, so I don’t advocate for them)
We all know that these two markets are extremely sensitive and highly volatile when there are some monetary meetings or announcement are made, especially in the US. During your short (3 minute) slot at 10 am, market opening, or between 11.30 to 11-55 am slot, brief mention is made of such meetings but not time. Since it is difficult to find out exact time of these meetings, traders are left guessing.
It would be highly appreciated, if you pl announce the time of those international meetings. (for any news channel, this is most important piece of info to telecast)
The 10 am slot is too short, so if it is missed for any reason, its gone for the day. I also high-light here that your recorded programs are available after 24 hours only. And, for Gold or Forex market, 24 hours is too late. (that analysis even I can do, though not expert!), hence it is most useless and meaningless, so you might well as stop it.
I have following requests in this matter.
1 Repeat the experts’ tips for buy/sell like rates of the stocks are running at the bottom of the screen.
2.Make the analysis more often, (it should have fix 5 minutes slot at every hour)
3.There should be continuous “news alert” giving time of the important national and international meetings, which can sway the market
I appreciate, Mr. Prakash Gaba and other experts giving opinions on viewers’ Q on specific stocks (though none of my Q got ever answered!)
If you can also have similar Q&A for MCX, would help. Remember, Commodity markets also opens at 10 am, so Q&A at 4.30/5PM does not help. It should get place in discussion before market opens i.e.9.15 am for traders to make informed decisions.
I would highly appreciate, if my suggestions are accepted, and good changes are made.
I do have observations regarding your anchors and segments, but let me keep them reserve for some other day
    Ms.Chandra Patel
